Abstract

The problem is the village’s profile so hard to get, village’s secretary still not as a civil servant, there isn’t a village office and an administration management still messy. The purpose for this research is to knowing factors that influence effectivity of Implementation of Government Rule Number 72 in 2005 in Government Administration of Nanga Taman Village in Nanga Taman District Sekadau Regency still not optimal. This research using descriptive research with qualitative paradigm. The technics of data collecting using interview technic, observation technic and documentation technic. The conclusion of this research is the factors such as communication, resources, disposition and bureaucracy structure influence effectivity of Implementation of Government Rule Number 72 in 2005 in Government Administration of Nanga Taman Village in Nanga Taman District Sekadau Regency and make it not optimal. The peoples need to do are such as increase the village worker quality, giving a material about task and function of village worker and increase communication also transparency the village worker with peoples. Keyword : implementation, communication, resources, disposition and bureaucracy structure.

Abstract

ABSTRAKHari Fabrian : Koordinasi Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Beras Untuk Rumah Tangga Miskin Di Kecamatan Simpang Hulu Kabupaten Ketapang. Skripsi.Pontianak : Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan Kerjasama Universitas Tanjungpura dengan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Skripsi ini berjudul “Koordinasi Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Beras Untuk Rumah Tangga Miskin Di Kecamatan Simpang Hulu Kabupaten Ketapang”. Penulisan skripsi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor koordinasi apa saja yang menyebabkan pelaksanaan program raskin di Kecamatan Simpang Hulu belum erlaksana secara efektif. Adapun skripsi ini diangkat berdasarkan dari permasalahan yang terjadi di dalam pelaksanaan program raskin antara lain jumlah yang tidak sesuai, salah sasaran,  data penerima raskin dan keterlambatan pendistribusian. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa belum optimalnya pelaksanaan program raskin di Kecamatan Simpang Hulu dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor yang pertama, kesatuan tidakan yang masih kurang dalam bentuk pendistribusiannya kepada masyarakat sehingga terjadi keterlambatan dalam pendistribusiannya kepada masyarakat. Faktor kedua, komunikasi yang masih kurang dalam bentuk sosialisasi kepada masyarakat yang menyebabkan masih anyaknya masyarakat yang kurang mengetahui program raskin. Faktor ketiga, pembagian kerja yang hanya diserahkan kepada pihak Desa saja yang menyebabkan ketidak jelasanya tugas-tugas implementor. Kata kunci : koordinasi, kesatuan tindakan, komunikasi dan pembagian kerja.

Abstract

This Skripsi is intended to evaluate he Implementation of Free Education Policy and Obligation of 12 Years Learning Program in Sukadana Subdistrict of Kayong Utara Regency and how the implementation of Free Education policy and obligation of 12 the years learning is moving. In this skripsi, the researcher analyse the problem by using the theory from Langbein which is evaluate the process by analysing of the technical guide and execution. In this case, the writer is using the Aid of Education Operational ( BOP) technical guide .The researcher used 2 (two) indicators of technical guide execution of BOP that are fund of BOP and Bantuan Siswa Miskin ( BSM). BOP accepted by the school is still unappropriate with RKA-KS compiled by school, so that a lot of activities and programs at the school canceled or do not run properly and facilities in some schools are still very less and concern. While BSM distribution is still less from its goal.Suggestion refering to this research result expected  for Local Government of Kayong Utara Regency is improving the socialization process to parents and society for the importance of education, adding school facilities, making new regulation arrangging about sanction for child desistion or break the school so that the obligation of 12 years learning and quality of education in Kayong Utara Regency become better. Key words: evaluation, implementation, technical guide of BOP, Bantuan Operasional Pendidikan (BOP), Bantuan Siswa Miskin (BSM), the obligation of 12 years learning

Abstract

This script aim to investigate the performance of the products management officer at the General Hospital of Landak Regency in implementing the regency's property records at the General Hospital of Landak Regency . This study uses a qualitative approach to data obtained more complete , in-depth , credible. So the research can systematically obtain factual and accurate picture of the factors as well as the fact that the relationship between measured using indicators appropriate to the problem under study.The conclusion of this study is there are factors that make the implementation of the products has not performed optimally; the lack of human resources at the General Hospital of Landak Regency that make the recording of products can't be maximum, the incentive to the products management officer that not doing optimally makes the lack of motivation, and the double task of products management officer on doing task the recording of products. Keywords : Performance , Regency's Property.

Abstract

The Impact of Computer Technology to Employees Performance Effectiveness at District TujuhBelas Office BengkayangRegency.Script. Pontianak: Government Study Program Faculty of Social Politics Tanjungpura University Collaborate with West Kalimantan Province Government.The aim of this script is to investigate and analyze The Impact of Computer Technology to Employees Performance Effectiveness at District TujuhBelas Office Bengkayang Regency. Through simple linear regression statistical tests using the existing population is about 20 people .The results showed that there is a correlation coefficient (R) of 0,849. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study is valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing shows that there are significant Computer Technologies for 72.1% of The Effectiveness of Employees Working at The District Office Gorged Tujuh Belas Districts while the remaining 27.9% influenced by other factors. This means that Computer Technology Affect The Effectiveness of Employees Working at  District Tujuh Belas OfficeBengkayang Regency. Keywords : Computer Technology, Performance Effectiveness

Abstract

This thesis aims to identify and analyze about the efficiency, effectiveness, fairness and responsiveness to the performance of that happening in the apparatus of the district Ella Hilir Melawi regency. The title of this essay concerns raised by the limited manpower, facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of employe education in the sub-district office. This causes failure to achieve maximum performance This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted through the steps of research such as the research literature that includes gathering the theories used as a foundation in research and research in the field of data acquisition in the form directly. Research sites in the Melawi regency. Subjects were government officials at the district office Downstream Ella associated with achieving maximum performance. The conclusion of this study is, less efficient and effective performance caused by lack of labor, education and infrastructure as well as lack of education can affect the responsiveness in completing the work. For that the performance should be improved with the addition of the labor force, especially civil servants, the addition of office facilities, going the work performance and the maximum training for the aparatur who still have a locus loud of education. Keywords : Performance, Labor, Infrastructure, Education level

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the performance Village Consultative Body carrying out its duties and functions in the Development of village communities in the Sayang Sedayu Village Teluk Keramat sub district Sambas regency. Title of thesis performance issues raised by the Village Consultative Body Sayang Sedayu that is not yet maximal.This study used a qualitative approach, and type of research is descriptive. As for the data collection technique that uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Then for data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Research sites in the village of Sayang Sedayu Teluk Keramat sub district Sambas regency. The research subject is Sayang Sedayu BPD members, village chiefs and their village device Sayang Sedayu, community leaders, religious leaders, youth leaders and LPMD. The conclusion of this study is the low performance of the Village Consultative Body Sayang Sedayu in performing its duties and functions.Therefore, the recommendation is expected to BPD Unfortunately Sayang Sedayu to further improve socialization, communication and interaction to the villagers so Sayang Sedayu expected to absorb / accommodate the aspirations of the people, improve coordination among the members of the BPD so that they can work effectively and better, Chairman of BPD should be initiatives in order to increase the motivation of members and government Sambas regency is expected to pay attention to BPD in particular can provide training to members of the BPD's in Sambas regency that BPD members trained and will be able to execute the duties and functions properly. Keywords: Performance, BPD, duties and functions.

Abstract

This Research is intended to prove the theory that generated the experts with regard to the influence of government communication on the effectiveness of the program implementation of village fund allocations in the Paloan Village, District Sengah Temila, Landak Regency. This study was conducted departed from social phenomena regarding the effectiveness of the implementation of the program village fund allocation in Paloan Village, District Sengah Temila, Landak Regency. Government communications is considered as one of the factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation program of village fund allocation in Desa Paloan. This study uses quantitative research methods. From questionnaires distributed, the data obtained are then processed using a computer program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) V.18 to test the hypothesis. The subjects were Paloan villagers who had received the direct impact of the allocation of program funds in the village in the Paloan Village, District Sengah Temila, Landak Regency as many as 92 people. Results of this study is that there is a positive and significant effect of the government communication on the effectiveness of the implementation program of village fund allocations in Paloan Village, District Sengah Temila, Landak Regency. This is evidenced by the positive value of the correlation coefficient is equal to 0.314. In addition, the influence exerted of government communication to on the Effectiveness of the Program Implementation of Village Fund Allocation In the Paloan Village, District Sengah Temila, Landak Regency by 9.7%, while 90.3% is influenced by other factors outside the study. Keywords: Coordination, Cross-Sectoral, Tourism Development
