Jurnal Pranatacara Bhumandala merupakan jurnal ilmiah, ruang diskusi akademik-teoritik yang dijadikan sebagai referensi serta rujukan ilmiah bagi para mahasiswa, dosen maupun akademisi dalam memperkaya khazanah keilmuan di bidang Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan ruang dalam menuangkan ide, gagasan, hasil penelitian, sekaligus pengembangan wawasan keilmuan khususnya di bidang perencanaan wilayah dan kota. Fokus dan ruang lingkup jurnal ini meliputi bidang studi perkotaan (urban studies), pengembangan wilayah, infrastruktur, ruang dan budaya, permukiman, pariwisata dan perancangan kota. Setiap naskah yang diajukan akan melalui proses review oleh dua orang reviewer. Jurnal Pranatacara Bhumandala dipublikasi dua kali dalam setahun, setiap bulan Juni dan Desember, oleh Program Studi Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Hindu Indonesia.

Abstract

The coastal area in Jembrana Regency is part of the South Bali sea which stretches in the southern part of the Jembrana Regency region. The Regional Spatial Planning Document (RTRW) is prepared to be used as a guideline for land allotment in an area. This study aims to examine changes in land use in coastal villages in 2009 and 2017, analyzing land suitability between changes in land use that occur with the 2012 RTRW of Jembrana Regency. The results showed changes in paddy fields to residential land use and other buildings had an area of about 236.48 ha. Changes in dry land use to residential land use and other buildings have an area of 794.16 ha. The villages that experience land use changes include Melaya, Candikusuma, Tuwed, Banyubiru, Baluk, Penyaringan, Delod Berawah, and Perancak. based on the results of digitization and the results of observations of researchers the suitability of land use changes that occur mostly to building tourism accommodation and fisheries activities. Land use changes that occur in the cupel village, pengambengan, tegal badeng barat, tegal badeng timur, and lelateng that occur mostly become supporting buildings for fisheries activities.

Abstract

Transportation is about the the action of transporting someone or something from one place to another in certain time using the vehicle that move by human, animal or machine. Regarding to secure this flow of transportation going smoothly, there is a place called station on the meeting point of the interchange at one region to another. There are a couple of station in Indonesia that built and success operated. But there are at couple region, the station had some problem in their operational system. One of the Station for example is Batubulan Station in Gianyar. Batubulan Station nowdays looks abandoned by the passangers. Plus, the Station area changed into market at night time.The purpose of this research are to identify the existing condition of Batubulan Station and also to describe the factors that cause of it function change. This research done by using qualitative approach method. The technique of sample assemble for finding the interviewees in this research using purposive sampling method. Method and analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and evaluative analysis. Based on this research we found that (1) facilities uncompatibility at Batubulan Station based on the Law, so it needed to do some renovations and renewing some facilities. (2) the need of cooperation from all stakeholders to strengthen the operational system of Batubulan Station.

Abstract

Landslides are one of the world's disasters. areas that are prone to landslides when viewed from the topography are mountains and hills with moderate to steep slopes. slope stability is affected due to earthquakes and human activities. This research aims to determine the level of vulnerability and distribution of landslide-prone areas on a selfie photo tourism object in the wanagiri village, Sukasada sub-district and find out the potential loss in landslide-prone areas on a selfie photo tourism object in Wanagiri village, Sukasada sub-district. the process of identifying vulnerability of landslide areas is carried out by scoring each class which has different weights and previously it had been classified in advance according to each class trought overlay analysis on maps that have been classified to get results in the form of landslide vulnerability maps, then to determine the level of landslide vulnerability in tourist attractions then by using an overlay analysis between the landslide vulnerability map and the self-spreading tourism site. the results of this research are vulnerability of landslide maps on selfie photos tourism object which are overlays of slope maps, rainfall maps, land types maps, land use maps and elevation maps (evalation). division point of landslide vulnerability in this research is divided into 5 parts, namely not prone, somewhat vulnerable, quite vulnerable, vulnerable and landslide vulnerability. the results of this research indicate that the tourism objects that are at the level of prone as many as 4 objects, namely hidden hill, selfie tourism spotspot Pak oles, pucak swing and wanagiri tower garden. tourism object with a very vulnerable level is in 1 object, namely the black bamboo tower tourism selfie spot.

Abstract

Trans Sarbagita is a road-based mass public transportation system on a fixed and regular route network in the Sarbagita area. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the Trans Sarbagita bus mode in passenger service and the factors that influence people's preferences in using the Trans Sarbagita bus as a mode of public transportation in the Sarbagita area. Data collection was carried out through interviews and distributing questionnaires. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples used was 65 respondents using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis techniques used factor analysis. The result of this research is that trans sarbagita is a public transport/bus rapid transit (BRT) that serves passengers according to the minimum service standard which was initiated to reduce the level of traffic congestion in the Sarbagita area. The percentage that affects people's preferences in using the Trans Sarbagita bus as a mode of public transportation in the Sarbagita area is 94.570% which can be explained by these four factors. Each factor is named as follows: factor 1 is called proximity bus stop factor to public facilities, factor 2 is called security, factor 3 is called a tariff, factor 4 is called operational schedule.

Abstract

The TWA Sangeh area was established based on the Decree of the Minister of Forestry Number SK.203 / Menhut-II / 2014 dated 03 March 2014 concerning the Sangeh Natural Park Area (RTK.21) covering an area of ​​13.91 hectares in Badung Regency, Bali Province, with two functions namely the conservation function and cultivation function, the carrying capacity in the TWA sangeh area is an important point for the sustainability of these two functions so that they coexist well. Identifying the tourism carrying capacity that can be accommodated in TWA Sangeh, and identifying the role of the management of the TWA Sangeh area on tourism carrying capacity are the objectives of this study using quantitative and qualitative methods. Capability The carrying capacity of tourists at TWA Sangeh in supporting visitor activity on a tour is determined by the calculation of the physical carrying capacity (PCC), real carrying capacity (RCC), and the effective carrying capacity of the ECC. The capacity of the carrying capacity provides a less than optimal picture of this being an opportunity for tourism development in TWA Sangeh.

Abstract

The city of Denpasar has made a new public open space arrangement by utilizing the existing space, in the form of the arrangement of the Tukad Badung riverbank at Kumbasari Park in Denpasar City. The activities carried out are recreation and as a forum for interaction for the community. Because of the phenomenon of using the Tukad Badung riverbank as a forum for interaction and community activities, it is therefore important to see the level of effectiveness and the dominant factors used in measuring the effectiveness of using the Tukad Badung bank as an open space public. The effectiveness of good utilization of public open space can be seen from the characteristics of space users and the characteristics of activities as an approach. The research data were obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and agency surveys. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques with the Good Public Space Index method approach. The results showed the level of effectiveness of the use of the Tukad Badung riverbank as a public open space in Denpasar City at a value of 0.70 which is included in the "high" category. This assessment is obtained based on the results of the average value of the six indexes of the Good Public Space Index method. The dominant factors to measure the effectiveness of the use of the Tukad Badung riverbank as a public open space, namely the six GPSI indexes. The highest factor is the people's duration of stay index with a value of 0.88 or very high, it can be said that the Tukad Badung riverbank is very effective in accommodating the utilization of the diversity of time duration carried out by visitors in activities on the banks of Tukad Badung, on the contrary the intensity of use shows value of 0.45 and intensity of social use with a value of 0.60. This shows that the effectiveness of the Tukad Badung riverbank as a public open space in accommodating the large number of visitors and community groups who are included in the "medium" category due to the dominance of the number of people significant at a time.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the pattern of residential space and the characteristics of traditional yard pattern in Tenganan Pegringsingan village with Tenganan Dauh Tukad village This research is important to do to make a contribution in the field of regional and urban planning, especially in understanding the comparison of settlement patterns in traditional Balinese traditional villages. The research method used in this thesis is a deskriftif comparative research method. Comparative research method is research that compares two or more symptoms, where in studying it requires primary data or field research as well as secondary data or library materials. The results showed that the Tenganan Pegringsingan Traditional Village and the Tenganan Dauh Tukad Traditional Village have relatively similar settlement space patterns and yard pattern characteristics, there is only a slight difference, one of which is the concept of hulu teben. The concept of hulu teben Traditional Village of Tenganan Pegringsingan is oriented towards the north and the south, where the north is considered a sacred zone while the south is considered a dirty zone. The concept of hulu teben Traditional Village of Tenganan Dauh Tukad is oriented towards the east and the west, where the eastern part is considered a sacred zone while the western part is considered a dirty zone.

Abstract

Studies on conflicts over the use of tourism space based on potentials and problems in the coastal area of Tanah Lot. The development of several sectors which are the main potential to be developed, namely the tourism sector, the agricultural sector, the economic sector which is a form of spatial use. From this development, of course, it involves various interest groups in the utilization of tourism space in the coastal area of Tanah Lot. From the various interest groups that exist, there will be competition between the interest groups and stakeholders, which is accompanied by negotiations. The purpose of this research is to understand in depth the conflicts related to the use of tourism space in the coastal area of Tanah Lot. In this study, using a qualitative method with a naturalistic approach to produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words of the person or object being observed. For the discussion and analysis of the data carried out inductively. In this study, observations were made to see directly the land use process that occurred in the coastal area of Tanah Lot. The theoretical basis which is used as an assumption in this observation is the zoning theory of spatial use, interest group theory, conflict theory, land use conversion theory, coastal area theory and tourism theory. From the results of this study it can be concluded as follows; The form of existing spatial use is dominated by rice fields, both still productive and unproductive rice fields. Unproductive rice fields are in the form of plantations. Spatial use conflicts that are very prominent are not in accordance with the Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2009 on the Province of Bali, concerning the RTRW of the Province of Bali.

Abstract

Denpasar City is the capital city of Bali Province, with various watersheds that cross Denpasar City. Judging from this, the Denpasar City Government is committed to utilizing the river border into a recreation space as a form of creativity space. By involving the role of the younger generation to use Tukad Bindu as a creative space that changes the face of the river which is seen as slum, a lot of garbage, a place as a washing location for the local community, and has the creepy impression of "Tenget" into a recreation area while maintaining the sustainability of the river. The background of this research is to identify how the arrangement of Tukad Bindu into a recreational area as a form of creative space for the younger generation in Denpasar City and can find out the impact of structuring Tukad Bindu into a recreation area as a creative space for the younger generation in Denpasar City. With qualitative descriptive research methods, using observations or observations, interviews, and documents. These methods are combined to describe what happened and obtain facts related to identifying the potential of nature, location, culture, human resources using qualitative descriptive analysis. The expected result is a model of structuring the area through maps such as conservation areas and recreation areas and can see the impacts such as environmental impacts, economic impacts and socio-cultural impacts.

Abstract

This study intends to discuss the effect of determining the destination of salak agro-tourism on land conversion in Sibetan Village. Land conversion is a natural resource that has a very broad function in meeting various human needs. From an economic perspective, land is the main permanent input for various agricultural and non-agricultural commodity production activities. Sibetan Village is one of the areas that has the largest salak plantation on the island of Bali. This village is designated as a tourist destination area, of course, it has an impact on infrastructure development and the conversion of land functions that must be carried out to support the needs that are a requirement as an agro-tourism-based tourism village. The method used in this research is qualitative method and descriptive method. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data which will be analyzed using evaluative analysis. The results showed that the tourism potential in Sibetan Village was abian salak agro-tourism, measurement of natural scenery, arts and culture, salak processing industry and homestays. The conversion of land functions carried out by people who have converted salak plantation lands are salak farmers, tourist attractions entrepreneurs, tourism accommodation actors, traders and carving craftsmen. Factors that affect land conversion are economic factors, social factors, population growth factors and the increasing need for residential land, and agricultural penetration factors. The impact of determining tourist destinations on land conversion activities is that salak plantations are decreasing, the profession of farmers is reduced, infrastructure development is equitable, and the economic turnover of creative industries is increased, such as salak wine, salak coffee, salak bark tea, and salak sweets and chips
