Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengelompokan produk pada beberapa web site. Dalam crawling engine akan sangat membantu dalam memasukan data produk secara otomatis mengambil data dari website produk tersebut, kemudian di input dalam aplikasi Odoo. Algoritma k-means klustering sendiri adalah algoritma mengelompokkan pengamatan ke dalam kelompok k, di mana k merupakan parameter input. Tiap data kemudian ditetapkan pada setiap pengamatan cluster berdasarkan kedekatan pengamatan nilai rata-rata cluster. Pengelompokan ini akan sangat membantu dalam klasifikasi produk berdasarkan cross reference. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah produk produk terinput secara otomatis dan data sesuai dengan website produk tersebut dan produk terkelompok sesuai dengan cross reference.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a microservices-based information system for managing research and community service data at Universitas Pelita Bangsa. The previous system had several shortcomings, including manual and fragmented data management, leading to data duplication, slow reporting processes, and limited access to information for lecturers. This research employed Agile Development methodology to ensure that the developed system effectively meets user needs. The results indicate that the implementation of a microservices architecture significantly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of data management, accelerates the reporting process, and facilitates easier access to information for lecturers. Additionally, the system optimizes collaboration among stakeholders by providing seamless and integrated access to research and community service data. Consequently, this microservices-based information system has proven capable of enhancing the quality of faculty services, while also offering flexibility for future system development in line with the faculty's needs and growth.

Abstract

Roma Bangunan is one of the mainstay building stores of the Karawang community, offering a wide range of building material products. However, this store faces the challenge of unstable stock inventory which hampers operations and service to customers. Inconsistent stock can lead to service delays, lost sales, and reduced customer satisfaction. Therefore, the author uses Rapidminer with the application of a priori algorithm to find sales combination patterns in sales transaction data, so that this combination pattern will later become information on what goods must have more and less stock of goods, thus minimizing the occurrence of overstocking. In this study, 3 association rules/combination patterns were produced that met the minimum support of 10% and confidence of 50%, namely for the highest association rule "If consumers buy sandpaper, then buy White Brush" with a support value of 12%, confidence of 69% and an elevator ratio of 3.11. By implementing Rapid Miner and a priori algorithms, Roma Bangunan Stores was able to leverage existing data to make better decisions, optimize inventory management, and ultimately improve customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best classification and composition of paving blocks with the addition of disposable diaper waste, evaluated based on the compressive strength and water absorption of the paving blocks according to SNI 03-0691-1996. The study also examines the effect of varying amounts of disposable diaper waste on the compressive strength and water absorption tests, and compares the quality of paving blocks made with disposable diaper waste to commercial paving blocks. The research method used is an experimental approach with a quantitative approach. The materials used for producing the paving blocks include cement, sand, water, disposable diaper waste, and the additive Naphthalene Formaldehyde Sulfonate. Samples were tested to determine the relationship between the physical and mechanical properties with the material composition, in accordance with the quality of the paving blocks produced based on SNI 03-0691-1996. Based on this study, the optimal composition for compressive strength is the addition of 10 grams of disposable diaper waste, which resulted in a compressive strength of 36.76 MPa, meeting the SNI 03-0691-1996 standard quality A. For water absorption, the best composition is the addition of 5 grams of disposable diaper waste, showing the lowest water absorption of 1.41%, also meeting the standard quality A. Abstract

As information technology develops today, the use of computers has become a very good alternative way for information needs and is the right solution for managing data compared to information carried out manually. However PT. Mitra Dinamika Utama still uses manual recording of goods, which results in problems such as recording warehouse stock which still uses traditional methods such as recording the incoming and outgoing goods using a notebook, making it easy for errors to occur when managing goods data. The method used in this research is the Agile Development (scrum) method, and will be built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The aim of this research is to create a website- based inventory information system that will help companies increase the efficiency of recording warehouse stock. The results of this research show that PT. Mitra Dinamika Utama can manage warehouse stock more effectively and efficiently, because the recording process becomes smoother and integrated with other business processes. This enables faster access to data, better decision making, and increased overall productivity.

Abstract

This study develops an automated sentiment analysis system to classify Indonesian-language user reviews of the JobStreet application from the Google Play Store. It compares the performance of two machine learning algorithms, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naive Bayes. The review data were preprocessed through cleaning, case folding, tokenization, normalization, stopword removal, and stemming before model training and evaluation. Performance was measured using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results show that SVM outperformed Naive Bayes, achieving 97% accuracy, 0.98 precision, 0.96 recall, and a 0.97 F1-score. In comparison, Naive Bayes achieved 89% accuracy, 0.93 precision, 0.83 recall, and a 0.86 F1-score. SVM demonstrated more balanced precision and recall across sentiment classes, indicating better classification performance. These findings suggest that SVM is more effective for Indonesian-language sentiment analysis and has strong potential for implementation in automated systems to support intelligent recommendations and improve service quality on digital recruitment platforms

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimen publik terhadap pelayanan Bea Cukai di Indonesia yang menjadi sorotan di media sosial X. Metode Soft Voting digunakan dengan menggabungkan prediksi algoritma Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor, dan Decision Tree pada data unggahan pengguna yang diproses melalui tahapan KDD, preprocessing, N-Gram 1–3, serta SMOTE, dan dievaluasi menggunakan Stratified K-Fold Cross Validation (5 fold). Hasil menunjukkan akurasi Naïve Bayes sebesar 93%, Decision Tree 85%, dan KNN 57%, sedangkan metode Soft Voting menghasilkan akurasi 99% pada data uji dan turun sekitar 4% pada data baru, menandakan kemampuan generalisasi yang baik serta pengurangan kesalahan klasifikasi, khususnya pada tweet negatif. Walaupun secara kuantitatif sentimen mayoritas tampak positif, analisis wordcloud menunjukkan dominasi isu negatif seperti penahanan barang, dugaan korupsi, dan permasalahan sistem yang menjadi perhatian utama publik. Oleh karena itu, Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai perlu memperkuat penerapan kode etik serta penegakan regulasi terkait guna meningkatkan transparansi dan kepercayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pelanggaran kawasan bebas asap rokok di lingkungan industri masih sering terjadi akibat keterbatasan pengawasan manual, sehingga diperlukan sistem pemantauan otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan alat deteksi asap rokok berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mendukung kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok di PT. NOK Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen melalui perancangan prototipe yang mengintegrasikan sensor gas MQ-2, mikrokontroler ESP32, buzzer, LED, dan notifikasi real-time melalui aplikasi Telegram. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap fungsi sensor, respon aktuator, serta kecepatan pengiriman notifikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendeteksi asap rokok secara akurat pada jarak 1–9 cm, mengaktifkan alarm visual dan audio, serta mengirimkan peringatan instan ke perangkat petugas dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% selama uji coba. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan pengawasan manual dalam meningkatkan kecepatan respon dan akurasi deteksi, sehingga berpotensi mengurangi pelanggaran serta mendukung terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang lebih sehat dan aman, serta memungkinkan pengembangan lanjutan melalui integrasi dengan sistem keamanan lain seperti CCTV atau pemantauan terpusat.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the K-means clustering algorithm using RapidMiner to classify sports product sales data at Toko Sanjaya Sport. The research addresses the lack of a sales analysis system capable of grouping products based on sales performance, which has hindered effective stock and promotional decision-making. The dataset includes 150 sales records from January to December 2024, with attributes such as product name, category, and price. The research follows the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) stages: data selection, preprocessing, transformation, clustering using K-means, and evaluation with the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). The results generated three clusters: highly demanded products (15 items), moderately demanded products (41 items), and less demanded products (69 items). The DBI score of 0.667 indicates good clustering quality. Overall, the findings provide valuable insights to support better inventory management and sales strategy planning at Toko Sanjaya Sport.

Abstract

The advancement of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has enhanced security systems, especially in automated door access management. This research designs and develops an IoT-based door access control system using an ESP32 microcontroller, RFID for user authentication, and integration of Firebase Authentication and the MQTT protocol to ensure secure and real-time communication. The system was developed using the prototyping method, including requirements analysis, system design, development, and evaluation. The frontend is implemented as a Progressive Web App (PWA) using React.js for responsive access on mobile and desktop devices, while the backend uses Express.js integrated with Firebase and an MQTT broker. Testing results show that the system enables real-time door access control with improved security and efficiency. The use of Google Authentication and HTTP-only cookies enhances protection against unauthorized access, and the access log feature supports user activity monitoring. Overall, the system provides a modern, secure, and integrated door access solution suitable for various environments
