Abstract

The subject of creative products and entrepreneurship is one of the compulsory subjects taught in Vocational High Schools, has a strategic meaning in forming entrepreneurial attitudes and character, providing more knowledge and skills to students about the world of business and entrepreneurship which is expected to foster students' interest in entrepreneurship. In the midst of intense competition in the world of work, students are expected to be able to create their own business opportunities. Through the application of the project based learning learning model, it is hoped that it can increase students' interest in entrepreneurship,because in addition to getting theoretical learning in solving problems they will be exposed to the real world of business, producing skills in the form of projects ranging from learning to process, manage and grow their creative ideas to the fullest. . Based on research analysis using literature studies, it shows that the application of the Project Based Learning learning model can increase students' interest in learning entrepreneurship, especially in learning Creative Products and Entrepreneurship. , students are able to provide ideas for work in the form ofinnovative and creative products. In the implementation it is very effective and fun for students, because it is able to develop the abilities of students, while the teacher acts as a facilitator, according to the syntax in project-based learning where students are directed to make projects/products, starting from previously scheduled planning to reporting results to the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the ability to read the Qur'an in children aged 5-6 years in PG / RA Avesiena through the medium of hijaiyah letter cards, against the background of low reading of the Qur'an. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Research site inPG/RA Avesiena Sarirogo Sidoarjo. In children aged 5-6 years. Subjects of study; Children, Principals, Teachers, and Parents. The data collection of this study by means of; observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out by presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1) How to develop the ability to readthe Qur'an in children aged 5-6 years in PG / RA Avesiena Sarirogo Sidoarjo through the medium of hijaiyah letter cards?, 2) How is the ability to read the Qur'an for children aged 5-6 years in PG / RA Avesiena Sarirogo Sidoarjo afterusing hijaiyah letter card media? The results of the study: how to develop the ability to read the Qur'an in PG / RA avesiena, namely by using the media of hijaiyah letter cards and to improve the ability to read the Qur'an for children aged 5-6 years, it is stated that it has shown proven success from the improvement of the ability to read the Qur'an.

Abstract

Abstract Rapid developments in technology and information have affected technology and information very rapidly. various aspects of life, so as to create new innovations in all fields, one of which is the field of education. In an effort to improve the quality of education, one of the things teachers can do is to use interactive learning media. With these technological advances, many applications are available easily and for free, one of which is Canva. Therefore, the researcher wanted to do an experiment using the Canva application. This can be used by teachers to facilitate the achievement of learning objectives and improve student learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 32 students in the experimental class and 32 students in the control class. Data was collected using interview, documentation and test techniques (pretest and posttest). Data analysis techniques include normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research conducted, the following results were obtained: (1) The use of Canva interactive learning media in learning makes students more focused on the material presented, increases students' enthusiasm and motivation during the learning process, and makes the learning process in the classroom more lively and not boring, and (2) there is a significant influence between interactive learning media using the Canva application on the learning outcomes of class VII students of Islamic Religious Education subjects with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Until now, the practice of criminal acts of corruption is still rife by elements in our beloved country. Even though the government and DPR have formed regulations and institutions to eradicate corruption, in practice there are still corrupt practices. One of the efforts to reduce the rampant corruption in Indonesia is by involving universities. Anti-corruption education is considered to be one of the strategies for eradicating corruption because it can create an anti-corruption cultural ecosystem in building the character of the younger generation. On the other hand, Higher Education can instill the value of integrity which can be embodied through the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which includes education, research, and community service. The method used in this research is through a literature study by taking an inventory of all the sources of literature used and then carefully verifying it to ensure the level of relevance of the material collected to the object that is the focus of study in research. The study of literature aims to find answers about the Role of Higher Education in Planting and Strengthening Character Education and Anti-Corruption. The role of tertiary institutions is in terms of preventing corruption, especially in cultivating anti-corruption attitudes and anti-corruption characters, increasing legal awareness, and instilling integrity values ​​in students. Students who are future leaders of the nation need to be fortified to avoid corrupt behavior and acts of corruption. For this reason, optimizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is an effort to foster an anti-corruption attitude for students and the community.

Abstract

The economic system is based on a united mechanism and decision-making institutions that implement these decisions on production, consumption and income distribution. Therefore, the economic system is something that is important for a country's economy. The economic system is formed due to various complex factors, for example ideology and belief systems, worldviews, geographical environment, politics, social culture, and others. Islamic Economics refers to the interests of the world and the hereafter while the Capitalist Economy only refers to worldly interests. In the midst of the global economy as it is now, the contributions of Muslim scholars to economic thought have almost been forgotten, which appear to be only the thoughts of western scholars who are actually still very new. Thomas Kuhn said: Each system has a paradigm, so the core paradigm of Islamic Economics is certainl derived from the Qur'an And As Sunnah.

Abstract

According to Law no. 1 of 1974, Marriage is a spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family (household) based on the belief in God Almighty. Underhand marriage is a marriage that is carried out in secret without being attended by anyone except those who are getting married. In Indonesia it is called a sirri marriage, meaning veiled, closed, silent, private. This marriage is hidden from the public, and is not registered at the authorized institution. Marriage under the hand is legal according to religion only (if the conditions and pillars have been fulfilled), but does not get legal legality from the state. The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in 1980 issued a fatwa: "Marriage under the hand is valid because the conditions and pillars of marriage have been fulfilled, but it is unlawful if there are madharats. Marriage must be officially registered with the competent authority, as a preventive measure to prevent negative impacts/madharat (syadd li al-dzari'ah)." Marriage under the hand has an impact or legal consequences that are detrimental to the husband and especially the wife and children, both psychologically, administratively, hereditary, economically, and even religion, the harm is greater than the benefit. This marriage can be resolved by submitting an application for a marriage determination (Itsbat Nikah) at the Religious Court through a trial process by fulfilling the juridical requirements. Itsbat nikah aims to create order in marriage in society which has implications for protecting the rights of whoever related in marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and understanding of children in the correct practice of prayer and ablution through teaching using a direct teaching model. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The conclusion of this study is the success of strengthening children's religion through the practice of ablution and prayer through activities with direct learning models.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and marketing quality on buyer satisfaction at Aziziah Pare fashion store from the perspective of Islamic business ethics, and which is more influential between service quality and marketing quality on buyer satisfaction at Aziziah Pare fashion store from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. The method in this research is a type of survey research with the approach used in this research is descriptive-quantitative. For data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression testing and correlation and the coefficient of determination (R2). Then in data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The conclusion of this study is that service quality has a significant influence on buyer satisfaction which can be explained by the sig value. 0.004 <0.05. And marketing quality has a big impact on buyer satisfaction which can be explained by the sig value. 0.002 <0.05. For the more dominant variable between service quality and marketing quality on buyer satisfaction. Considering the results of the previous analysis, it is clear that service quality (score 0.004) dominates marketing quality (score 0.002).

Abstract

Abstract As a new perspective that brings great influence in the study of contemporary Religion, the presence of hermeneutics in turn also influences the study of Islam. The presence of hermeneutics in Islamic studies is of course originated from the character of Islamic thought, as almost all types of religious thought, which tend to be multi-interpreted. The following text is generally more likely to see the influence of hermeneutics on Islamic Studies and more specifically its influence on the interpretation of the Qur’an.
