Information has become a necessity that is very much needed by the community, including in the field of public services, which means that people have the right to freedom of information. Therefore, information disclosure policy is very important to be implemented in a government institution. This study aims to find out how the implementation of information disclosure policies and to find out what are the obstacles in implementing information disclosure policies at the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City. This type of research uses qualitative research methods starting from data collection by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah information disclosure policy at the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City 2021-2022 has gone quite well, but is still not optimal. There are still problems that occur such as still limited human resources and inadequate infrastructure in carrying out information disclosure policies. The Palembang City Ministry of Religion must optimize human resources, by increasing the number of information and documentation management employees in the information service department and optimizing facilities and infrastructure such as computers, and starting to move to utilize e-government technology by activating the personal website of the Palembang City Ministry of Religion.

The Covid-19 Vaccination Policy is a policy issued by the Government after the outbreak of an infectious disease that attacked Indonesia, namely the Coronavirus Disease with the issuance of Law Number 4 of 1984 concerning Outbreaks of Infectious Diseases (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 1984 Number 20, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3237). The purpose of this study is to find out how the Ogan Baru Village Community Perceptions of the Covid-19 Vaccination Policy in 2021. The method used is a qualitative method by looking at the phenomenon more clearly and in depth according to what is happening and developing in social situations. The data collection used is Observation, Interview, Questionnaire or Questionnaire and Documentation. Using Bimo Walgito's Perception theory, the results of this study show that the community's perception of the new Ogan Village towards the 2021 Covid-19 Vaccination Policy is good enough, this can be seen from the knowledge of the community where many people already know about the covid-19 vaccination, public acceptance has been many agree with the implementation of the covid-19 vaccination, it's just that there are obstacles in the implementation of the vaccination, namely public trust in the content in the halal vaccine or not for use.

Political marketing strategy is one of the factors that support the victory of a candidate in an election. In 2018, there was an interesting phenomenon in the Pilbub Banyuasin. Where the votes from the Askolani-Slamet pair were categorized as getting quite a large number of votes among the other 5 candidates. Seeing this condition, researchers are interested in conducting research to find out the strategy and significance of the Askolani-Slamet success team in the Banyuasin Pilbub. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, where data collection techniques use interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study stated that the factor of the victory of the Askolani-Slamet coalition in the Regional Head General Election in Banyuasin Regency in 2018 was influenced by three factors; First, there is a coalition of political parties. Second, there is political participation and involvement of the Banyuasin community in granting voting rights in the 2018 post-conflict local election. Third, there are modalities, which consist of political capital, social capital, cultural capital and economic capital. Political marketing that has been carried out is the formation of figures and complex campaign programs that include 4 indicators that use Niffenger's theory in the book Firmanzah: 2020 that runs optimally and runs well, namely determining political products, promotions, prices, and places.

This study aims to find out how Contribution village government in increasing the empowerment of government youth organizations the village has a very influential role, especially in efforts to creating a climate that encourages the growth of community initiatives and self-help in rural areas which is carried out through development messages, guidance to the community to participate in development and distribution community aspirations. This qualitative research method can present data that is not monotonous, boring, and not fixated on one point, from theoretical indicators This will be used by researchers to develop so as to get the same results want to achieve later. The results of study indicate that this program assessed well by conducting in-depth interviews and making observations to these activities guided by the role indicators, namely: (1) Expectations, (2) Norms, (3) Forms of Behavior, (4) Assessment and Sanctions. This hope related to the desire for a behavior that will be obtained, of course this wish or hope is addressed to a figure who has a role. This norm is divided into two types, namely veiled expectations viz expectations that remain even if not spoken (such as obligations) and expectations which is open i.e. a wish that is uttered (a request or a demands). Behavioral manifestations in this role can be assumed to be evident or actions that have been taken by the village head in carrying out development for the youth organization in his village. Assessment and Sanctions based on these wishes or expectations will produce a good impression or bad. This point will be the assessment of the head's behavior the village so far against youth organizations.

This research was conducted to find out how the National Unity and Politics Agency of Palembang City is implementing citizenship education with a national perspective for generation Z in the future. Palembang city in 2022. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely using research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. based on Civic Education theory which consists of 3 (three) indicators, namely: Civic Education Competency (Civic Knowledge), Civic Attitude Competency (Civic Dispositions), Civic Attitude Competency (Civic Skills). It can be concluded that the role of the Palembang City Kesbangpol Agency in citizenship education, especially for generation Z in Palembang City, is quite good with a target of 60 junior high schools and the planned programs are being implemented well. There are 2 inhibiting factors in the implementation of further education, such as skills education and special attitude education. The first inhibiting factor is the lack of human resources and the second inhibiting factor is the lack of funds to implement specific follow-up programs

The purpose of this study is to determine the political education of novice voters in the 2024 Election in Palembang City (Case Study of the National and Political Unity Agency of Palembang City). The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use primary data in the form of observations and interviews. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman (data reduction, data presentation, and inference). The results of the study discuss the participation of novice voters in political education in the 2024 election in Palembang City by the National and Political Unity Agency of Palembang City. The situation on the eve of the election until now has not been uproar. Public participation to participate in local election activities, these factors are influenced by a better understanding and attention to politics that tends to contribute to the community environment to participate in regional elections, one's organizational experience in political participation activities applies to political and pseudo-political organizations. A parent's political affiliation can influence a person's participation in exercising their voting rights in local elections. With the problems that occur in Palembang City, voter participants, especially novice voters, can vote. The evaluation conducted by the Kesbangpol Agency refers to the results of participation increased by 11.74% from 70.26% in the 2018 regional elections to 82% (214,446 voters). Kesbangpol has done a good job to increase the political participation of beginners by visiting schools and as a result in the 2019 elections the increase exceeded the national target of 77.5%

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di Desa Keban Agung, Kecamatan Kisam Ilir, Kabupaten Oku Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan Teknik pengumpulan data gabungan kemudian analisis data bersifat induktif sehingga menjadikan hasil generalisasi. Hasil pembahasan yang peneliti dapatkan yaitu Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di Desa Keban Agung belum sepenuhnya mampu menjalankan fungsinya dalam pengawasan pembangunan infrastruktur jembatan. Kurangnya keaktifan anggota BPD dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap peran BPD menjadi hambatan utama. Saran yang diberikan adalah perlu peningkatan pemahaman anggota BPD terhadap tugas dan fungsinya sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa dan PERDA No. 03 Tahun 2015 tentang Badan Permusyawaratan Desa. Saran tambahan untuk peningkatan kinerja BPD adalah memaksimalkan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada Ketua BPD dan anggotanya agar mereka lebih memahami tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Pelatihan ini dapat mencakup berbagai aspek, seperti pengawasan pembangunan, manajemen aspirasi masyarakat, serta peran BPD dalam pembangunan desa secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan BPD dapat lebih efektif dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai perwakilan masyarakat dalam mengawasi pembangunan dan menyalurkan aspirasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap peran konten digital KPU Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan politik Generasi Z menjelang pemilihan presiden 2024. Menggunakan teori Pedagogy Politik sebagai bagian dari pedagogi kritis, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana kekuasaan dan wewenang berperan dalam membentuk pengetahuan politik secara positif. Dengan metode campuran (mix method) kualitatif dan kuantitaif, pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan penelitian ini ialah melakukan observasi, wawancara bersama Gen Z seperti beberapa mahasiswa/i Sumatera Selatan dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa/siswi SMA/K Sumatera Selatan serta melakukan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) sebagian Generasi Z memahami konten KPU; 2) banyak yang menggunakan TikTok lebih untuk hiburan; 3) KPU telah berupaya keras untuk menyampaikan informasi politik melalui konten digital. Kesimpulannya, meskipun kuesioner menunjukkan Generasi Z memahami konten KPU, wawancara mengungkapkan masih ada yang belum tahu atau memahami keberadaan konten tersebut di TikTok. Perbedaan tingkat pemahaman media sosial di antara individu menjadi batasan penelitian ini.

Sexual violence against women and children in Palembang City continues to increase, encouraging the emergence of women's movements such as the Women's Crisis Center (WCC) Palembang, which focuses on the issue of violence against women. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of WCC Palembang's role in advocating for victims of sexual violence and identifying the obstacles faced. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, with data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research comprised three sources: the Executive Director, the Supporting Staff, and the WCC Palembang Program Coordinator. After the data is collected, it is analyzed in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that even though there are internal obstacles, such as limited funds and human resources, WCC Palembang is effective in advocating for victims of violence and plays an active role in collecting data on the National Commission on Violence against Women's CATAHU. WCC Palembang has also made a significant contribution to dealing with sexual violence in Palembang City.

This study explores the implementation of Collaborative Governance to accelerate the establishment of village boundaries in Pelajaran Village, Jarai District, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. This approach involves synergy between local government, village communities, and other relevant parties. Active participation of the village community, who have local knowledge and direct interests, is crucial in this process, ensuring that decisions reflect their needs and aspirations, and garnering strong legitimacy and support. Coordination among government institutions, including city, district, and regional governments, is a key element in the success of this governance, helping to overcome bureaucratic challenges and technical constraints to expedite decision-making. Transparency and accountability at every stage of the village boundary establishment process enhance public trust and prevent fraud and abuse of power. Peaceful conflict resolution through dialogue and negotiation is a key advantage of this governance, addressing potential conflicts among residents or between villages with fair and acceptable solutions for all parties. The research findings indicate that good collaboration among stakeholders can lead to effective, fair, and widely accepted decisions.
