Abstract

The low knowledge of teachers about the learning media needed in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the 21st century greatly affects learning media. So this study aims to determine the type of educational game-based learning media in the learning process in elementary schools and the effectiveness of the use of educational game-based learning media used in the learning process in elementary schools. The method used is systematic literature (Systematic Literature Review) using PRISMA diagrams. The database used to search for literature uses two digital libraries, namely Harzing, WOS, Google Scholar and Garuda. In order for the selected literature to be relevant, use the keyword “Game education”. The next step is to search for scientific article publications from 2016 to 2021 which discuss the use of educational game-based learning media in the learning process in elementary schools. The results of the search for scientific articles contained 17 articles that would be analyzed and synthesized. The analytical technique used is the narrative method by grouping the extracted data. The result of this research is that educational games can be developed and applied to various fields of study or subjects using Experimental and R&D methods. when applying educational games using Experiments and when you want to innovate, you can use the R&D research method.

Abstract

To face challenges in the 21st century efficiently and effectively, a country needs students who have inventive thinking in addition to being innovative and creative. The low level of student mindset is an obstacle in the current global era. Therefore, this study aims to analyze students' inventive thinking skills in online learning at SMP Negeri 5 Ukui sub-district. The research method used is a survey method. The database of students' creative thinking abilities was collected through online questionnaires/questionnaires using Google Form, then analyzed descriptively using the SPSS version 23.00 program for Windows. The subjects used as research samples were 55 students of class IX SMP Negeri 5 Ukui. The results showed that the mastery of the elements of students' inventive thinking skills at SMP Negeri 5 Ukui had an average of 3.81 in the Good category. Obtaining the good category, seen from the respondents' responses, namely students have a high curiosity very well. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the inventive thinking ability of students with a total frequency of 55 students, overall shows that students of SMP Negeri 5 Ukui have good inventive thinking skills, where an average of 3.81 or 10 is also shown by the results of the category. in good presentation. From this research, it is hoped that students' inventive thinking skills will continue to develop both from flexibility and complexity, self-regulation, curiosity, creativity, being able to take risks and high-level thinking.

Abstract

Cybercrime is considered a serious problem in the digital age. The problem is the low literacy rate of the digital community. In Indonesia, the number of Internet users and the frequency with which people access information content and social media, especially among the millennial generation, are not accompanied by awareness to use the internet wisely. For this reason, this study aims to determine the level of digital literacy of the millennial generation in the city of Surabaya in tackling cybercrime. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample used as research is 45 people from peers with a range of ages 15 to 20 years. Digital data literacy was obtained from the distribution of online questionnaires using Googleform which contained 31 statements as indicators, then analyzed descriptively using the SPSS version 23.00 program for Windows. The results showed that the level of digital literacy in general was in the low category index. The highest component is shown by Understanding Understanding, with a digital literacy index score of 46.8%, which is in the medium category. The lowest component is indicated by the ability to collaborate with a digital literacy index score of 32.2%. This research contributes in the form of new policy recommendations for policy makers as initial data screening related to digital literacy.

Abstract

The integration of science and Islamic religious values is needed in the reconstruction of the Islamic education system. This study aims to explore several models of integrating science and religion and their implications for Islamic education. The data obtained were analyzed and interviewed from several students at SMP Negeri 05 Rokan IV Koto. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the integration of science and Islam in learning only a few students know and some of them still think that science and religion cannot be used as one in learning. Therefore, the results of this study can be used as information for educators and further researchers to overcome the low understanding of students in understanding the integration of science and Islam.

Abstract

This literature review aims to describe a literature review on PAI learning policies during the pandemic. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review approach. The stages of the research were carried out starting from article collection, article reduction, article display, discussion, and drawing conclusions. The data sources used are national and international journal articles in the last 5 years (2015-2020). The search results of the literature review show that there are positive learning style changes where students become more active and creative, there are also negative changes where there is a decrease in student learning motivation. In addition, technology also needs to continue to improve its quality as the most important means to support this process. It is hoped that the government will not turn a blind eye to problems that occur related to technology as a means of supporting online learning or distance learning

Abstract

Instagram app allows its users to tell their stories worldwide through publishing their images which are sometimes accompanied by some verbal description of the texts. This study aims to find out if picture-series-on-instagram app can be used as a learning tool in the classroom to improve students’ writing ability on narrative text type. The design of the present research was quasi-experimental. The population of the research was the tenth-grade students of a public senior high school in Kampar. Two classes were selected as the experimental and controlled classes. The total number of both classes was ninety students. Data collection technique was a pre-test and post-test of writing a narrative text. The results of test were scored by two experts as the raters whereas a writing assessment rubric by Brown (2007) was employed as the reference. Data analysis technique of the research used an independent t-test formula to compare the post-test results from the experimental and the controlled classes. The findings found that the post-test results of the experimental students were significantly higher compared to post-test results of the controlled students (Sig, 2-tailed = 0.039 < 0.05). As a conclusion, the use of the picture-series-on-instagram app was shown to significantly more effective to improve students’ ability to write a narrative text than the use of the conventional method. The findings of this present research support the findings of the previous studies that the picture-series is instrumental to improve the EFL students’ writing ability on narrative texts. Furthermore, it is recommended that the use of picture-series to improve students’ writing ability on narrative text could be used by the tenth-grade teachers in their classrooms.

Abstract

This research started with the problem of the low mathematical problem-solving ability of fourth grade students at SDN 004 Sungai Salak. This can be seen in the results of tests of mathematical problemsolving abilities obtained by students, the results of observations and interviews with teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Problem Based Instruction model on the mathematical problemsolving abilities of fourth grade students at SDN 004 Sungai Salak and to determine the students' mathematical problemsolving abilities after being taught with the Problem Based Instruction model. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research with The Time Series Experiment. The population in this study were all fourthgrade students at SDN 004 Sungai Salak, which totaled 21 people and consisted of 1 class. The sampling technique is a saturated sample because the population is less than 30 people. The data collection technique in this study used a mathematical problemsolving ability test. Data analysis technique used in this study, namely the t-test. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the mathematical problemsolving ability of students who take part in learning using the Problem Based Instruction model is higher than students who take part in conventional learning.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Implementasi Pembina Penggalang Putra, Putri dan Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Nilai-nilai Islam Dalam Kegiatan Pramuka Di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Se-Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kwalitatif deskriftif, sedangkan jenis penelitiannya adalah jenis penelitian study kasus dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian yaitu peneliti sendiri dan menggunakan teknik penggalian data penelitian observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. model analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif David R. Krathwohl dalam “Affective Domain”, sebagaimana yang dikutip oleh Chabib Thoha, yaitu terdiri dari empat tahap. pertama menyimak, kedua responding ketiga organization dan characterization. Analisis data dilakukan terus menerus sampai pada akhir penelitian. subjek penelitian pembina pramuka penggalang putra, pembina pramuka penggalang putri dan beberapa guru MI Se-Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. adalah responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang. variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah implementasi pembelajaran nilai-nilai Islam dalam kegiatan pramuka. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran nilai-nilai Islam dalam pramuka cukup mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam kepada siswa, implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran pramuka sangat efektif dan bermanfaat bagi seluruh komponen-komponen sekolah dalam mengembangkan lebih banyak program untuk membentuk karakter siswa dengan meningkatkan kembali sistim pendataan yang terkait dengan nilai-nilai Islam. untuk membiasakan diri siswa dikehidupan sehari-hari dalam keislaman seperti membiasakan sholat fardhu 5 waktu berjamaah dan baca doa sebelum kegiatan maupun sesudah kegiatan pramuka tahun pembelajaran 2022-2023

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in the results of student learning activities in natural science subjects through the application of the fish bowl technique for class V State Elementary School 005 Empat Knok Hall. teachers and only a few students who are active in learning, this research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were one teacher and 28 students at the 005 Empat Kuok State Elementary School. The object of this study was the fish bowl technique and learning activities. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The technique of collecting is using observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with percentages. Based on the results of research and data analysis shows that the application of the fish bowl technique can improve student learning activities. It is known that before the action was taken, an average of 54.91% was obtained or was in the less high category. Then after the application of the fish bowl technique in the first cycle, the first meeting only reached 59.97% or was in the high enough category, at the second meeting it reached 62.20% or was in the high enough category. In the second cycle of the first meeting, student learning activities increased, namely 72.32% or were in the fairly high category at the second meeting reaching 79 16% or were in the high category. This means that it has reached the established success indicators. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the fish bowl technique can improve student learning activities

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of applying the cooperative learning model to students' social values ​​in history learning at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. In this study using descriptive qualitative analysis research method. The research subjects consisted of 32 class X students and history science teacher. The research data were obtained from the results of a questionnaire analysis of students and teachers in history learning class X. The results showed that the cooperative learning model was effective for increasing students' social values ​​compared to the ordinary (expository) learning model. In addition, the results of the study obtained findings on the learning process which indicated that it led to improving the quality of students' self.
