Abstract

Children's experiences of violence can have a significant impact on their psychological and social well-being. Social services to address these impacts are needed to restore children's social functioning. In providing such services, social workers can adopt intersectional feminist values to ensure culturally and socially sensitive social services. This article uses a literature review method of 4 books and 17 journals. A feminist perspective in social work is considered a holistic framework for understanding, addressing, and championing solutions to child abuse connected to the cultural diversity and social context of the children. This approach creates a solid foundation for social work that focuses on restoring and rebuilding the social functioning of children who have experienced violence.

Abstract

Child marriage has far-reaching consequences that overshadow the future of Indonesia's younger generation. Meanwhile, the government is vigorously pursuing the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045, an aspiration to make this country advanced, independent, and prosperous. Unfortunately, the practice of early marriage hinders the achievement of this goal. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implications of child marriage on the discourse of Indonesia Gold 2045, examined from family law, economic law, and state administrative law. This qualitative research uses library research as the data collection method. Furthermore, this study employs a normative-sociological approach and utilizes a descriptive-analytical method. The nature of this research is descriptive-qualitative. The results show that serious efforts must be made to improve and harmonize all existing regulations to avoid misunderstandings and differences of opinion in applying regulations. For Indonesia to achieve its 2045 vision, synergy between the government, society, and families is needed. First, we must have a clear and firm legal system as well as comprehensive sex education to protect the younger generation. Second, there needs to be a strengthening of moral and ethical values in society. Finally, the role of parents is crucial in providing education and supervision to children so that they grow into a quality generation capable of facing future challenges. Therefore, to realize Indonesia Gold 2045, a strong synergy between the government and society in various fields is required. With commitment and good cooperation, Indonesia can achieve its goal of becoming an advanced and prosperous nation.

Abstract

The world of women in literary works is still trapped in never-ending gender stereotypes. This qualitative library study aims to analyze and criticize the depiction of female characters in the short story Al-Mar'ah Al-Fātinah Wa Al-Rajūl Al-Hakīm deconstructively. In analyzing the short story, this study uses a feminist literary criticism perspective equipped with a deconstruction method. The results of this study are that Fatomi, as a female character in the story, is depicted as a woman who tends to be negative. It is different from the male character, who is portrayed positively. In addition, this study also indicates that with the data and facts the researcher found, women depicted negatively in a short story have a positive side implied in the short story. Among them is that women truly have a heroic, wise, and patient soul. As well as criticism of this short story as a conclusion to voice egalitarianism between men and women rationally and religiously.

Abstract

The number of coffee roasters in the form of cafes in South Sulawesi continues to increase. Similarly, the number of baristas who are at the forefront of these activities has also increased, although the number of female baristas is still lower than that of male baristas. With that background, this study aims to understand the work motivation of female baristas from the perspective of the Need Hierarchical Theory and the Two Factor Theory. The qualitative research method was conducted through semi-structured interviews with five female baristas. The research was conducted in Watampone, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. The research results showed that, in general, female baristas felt happy with their jobs because they provided a sufficient income. Therefore, from the perspective of the Need Hierarchical Theory, they had at least reached the third level, which is social needs. Meanwhile, based on the Two Factor Theory, in general, female baristas have been able to accept the conditions provided by their workplace, although not all have reached the desired level of satisfaction, so they continue their profession as baristas.

Abstract

Infaq is currently very interesting and needs to be discussed and developed. Though it is not gender-specific, infaq is not just for men; women play a crucial role in it. This study examines how women perform infaq and infaq in the Koran. A qualitative approach was used in this study, using a research library. This study demonstrates the value of charity in human life; women are acknowledged as active contributors to charity, and there are no gender-based barriers to charitable giving. It is hoped that more women will be motivated to give back if they comprehend this perspective. Their participation has the potential to improve society and fortify social networks. Therefore, women's infaq enhances their spiritual experience and strengthens social bonds within the community.
