Abstract

In 2020, a health emergency became a condition that affected the stability of the Indonesian state, especially in certain areas that require proper and prompt handling. The Covid-19 virus outbreak (also known as the coronavirus), has infected millions of people across Indonesia. The legal basis used to draft the handling policy, at least also based on the 1945 NRI Constitution, Law No. 24 of 2007 on Disaster Management (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 24 of 2007) and Law No. 6 of 2018 on Health Quarantine (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 6 of 2018). The issue raised is how the implementation of law enforcement and legal sanctions in handling the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia based on Law No.6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine and reconstruction of legal relations between the central and local governments in handling the pandemic effectively in Indonesia? The method used is normative legal research methods. Normative legal research itself is a research method that examines the law from an internal perspective with the object of research is the legal norm. The approaches used in this study are the statute approach and the conceptual approach. This research is based on the regulation of laws and regulations governing the handling and management of the Covid-19 pandemic and analysis of the concept of determining the laws and regulations. The conclusions that can be drawn include a comprehensive analysis of the substance of Law No. 24 of 2007, Law No. 6 of 2018, and Law No. 23 of 2014 shows the unclear legal relationship between the central government and local governments in emergency situations (extraordinary), especially in handling the pandemic. As a result, its implementation often causes legal conflicts between the central and local governments that hinder the handling of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The Regional Government, on the basis of autonomy has the right to take care of its regional affairs, including in dealing with problems that occur in the region. The results of this study provide advice and recommendations including The Need for Synchronization and Harmonization of the Regulation of Law No.24 of 2007 on Disaster Management, Law No.23 of 2014 on Local Government and Law No.6 of 2018 on Health Quarantine so that the construction of central and regional legal relations in handling outbreaks in Indonesia can be more responsive and effective in its implementation

The results of FGD and interview were analyzed by summarizing, categorizing and making themes, designing them into a chemotherapy training model as needed by nurses to improve their competence. Result and Discussion: The materials and theories of chemotherapy training were delivered on an electronic based. The skill materials should, otherwise, be delivered face-to-face. The nurses stated that direct learning in service site made it easier for them to understand the materials. Learning was carried out in small groups through role play, and mentoring/coaching was also a learning method that was necessarily taken into consideration. Conclusion: Face-to-face method improved the competence better, but with the Covid-19 pandemic situation, of which end was yet unknown, and the new life order condition, the training model built should keep considering the health and safety of patients, health workers and training participants

Abstract

PT. RPP Contractors Indonesia implements open-pit mining with open pit mining methods. Which has a coal mining production target in June 2021 of 111,800 tons of coal and overburden stripping of 1,596,278 BCM. However, mining realization often experiences discrepancies every month, therefore research is needed to analyze the differences in mining planning and realization, the factors that cause differences, and efforts that can be made to minimize the mismatch of mining planning to the realization of mining. Reconciliation is finding a way to create two different ideas, facts, etc. The research method conducted is to match the mining planning in June 2021 with the actual mining in June 2021 to get the percentage of the mining match. From the results of the study, it is known that in June 2021 the achievement of mining according to planning is 111,800 tons of coal and 1,596,278 BCM overburden. And from observations, the causes of the difference between planning and realization in the field are the number of inappropriate fleets, the productivity of unsuitable tools, and less than optimal representation. Therefore, efforts are needed to minimize these discrepancies by increasing effective working time and increasing supervision.

Abstract

Observations on the implementation of the volleyball game learning process in several schools showed that many problems were found, the lack of mastery of volleyball game technical skills, it was necessary to be taught in depth about volleyball game techniques. In connection with this problem, especially Passing, students need to be taught various kinds of Passing. In accordance with its development, Passing in volleyball is divided into two types, namely: Lower Passing, and Upper Passing, but Lower Passing which has a high level of difficulty. In accordance with the learning objectives of PJOK students are required to master the lower passing movements of the lessons taught but in the end many students are not interested in lower level learning. One of the efforts to improve and increase students' interest in participating in low-level learning is the need for appropriate learning modifications, namely by using the reward and punishment learning. The subjects in this study were 34 students of class XI SMK N 1 Gabuswetan. The research procedure was carried out using cycles of action (recycling). Recycling in research begins with planning (Planning), action (Action), observing (Observation), and reflecting (Reflection), and so on until the expected improvement is achieved. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an increase in student interest and learning outcomes. Before the application (Pre-Cycle) the average student interest in learning was 35% in the good category. In Cycle I, the average interest in learning volleyball lessons at the bottom increased where students' interest in learning rose to 53% in the fairly good category. In Cycle II, the average student interest in learning increased to 100% in the very good category (SB). In addition, there is an increase in students' ability to participate in lower level learning in volleyball lessons. At the pre-cycle stage, the frequency of the category is quite good, while in the first and second cycles, after applying the reward and punishment learning model, the results are in the good category.

Abstract

Introduction: PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. is a bank which was founded on September 26, 1955 and is the 5th largest bank in Indonesia based on asset value. The initial purpose of establishing this bank is to build values and professionalism, especially in the banking sector. Method: To achieve this goal, research was carried out with using pure quantitative research and then to process the data used descriptive quantitative research. Secondary data sources in this study from the internet or research from another author. Results: The main reason for the merger between the two banks is due to the rules applied by Bank Indonesia regarding the single presence policy. Rule It states that a party is only allowed to be the owner of shares controllers on one bank only. When any party is affected by the rule, then given three options for restructuring, including: merger or acquisition, transfer shares and the formation of a holding company. Changes due to the merger can have an effect on changes in performance. Performance need evaluated regularly because it is very important to maintain company productivity. Conclusion: From the calculation data above, it can be concluded that the merger process is not always bring positive results. This can be seen from the significant decrease in net profit margin and net income total assets. Many things caused the decline in both parts. One of them occurs due to an increase in operating costs which was delegated to Bank CIMB Niaga after the merger. This condition is due to the addition of the number of ATM machines and the development of technological systems that applied to some access and service features.
