Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of parental role modeling in shaping children's communication skills, especially in the family environment, which is the primary center of education. The phenomenon observed in Baharu Utara Village shows that there are still children who use inappropriate words in their daily interactions, thus requiring an empirical study of the relationship between parental role modeling and the formation of children's communication skills. This study aims to describe the forms of parental role modeling, describe the condition of children's communication ethics, and analyze the influence of parental role modeling on the formation of children's communication ethics. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The research sample consisted of 62 parents selected through simple random sampling, with data collection through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed using SPSS version 20. The results show that parental role modeling is in the adequate category (58.3%), children's communication ethics are in the good category (62.6%), and there is a significant positive influence of parental role modeling on the formation of children's communication ethics. The conclusion of this study confirms that the better the role model displayed by parents, the better the children's communication ethics, with implications for the need to increase the role of parents as role models in ethics education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of legal protection for teachers based on the Teacher and Lecturer Law, identify the forms of legal threats faced, and formulate an integrative strengthening strategy model. Through a correlational descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 210 teachers in Kotabaru City secondary education units, this research found that the effectiveness of implementing legal protection is still low, characterized by limited teacher access to legal aid and weak socialization of legal rights. Various legal threats have been identified, ranging from criminalization for disciplinary action, intimidation in assessments, civil lawsuits, to violations of Intellectual Property Rights, which are increasingly exacerbated by digital amplification. As a solution, the "Networked Teacher Legal Protection System" model was formulated which is oriented towards three pillars: preventive through socialization and standard protocols, responsive through strengthening LKBH PGRI as a first responder and uses technology, as well as curative assistance in the form of litigation legal assistance and psychological support. This model emphasizes sustainable synergy between teachers, schools, LKBH PGRI, and law enforcement officials to create an educational ecosystem that is safe and conducive to increasing teacher professionalism

Abstract

This research analyzes the strategy of the Arab-Israeli minority movement in fighting for equal rights amidst systemic discrimination institutionalized through state policies such as the Nation-State Law. Using a qualitative approach and case studies, research reveals that Arab-Israeli society developed various forms of resistance that are fragmented but remain committed to Israel's legal framework, including constitutional struggles through the courts, grassroots movements such as the Islamic Movement that provide alternative social services, as well as political participation through Arab parties in the Knesset such as the United Arab List, Hadash, and Balad. The research findings show that despite Israel's high commitment to democracy, fragmentation within political and social movements—caused by ideological and interest differences—is a significant obstacle in creating effective pressure to achieve full equality. This research concludes that the consolidation of the movement through an inclusive coordination platform and the building of strategic alliances with progressive Jewish groups is a crucial step to optimize the political struggle of the Arab-Israeli minority towards recognition as equal citizens.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Media interaktif seperti video animasi, aplikasi kuis digital, dan platform Canva Education menjadi pilihan guru dalam menghadirkan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik serta mendorong siswa untuk aktif terlibat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru dan siswa kelas IV dan V. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya perhatian, semangat mengikuti kegiatan belajar, partisipasi dalam diskusi, serta antusiasme saat mengerjakan tugas berbasis teknologi. Penggunaan media berbasis digital juga membantu siswa memahami materi dengan lebih mudah melalui tampilan visual dan interaktif. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kendala yang dihadapi guru, seperti keterbatasan perangkat TIK di madrasah, jaringan internet yang tidak stabil, serta kemampuan guru yang beragam dalam mengoperasikan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran interaktif perlu diimbangi dengan pelatihan teknologi bagi guru dan dukungan fasilitas yang memadai agar proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Madrasah education supervision is a coaching process that aims to improve the quality of learning and teacher professionalism through supervision that is constructive, democratic, and oriented towards continuous improvement. This article comprehensively discusses the meaning of supervision, the factors that influence its implementation, the aims and functions of supervision in madrasas, the types of supervision, the processes followed, as well as the techniques, approaches and methods used. The results of the study show that supervision of madrasa education not only functions as a monitoring tool, but also as a strategic effort to integrate religious and general curricula, increase teacher competence, create a collaborative work climate, and strengthen institutional governance. Effective supervision requires the involvement of madrasa heads, teachers and supervisors in carrying out their respective roles with the principles of cooperation and continuous development. With Thus, supervision of madrasa education can be used as a means of realizing quality education that is in line with Islamic values ​​while also responding to the challenges of modern education
