Abstract

Jabodetabek Commuter Line KRL is a public transportation that is now widely used by thegeneral public. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service quality and customer satisfaction of Jabodetabek KRl in the eyes of its users. This study uses the literacy study method in whichresearch uses journals available in electronic media. The results of this study show that the service quality of the Jabodetabek KRl has been satisfactory for its users. However, there are still someaspects that need to be improved. Overall, the users are satisfied and the Jabodetabek KRL has a goodreputation or image in the eyes of its users.

Abstract

Exercise questions for students aim to determine the understanding level of the material to the student. Students are said understand if they can solve problems with the correct process and answers. Limited time and the number of students sometimes make the teacher unable to correct the answers from their students. Teachers only focus on explaining the material so that assistance is needed to be able to assist teachers in correcting student answers quickly and accurately. Therefore, the authors conducted a study entitled the effectiveness of e learning to assist teachers in correcting student answers to math problems.The purpose of this study is to help teachers in correcting the correctness of student answers quickly, of course with the correct process. The expected outcome target is that teachers are able to use the SinauCBT E Learning application so that it can help speed up correcting student answers to math problems.The application of SinauCBT has a positive and significant effect on students at SMPN 18 Surakarta 2022/2023 with a low correlation value of 0.395. The results of the F test in the third equation show that the F significance value is 0.003 <0.05. So that it can be concluded together will form a linear or significant equation model. Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive impact of organizations and organizational culture on generation z students and workers. The position of the organization is quite important in aspects of life both in industry, government, social organizations, society and others. Organizations as part of the branch of social science have a fairly large role in human life. Organizational culture refers to shared assumptions. Organizations can occur if there is a group of people working together to achieve the same goal. "Organizational culture is customs, traditions, norms and general ways of doing things in an organization as a result of what has been done previously." Organizational culture that differentiates an organization from other organizations is a system of meaning shared by its members. Corporate culture is a source of sustainable competitive advantage. This research shows that organizational culture is a key element of organizational effectiveness. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, namely questionnaires. Where the population is 36 and the sample is 31 students and workers. The results of this research state that there are still many Generation Z students and workers who are interested in joining organizations and state that organizational culture has a positive impact on them. The limitations of this research are, the lack of samples that have been studied. In this research we only used 2 variables to look at organizational interest in Generation Z workers and students.

Abstract

Abstract Talent management began to become popular in Indonesia after the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, promoted it in mid-2019. The idea conveyed was that human resource development was a priority and key to Indonesia's success in the future. Talent management was formulated to be a strategy for increasing the productivity and competitiveness of human resources. There are three areas within the scope of the National Talent Management design, namely research and innovation, arts and culture, and sports. National Talent Management will seek to screen the talents and potential of young Indonesians in these three areas. Abstract

Abstract The unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the major countries that prioritizes applicable legal provisions. One of the fields of law in order to maintain order and security of Indonesian citizens themselves is criminal law. Differences can sometimes affect the interaction process and can trigger conflicts either motivated by different interests, and then cause reactions either subtly in the form of conflicts of ideas or violently in the form of violence. Problem in case file B/405/VIII/2023/Sek. Ja with a brief description when the witness named Fajar Alwiyuda was asked for information that it was true that the witness had been molested by the suspect Rifki Agoesti on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at approximately 22.00 WIB at Kp. Cakung Rt 01/05 Kel. Jatisari Kec. Jatiasih Bekasi City. The legal basis and elements of the legal provisions of the case proved that the defendant was charged with Article 352 of the Criminal Code investigated by the investigator. The conclusion obtained is correct There has been a criminal offence of "mistreatment of persons and such abuse does not cause pain or hindrance to the performance of work". Abstract

Correctional Institutions are places for providing guidance to prisoners and correctional students. The target of implementing the correctional system is basically to realize the goal of correctional institutions, namely to shape correctional inmates into complete human beings, aware of their mistakes, improve themselves, and return to society as good and useful people. Through this correctional system, the training provided to prisoners is more humane while still upholding their honor and dignity as human beings. One of these processes can be seen in efforts to classify prisoners as an idea of criminal individualization in training prisoners based on the correctional system. Guidance and education will be maximized if there is classification of prisoners, based on age, gender, type of crime, length of sentence and so on. This research aims to find out what the procedures are and how important it is to classify prisoners at the class IIB Blangpidie penitentiary. The research method used is an empirical legal approach, where the data obtained is based on direct observations according to what happens in the field. The results of this research indicate that the classification of prisoners in the Class IIB Blangpidie penitentiary is in accordance whit correctional objectives.
