Abstract

Emotions are the most important part in human life, because it is through these emotions that humans can express their feelings, while a person's ability to control and direct his emotions towards something will greatly affect his situation and environment. The research we use uses quantitative methods and survey methods because we can get data that happened in the past or present. With this technique, we can collect information from the group represented by the resource person. Guidance is help or guidance or it can also be interpreted as help. However, in this context not all assistance or assistance can be said to be a guidance within the scope of guidance and counseling. At MAN 4 Kediri the form of cooperation carried out by BK teachers and PAI teachers is to provide a direction to students in the academic field such as directing lecture majors for class 12. As well as building and developing good morals in students. In collaboration between BK teachers and PAI teachers can said to not face any obstacles due to direct and intense communication. Although there are not enough BK teachers available. However, the presence of PAI teachers or classroom teachers has been very helpful in solving all the problems experienced by students, not only that at MAN 4 Kediri BK teachers and PAI teachers also instill Islamic attitudes and good morals in each student.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDI Opening with class V research subjects with a total of 52 students. This research is a type of classroom action assessment, a learning method used by Quantum Teaching Learning. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. The steps used in this study are by pretesting to find out the initial ability of students, then the provision of the material taught, after which students conduct discussion activities in groups. The next stage is posttest, to find out the understanding and learning achievements that students have achieved.

Abstract

The background of this research is that BPR Syariah Tanmiya Artha Kediri is one of the Islamic financial institutions that are currently in the stage of growing and developing well. This is evident from several awards and achievements that have been achieved. And for now, as we know from the Covid-19 pandemic, many Islamic financial institutions have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, including BPR Syariah Tanmiya Artha Kediri. One of them has an impact on the account officer (AO). The data collection method uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. To avoid mistakes, an examination of the validity of the data is held with member chek and triangulation techniques. Research results: 1) Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) for the first time in Kediri on April 24, 2008, which was initiated by KH. Anwar Iskandar with the reason for having a BPR with Islamic nuances and the BPRS that has been formed is named the Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Tanmiya Artha. 2) Tanmiya Artha Sharia BPR Products Including Funding Products (IB Mudharabah Savings, Wadiah Savings, Hajj Savings, Sacrificial Savings, IB Mudharabah Deposits). For Financing Products, there are types of financing: Working capital, Investment, Consumptive, and Multipurpose financing. And for Services there is Wakalah. 3) Among the strategies carried out with a personal and cultivation approach. And coupled with some pretty important techniques that are: Effective listening and speaking skills. 4) The analysis obtained is as follows: Strenght (strategic location, few competitors, and quite varied products). Weakness (weak public understanding of BPRS). Opportunity (the number of Muslim citizens of Kediri is dominant). Treatment (the emergence of new Islamic financial institutions).

Abstract

In general, the proposal of jurisprudence is a method of studying Islam in general and in the history of Islamic culture this is the only typical Islamic method that developed, but in a special sense, the proposal of fiqh is a method of discovery of shari'a law. As a method of legal discovery, the proposal of jurisprudence is part of the research method of Islamic law in general. Islamic law research as a whole is distinguished into two major areas, namely descriptive Islamic law research and prescriptive Islamic law research. Descriptive Islamic law research sees Islamic law as a social phenomenon that interacts with other social symptoms. In this connection Islamic law can be seen both as an independent variable (free) that affects society and as a dependent variable (bound) that is influenced by society.

Abstract

Muslim does not become an infidel as long as he maintains his faith and Islam by not falling on any of the kinds of riddah or infidelity. Riddah is to do things that break Islam either by converting or something else, while the Perpetrator is called an apostate infidel. Riddah is divided into three kinds: Riddah words such as berating Allah, opposing or protesting to Allah, and putting Rasulullah to rest. Riddah deeds such as worshipping idols, the sun, and animals. It's like believing that a God is an object, a spirit, or a light. The marriage contract can be damaged if it occurs from both husbands or wives doing Riddah either by word, deed or belief. Providing for children for parents is mandatory for both boys and girls, who are young or ignorant children who cannot distinguish things and have not been able to stand alone. if one of the husbands and wives falls into a riddah either because of words, deeds or impossibility then the marriage is void. May refer back as long as the wife's iddah period is still there. By returning to Islam again. If a wife has been finished three times and the husband wishes to refer back then it must be by marriage contract. Then if one of the husbands and wives of his marriage is damaged by apostasy due to the impact on the livelihood of the child according to the thought of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Harary in the book of Bughyatut Tholib, the book of Shari'ul Bayan is obligatory for one of the husbands and wives to provide for him both sons and daughters, the ignorant and the disabled, the sick and the healthy.

Abstract

The author is interested in comparing the easy qibla 3 in 1 compass with one of the classic tools, namely the rubu 'mujayyab which both have weaknesses and strengths. In this study, the issue discussed is how is the accuracy level of determining the Qibla direction using the rubu 'mujayyab and the 3 in 1 easy qibla compass on an android phone? The type of research used by this author is classified as qualitative, descriptive comparative (comparative approach), which aims to better understand the rubu mujayyad and compass easy qibla 3 in 1 on mobile phones and compare them in terms of their weaknesses and strengths. where the primary data is data obtained directly from observations, the book of Durussul Falakiyyah and the Easy Qibla 3 in 1 compass. The findings from this research are that when the practice of measuring the Qibla is not the same, there is a difference of about 0˚ 8′ 52.42ʺ which if made in meters from the east to west line distance which is both 9 meters produces a difference of about 0.03 meters . According to the author, this is still within reasonable limits or allowed deviation categories. maybe this is due in part to the advantages and disadvantages of each of the two tools. The advantages of the Easy Qibla 3 in 1 compass, such as how to use it is relatively easy, still functions in all kinds of weather and conditions, easy to use for ordinary people or not especially astronomers, easy to carry everywhere.

Abstract

Individually working is obligatory to meet the needs of oneself and the person he is responsible for, in the family who is obliged to be the backbone is a husband specifically in fulfilling household needs, a case where many traders who are dominated by mothers do not necessarily become slavery in the household to be responsible for meeting household needs, in the Canggu Badas Village Manufacturing Market, Kediri Regency, it has been found that the motivation to trade includes; because of the hobby factor, the desire factor to participate in helping the husband and become an independent or self-earning woman. In addition, the factor of religious understanding because work is a field of worship. However, even so, Islam provides restrictions on the existence of permission and blessings from the husband because the essence of a woman in the household is as the mother of her children. And it should not be negligent as a result of the mother's work.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out whether the sharia marketing theory has been applied to the company UD Cahaya Onyx Tulungagung. In Islamic law when discussing the marketing process, it is not far from the concept of sharia. So that the sharia marketing process itself has a character that distinguishes it from conventional marketing principles. The characteristics of sharia marketing itself are rabbaniyah, akhlaqiyah, waqi'iyah, and insaniyah. So that if these four characteristics are carried out, the interests of producers and consumers can be bridged and both will get maximum satisfaction. Responding to the importance of realizing the character of sharia marketing, the author needs to analyze whether the characteristics of sharia marketing have been realized in UD Cahaya Onyx Tulungagung. The research method used is an empirical or sociological approach where the author uses two types of data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, the analysis carried out in this study is qualitative data analysis. The results of this study show that the four characteristics of Sharia marketing have been applied in business activities at UD Cahaya Onyx Tulungagung.

Abstract

Trade is a natural way to make a living to make ends meet, and everyone is free to try to obtain property and develop it. To obtain the coveted profit, there are many ways that sellers influence consumers to buy their wares. A possible way a manufacturer or seller is usually by selling a product much cheaper than the market price. For a while it may be that the seller did not make a profit, even the seller bought all these products with the intention that there was a vacancy of goods in the market, and as a result of which the consumer was very dependent on him. After the rival goes bankrupt, gradually the seller begins to dominate the market and monopolize it, so freely the seller will increase the price at an unreasonable price. The high selling price is due to the large demand. If a seller has mastered the market, the seller will make a price that generates more profit by increasing the price. The impact of intense business competition between merchants causes huge losses for consumers as the second party in buying and selling transactions by raising and lowering prices arbitrarily without thinking about the fate of consumers, especially from the lower middle economic community. Whereas basically, the need for primary/basic goods between one consumer and another is the same. Islam does not give certain restrictions on profits or profits in trade, this is left to each trader and the traditions of the surrounding community while maintaining the rules of justice and policies and prohibitions on giving madarat to oneself or to others.

Abstract

Tourist marriage or misyar is illegitimate because it can damage the family and can cause problems in citizenship, because if a man visits four countries and in each country, he has a wife then there will be a mixture of offspring (ikhtilat nasab) which is prohibited by shari'a. Misyar (Tourism) marriage is carried out not based on achieving a purpose of marriage because the marriage is only done to eliminate the value of adultery in the purpose of marriage, but it is still haram because it has a mudharat that will occur in the future. And this marriage only fulfils the concept of maqasid al-shari'ah which is maqashid al-Asl iyyah (the main purpose) but not maqashid tabi'iyah.
