Abstract

The Sharia economic law approach is intended to explore aspects of the problem of business analysis and marketing of rabbit livestock from the perspective of Sharia economic law. The psychological approach is to gain knowledge related to the psychological condition of the informant relating to behavior, knowledge, feelings, and thoughts about the object being studied. The sociological approach takes a social approach to rabbit breeders and buyers. Mattoanging Village, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency, is the center of rabbit farming in Soppeng Regency. In Mattoanging Village, there are several heads of families who are involved in rabbit farming activities. Currently, the number of breeders who are starting to pursue business is increasing, and marketing is also getting better. This shows that the growing interest of breeders is supported by market opportunities that are still very open. The rabbit farming business is currently being developed by breeders as an effort to increase productivity from a good perspective for health and income. Apart from that, the Break Even Point (BEP) analysis, namely the level of revenue, production, and price of the rabbit breeder's business, is at the break-even point or does not make a profit and does not experience a loss.

Abstract

The problems studied in this research are regarding the practice of sharing cattle and livestock results in the community in Limpomajang sub-district, Majauleng sub-district, and Wajo Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how profit-sharing contracts (mudharabah) are practiced in the community and to find out the perspective of Sharia economic law regarding the system used. In this research, the method used is field research with a normative approach; and the data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model of data analysis. The informants in this research are people who keep cattle and who own cattle in Limpomajang Village. The results of the research show that in the practice of sharing cattle products from a Sharia economic law perspective in the community, there are no elements of gharar and dharar contained in this collaboration because the cooperation implemented is based on the principles of trust and kinship. The cattle owner (shahibul mal) bears the costs of medicine and rope, and the cattle breeder (mudharib) is responsible for looking after the cattle entrusted to him. The principles applied are based on the principles of trust and kinship as well as the pleasure of both parties. Apart from that, mutual trust and a spirit of mutual assistance are also the main foundations for the community to implement this kind of cooperation agreement.

Abstract

The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. The population of the study consisted of 14,206 public primary school teachers and 1,406 head teachers in the senatorial districts of Kwara State. The sample for the study comprised 440 respondents selected using a multistage sampling procedure. A self-designed, validated research instrument titled “Staff Development and Teachers Job Performance” (SDTJP) was used to collect data for the study. The reliability of the instrument was ensured with a coefficient index of 0.77. The collected data were analyzed using percentage scores and regression analysis. The result shows that the frequency of conducting the program for the Kwara State primary school teachers was once every session for some programs (88.4% and termly for others (68.2%) in Kwara State primary schools. Developmental programs significantly influenced staff job performance in the schools, 58.9% (Adj. R2 =.589). The study concluded that the development programs for teachers in Kwara state primary schools were carried out termly, while some other ones came up once in a session. It was also discovered that developmental programs significantly influenced staff job performance in the state primary schools. It was recommended that the government endeavor to add conferences as part of the professional development programs made available for primary school teachers in Kwara State to enhance their pedagogic skills and competence towards meeting the expectations of the general public.

Abstract

The use of technology and new approaches to learning is essential to facing the current digital era. This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities of implementing this approach at the As'Adiyah Sengkang Islamic Institute, with a focus on the impact of digital transformation. This research used mixed methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and document analysis. Data was collected from students, lecturers, and administrative staff to gain comprehensive insight into the challenges faced during the transition to independent learning in a digital environment. The research results identified a number of crucial challenges, namely limited technological infrastructure, lecturers' readiness to use technology, student motivation and independence, evaluation and assessment, and a lack of social interaction and collaboration. The discussion emphasized the importance of addressing these challenges through targeted strategies, including improving technological infrastructure, training and development of lecturers, promoting student motivation, more contextual assessment, facilitating social interaction and collaboration, and continuous evaluation and improvement. This is the key to the successful implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in the digital era at the As'Adiyah Sengkang Islamic Institute. This research provides valuable insight into the complexity of educational transformation in the digital era and provides guidance for higher education institutions facing similar transitions.

Abstract

The low level of fulfillment of learning needs is an obstacle for students; besides that, the use of a curriculum that is still based on a rote system and the lack of diverse values result in students being passive in the teaching and learning process. As students have a variety of characteristics that must be met, one way of learning diversity is Indonesian. This research aims to see the results of differentiated learning in the implementation of the independent curriculum in Indonesian language subjects held in class IX-A at MAS As'adiyah Putri Sengkang as the subject of research. Then the approach taken is qualitative with a descriptive analysis method, which is carried out in two parts, namely activity analysis and other files. The results obtained show that differentiated learning is suitable for practice in the classroom environment at school as part of the learning requirements in Indonesian language lessons. So the hope is that students can develop their learning activities optimally. This can be seen in the evaluation section, which shows the diversity that exists within each student.

Abstract

The field of education is ever-evolving and always changing in the direction of perfection, both in terms of future readiness and adaptability to the environment and time in which it exists. In essence, the curriculum serves as a roadmap for carrying out the educational process in both schools and even colleges. There is no denying that curriculum implementation in the millennial era requires curriculum to change to meet the demands of the times. Islam itself strongly encourages movements for constructive development and change, believing that these are the keys to advancement and improvement. This problem served as the foundation for the formation of the research problem, which is the idea and framework for creating an Islamic religious education curriculum. Reference-based research—that is, observation centered on books, journals, or other publications—is the methodology employed. The study's findings demonstrate the curriculum's function in a number of areas that are important to educational activities, such as a) the school in question; b) schools or madrasas above it; and c) the community, which uses graduates. An eclectic method, or selecting the best of the four techniques listed below, can be used to build an Islamic religious education curriculum that fits its unique features. These methods include the following: a) subject-based methods; b) humanistic methods; c) technology methods; and d) social reconstruction methods. In the meantime, the Islamic education curriculum development model provides two alternatives for madrasas, including a competency-based and life skills-based curriculum development model and an Islamic Religious Universities competency-based curriculum development model.

Abstract

In an attempt to realize national character, the purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics of Pancasila learners. A library method approach was employed in this study's methodology. The study's findings demonstrate that one of the strategies promoting the accomplishment of national education objectives and the ongoing implementation of the character-building initiative is the Pancasila student profile. The Pancasila student profile outlines the qualities and aptitudes Indonesian students need to possess in order to succeed in school and integrate into society. Using the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile—faith and devotion to God Almighty, global diversity, independence, mutual cooperation, critical reasoning, and creativity—it is hoped that the Indonesian people will grow into intelligent, polite people capable of facing the challenges of the twenty-first century. They will also, of course, instill the values found in Pancasila, as our nation's philosophy is consistent and can ultimately fulfill one of the 1945 Constitution's mandates: create a prosperous and dignified national life. A key component of the approach for creating Pancasila student profiles is the integration of co-curricular and extracurricular activities into project-based formal education activities in order to enhance the profile of Pancasila students. It is envisaged that the Pancasila student profile strategy will enable the development of an exceptional Indonesian national character that can compete on a global scale.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe students' interest in learning intercultural communication through local wisdom, specifically Makassar ethnicity, integrated with mobile learning technology. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The researchers chose one class, which consisted of 27 students in the English Education Department at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The researchers used two research instruments, namely questionnaires and documentation. With the following process: Creating questions After creating questions for the questionnaire, the researcher comes to class and distributes participant questionnaires. The researcher gives students 30 minutes to answer the questionnaire, adding up the plated questionnaire data. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive analysis by calculating the frequency, mean score, percentage, and average using SPSS. From the results of the descriptive analysis, it is known that the average score of interest in learning intercultural communication through the local wisdom of Makassar Ethnic using mobile learning integration is 74.55, which indicates that there is a lot of interest. This outcome is similarly related to the average percentage of survey responses, where 35.49% of students said that they were interested. This means that students in the English Education Department of Muhammadiyah University of Makassar are interested in learning English intercultural communication through the local wisdom of Makassar ethnicity.

Abstract

Study on the effectiveness of implementing demonstration methods in the learning process of jurisprudence subjects. The problems discussed include the effectiveness of implementing the demonstration method at Madrasah Aliyah DDI Pattojo, Soppeng Regency. The aim of the author in choosing this discussion is because the theoretical learning process is widespread without being accompanied by practical ones, while the aim of learning, especially in the subject of jurisprudence, is to understand and practice. To examine this problem, this research is descriptive-qualitative research. The data collection procedure is through library research, namely by quoting available books related to the author's thesis, which are then quoted directly and indirectly, and field research. The author's data collection technique is conducting observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires with deductive, inductive, and comparative data analysis techniques. From the research process, it was found that the effectiveness of implementing the demonstration method in the learning process for Islamic jurisprudence subjects at the Madrasah Aliyah DDI Pattojo, Soppeng Regency was quite effective at the age of students who had already entered the phase of wanting to learn in a different atmosphere, not only in the classroom, but were constrained by the madrasa facilities, which is inadequate. However, basically, the effectiveness of implementing the demonstration method in the learning process for Islamic jurisprudence subjects at Madrasah Aliyah DDI Pattojo, Soppeng Regency, is quite good, but it is not evenly distributed due to the various obstacles above.

Abstract

Learning methods play a vital role in instructional pedagogy. Different learning methods are available that are being used according to the learning environment and educational levels. The objectives of this review study were to discuss the different past, current, and future learning methods. The past learning methods consisted of traditional learning methods, discussion learning methods, and module-based learning. The current learning methods consist of flipped learning methods, online learning methods, digital game-based learning methods, blended learning methods, project-based learning methods, inquiry-based learning methods, case-based learning methods, problem-based learning methods, and concept-based learning methods. The future learning methods consisted of artificial intelligence-based learning methods. All these methods have been discussed in this review article.
