Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Institute of Islamic Microfinance Baitul Mal of Aceh, with the aim to determine the financial management practices of Community-Based Program Islamic Microfinance and financial reporting of financing Islamic Microfinance Community-Based Program.This research using descriptive analysis with an emphasis on understanding the issues based on the conditions of reality to explain the description in the form of the sentence, with the source of the data used are primary data obtained directly from the research.The results showed the distribution of funding for microfinance islamic community based on Micro Finance Institutions Sharia Baitul Mal Aceh distributed to mustahik to approach the concept of 5C + 1S, which includes character, ability / capacity, capital, collateral and economic situation / condition, with the number of mustahik financing receiver as much as 2,083 people with average growth rate of as much as 694 people per year mustahik, and the amount of financing provided as much as Rp 7.963.850.000,- the rate of growth of an annual average of Rp 2,654,616,667, -. Financial reporting conducted by Microfinance Institutions Sharia Baitul Mal of Aceh are in accordance with the statement of financial accounting standards (SFAS) No. 101 concerning the presentation of the financial statements of sharia, which includes the statement of financial position (balance sheet), income / loss, cash flow statement and notes financial statements (CALK). Keywords: Islamic Microfinance Financing and Financial Reporting

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the relationship between jobsatisfaction with staff front office performance in Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. Thisstudy is a descriptive correlational study. The population numbered 30 people ofstaff front office department, Informant selection techniques in the study usingsaturated sampling technique for 30 people of staff front office department, datacollection techniques with a structured questionnaire based on Likert scale thathas been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the survey results revealedthe percentage of incoming job satisfaction overall categorized good (90%), stafffront office performance in Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang overall as enough(40%).The results showed that there between job satisfaction with staff frontoffice performance in Hotel Rocky Plaza Padang is didn’t have a Positive andsignificant relationship, it means if the job satisfaction good, the performance ofstaff front office would be good also.Keywords: Leadership and Performance1

Abstract

This research is done to find out teachers’ strategies in writing and the correlation between teachers’ strategies and students’ writing ability.  This study employs a qualitative research, where all the data are described in a systematic way based on the asserted research questions. The subject for this research was the second year students of English Department of Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Ar-Raniry  that consisted of 35 students. To obtain the data, the writer applied questionnaires, interview and document analysis. As a result of this research, it is found that there were good influences between teachers’ writing strategies and students’ writing ability. It could be proven from the students’ responds of questionnaires’ distribution that 88, 57 % of the students improved their writing ability. Meanwhile, 88, 57% was motivated to write and 92, 43% of them said that teachers’ strategies made them easy to generate their ideas. Besides, based on the document analysis, it is found that there were no strongly different among each class in average value; unit one was 80.7, unit three was 77 and unit four was 78. Hence, it could be said that the hypothesis of this research was proven.  Key Words: Writing Strategies, Writing.

Abstract

Mitra dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) ini adalah kelompok guru TK di Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) Tahfizh Anak Bangsa yang terletak di desa Lamgugop Banda Aceh. Masalah yang dihadapi di lembaga pendidikan mitra di antaranya: pertama, Kurangnya pengalaman guru dalam mengajarkan bahasa Inggris untuk anak-anak TK. Kedua, kurangnya sumber dan fasilitas pembelajaran yang memadai dan memenuhi syarat, dan ketiga masih memiliki banyak kekurangan dalam hal metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran dan bahan ajar yang sesuai. Solusi yang ditawarkan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, konseptual dan reflektif yaitu mitra diberikan pelatihan dan sosialisasi mengenai cara-cara pengajaran dan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis pendidikan karakter untuk anak usia dini. Kegiatan pelatihan dimulai dengan penyajian materi yang dirumuskan dalam thema   “Teaching English For Young Learners” dengan menghadirkan pemateri yang dianggap ahli dalam bidangnya. Kegiatan pelatihan dimulai dengan memberikan teori tentang penguatan metode pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis pendidikan karakter dan juga penguatan metode pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan media. Melalui pelatihan ini, pengetahuan guru TK Tahfizh Anak Bangsa semakin meningkat baik dari segi kebahasaan berupa pengucapan (pronunciations), penguasaan kosa kata (vocabularies) maupun metode pengajaran bahasa Inggris. Hal ini ditunjukkan tidak hanya dari segi sikap antusias para guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan tetapi juga berdasarkan hasil nilai pre-test dengan jumlah rata-rata 70 meningkat menjadi 97.5 pada nilai post-test. Selain itu, Dengan adanya program ini, tim pengabdian juga memfasilitasi penyediaan buku sebanyak 14 buku, 1 Al-Qur’an, dan 3 pak gambar wayang yang diharapkan bisa digunakan sebagai referensi dan sumber pengetahuan dalam mengajarkan bahasa Inggris. kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan ke depannya mampu melahirkan aktivitas belajar mengajar yang lebih menyenangkan, aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif sesuai dengan karakter dan kepribadian anak usia dini. Kata kunci: Pelatihan; Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris; Pendidikan Karakter

Abstract

Pada pembelajaran matematika, kemampuan koneksi matematis menjadi salah satu aspek yang harus diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa Kemampuan Koneksi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh dalam memahami konsep Dimensi Tiga pada mata kuliah Geometri Ruang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan soal tes koneksi matematis, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) tingkat kemampuan koneksi matematis mahasiswa pendidikan matematika masih tergolong rendah; 2) kesulitan masalah koneksi matematis yang dihadapi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika umumnya adalah kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal koneksi yang berhubungan antar topik matematika, khususnya konsep Phytagoras, konsep perbandingan trigonometri, konsep segitiga, konsep operasi pecahan dan konsep akar.Kata kunci: kemampuan koneksi matematis, dimensi tiga.

Abstract

This policy paper describes that in the digital era, digital transformation has become crucial for enhancing public performance and services. The Lampung Provincial Ministry of Religion (Kanwil Kemenag Lampung) needs to adapt by utilizing digital technology to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. This policy paper aims to formulate a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for Kanwil Kemenag Lampung to improve public performance and services. This policy paper employs a qualitative research method with literature studies, interviews, and observations. Data is analyzed descriptively to generate a contextual and applicable digital transformation strategy. The analysis results indicate five main pillars of digital transformation for Kanwil Kemenag Lampung: (1) Digital Infrastructure Development: Building a robust and integrated digital infrastructure to support public services; (2) Digital Application Development: Creating innovative digital applications to enhance internal process efficiency and public services; (3) Human Resource Capacity Enhancement: Improving the capacity of Kanwil Kemenag Lampung's human resources in using digital technology; (4) Data Governance Strengthening: Building effective data governance to ensure data security, integrity, and accessibility; and (5) Work Culture Change: Cultivating an adaptive, innovative, and public service-oriented work culture. The conclusion is that digital transformation of Kanwil Kemenag Lampung through the five main pillars can significantly improve public performance and services. Implementing this strategy will assist Kanwil Kemenag Lampung in providing faster, easier, more transparent, and accountable services to the public.

Abstract

The role of the principal is very important in strengthening character education because the principal, as a policy maker, can accommodate all student needs related to character education and a leader who can encourage all teachers and employees to become good character models for all students will greatly determine the success of character education can be implemented. This study aimed to analyze the role of school principals in strengthening character education. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study amounted to 1 principal and 6 class teachers. The methods used for data collection are observation, interviews, and document review. The instruments used to collect data are interview sheets and observation sheets. The results showed that based on the results of interviews and observations, the role of the principal in strengthening character education is very large and can affect the attitudes and personalities of children at school. Guidance, motivation, and facilities provided by students are very much needed to get more motivation in strengthening character education. This research implies that school principals can carry out their duties according to their role in strengthening character education.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find out how learning trajectory is right for students in understanding the concept of geometry. Learning the area of triangles and quadrilateral areas through trivial problems may be easy for students, but not in the context of complex problems. Therefore, through learning with Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach is known learning trajectory that can help students learn geometry. From the results of the study showed that through the provision of problems that are situational and close to the experience of students give the impact of desire and motivation and challenge students to solve problems. From this experience, students realize or do not start building material concepts that should be obtained in learning mathematics. This is a suggestion that the teaching and learning process should present problems that can take advantage of the student's previous experience before it becomes a new formal concept.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the efficacy of instructional video through problem-based learning model in developing problem-solving skills among primary school students. This research integrated in video instructional material related to statistics topics "data collection and data presentation" to improve student problem-solving skills. Quasi Post-test-only system experiment was used to achieve this study's goal. The model was introduced in three primary public schools in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, involving 163 grade 5 students. A post-examination test was administered after treatment. Independent t-test findings indicate a substantial mean difference between the control group and the experimental group with a significant level below 0.05. Accordingly, integrating classroom video collaboration with problem-based learning model helps students strengthen their understanding of statistics subject and enhance their problem-solving skills. Thus these findings suggest that PBL with instructional video is more successful than traditional teaching method to boost problem-solving ability among primary school students.

Abstract

Based on the purpose of this study, namely to determine “The Effect Of Liquid Organic Fertilizer On The Growth Of Land Kale Plant (Ipomoea reptas Poir)”. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 10 replications. In the control media treatment without using liquid organic fertilizer while in the experimental media using liquid organic fertilizer with each different concentration .data analysis used the T test at a significan level of 5%. The results of this study showed that the growth on syem height of land kale plants averaged 4 days in control A, while in experimental B the concentration of 20 ml averaged 5,1 days, and experimental C concentration of 25 ml averaged 5,4 days and experimental D concentration of 30 ml an averaged of 6,8 days. While the results of the study on the number of leaves with control A average of 3,2 days, while in experimental B the conzentration of 20 ml averaged 3,6 days, and axperimental C the concentration of 25 ml averaged 3,8 days, and experimental D the concentration 30 ml an average of 4,4 days. This shows that the content of liquid organic fertilizer from banana weevil waste has no effect on the growth of land kale plants. Keywords: POC, Banana Weevil, Growth Of Land Kale
