Small and medium businesses (SMEs) have developed rapidly in Indonesia, especially for the food sector. One of the most productive UKM in Prabumulih city is UKM Melati which produces pineapple chips from pineapple which is a regional superior product from Prabumulih city. To get dried and tasty pineapple chips, frying is done by using a vacuum frying method that requires a lot of cooking oil. The results of vacuum drying frying will produce used browning frying oil or used cooking oil and cannot be reused if the characteristics of used cooking oil exceed the standard. For this reason, an analysis is needed to determine the characteristics of used cooking oil from the results of the production of pineapple chip vacuum vacuum frying methods. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out on filtered used cooking oil, the value of free fatty acid (FFA) is 4.9% (maximum requirement 0.3%) and peroxide value 1.8 Meq/kg. Thus, used cooking oil cannot be used anymore for frying.

Besides the domestic consumption of natural rubber into rubber goods is still very small, Indonesia is also still dependent on the export of these commodities abroad. The new natural rubber producing countries which are quite troubling the world natural rubber market including Indonesia are also China, Vietnam and Cambodia. One of the main weaknesses of Indonesian farmers' natural rubber is dirty. This is a cause of low prices. The cost of cleaning the rubber is too high. Therefore it is indeed necessary to have a way to diversify rubber products or increase the consumption of natural rubber in the country is very important. In order for many people to produce rubber goods, this means that many people know that cleaning rubber is necessary and does not need to be polluted. In Palembang itself, there was PT. Sri Bina Havea and Intirub Tire Factory, but both are gone. Thus, the way to produce rubber goods of natural rubber needs to be socialized to the Indonesian people, especially in South Sumatetra. This certainly greatly influences the development of the local economy given that South Sumatetra is the largest producer of natural rubber in Indonesia and this result is mostly produced by farmers rather than large companies. For this reason, this service aims to provide information about the technology of processing natural rubber into rubber goods to the public. This service was carried out on the people of Suban Jeriji village, Rambang Dangku Sub-District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. The method used in this activity is a lecture and interactive discussion about the manufacture of natural rubber finished goods with the help of LCD and accompanied by providing samples of finished goods products from semi-finished natural rubber. The target to be achieved in this activity is the formation of insights into thinking that natural rubber goods are a way to overcome the ever-uncertain prices of natural rubber on the market. The long-term target of this activity is perhaps one day there are students or students who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs of natural rubber goods.

Organic Agriculture is an important economic sector in Indonesia. Internal Control System (ICS) is an important part to guarantee organic product that farmer produce. To gain organic quality assurance certificate, it is needed computerized data of farmer and farmer activity. This computerized process will be an important issue for Farmer Union Organization (Kelompok Tani), especially for Tani Harjo Farmer Union Organization and Tani Rahayu Farmer Union Organization. Those two farmer unions process the farmer data manually. Tani Harjo and Tani Rahayu face the low ability to use computer and internet. Thus, it will be an obstacle in the process of computerization. Based on those problems, this empowerment activity will be focused on accompaniment of two farmers union, Tani Harjo and Tani Rahayu, to collect the data and processed it in the computer. The processes includes improvement capacity in computer usage, gathering the data from farmers, and store the data to computer. Participatory method and system deployment are used in this empowerment activity. Participatory method is used to identify and strengthen community in implementing and applying computer. System deployment is used to entry data to the system that already developed. The result for this activity is an computerized farmer data, agricultural field, and farming activities which has been done by farmer of Tani Harjo and Tani Rahayu.

Biogas is a gas which produced by anaerobic activity or fermentation of organic materials including; human and animal waste, domestic (household) waste, biodegradable waste or any biodegradable organic waste under anaerobic conditions. The main content of biogas are methane and carbon dioxide. Pulau Semambu Village, Inderalaya Utara Subdistrict is a village which area of the expansion of the Tanjung Seteko Main Village, Inderalaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This area has a population of 1055 people / 537 households. In accordance with its geographical location, Pulau Semambu Village has sufficient natural resources to support the success of rural communities to improve their standard of living by utilizing land suitable for agriculture, livestock and plantations. In this case, for livestock cattle manure, its utilization have not achieve an optimal condition.The Community Partnership Program aims to produce supply technology and use a biogas fixed drum digester / reactor capacity of 600 liters for household purposes, especially in Pulau Semambu Village, Kec. Inderalaya Utara, Kab. Ogan Illir.

Tengah Village, District of Pelayangan, Jambi City is a potential area to develop fish cracker processing business. This area is close to the Batanghari River which is a producer of river fish such as cork fish. The main process in making crackers is the drying process. Improper drying process makes the crackers have poor quality. During this time, the drying process is still carried out by drying in direct sunlight which takes two days. In this condition, hygienic of the crackers are not guaranteed. It requires a simple and practical dryer to solve these problems. The dryer is made to have a greenhouse-like effect. The main ingredients of the drying wall (top and sides) are made of polycarbonate which is very good at absorbing heat from ultraviolet. The results of the practice of using this dryer in the Community Service program showed that the drying process only took 3 hours and the results of the crackers were cleaner, whiter, and more expanded..

From the results of the research that has been carried out a 220 watt DC to AC inverter circuit using AKI / battery has succeeded well according to the procedure. The working system of a DC inverter device is very useful for efficient use of electricity, especially in the application of medical devices at the Dompet Dhuafa (DD) Free Health Service (Palembang) in Palembang with a power of 220 watts. The working system of a 220 watt DC inverter circuit can convert DC voltage (direct voltage) to AC voltage (alternating voltage).

Tanjung Pering Village, one of fostered villages under Sriwijaya University development programs, is a village partner for this community service (PPM) activities as part of The Higher Degree Education Devotion for Community or Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. The village is located 40 km from Palembang City and 8 km from the Sriwijaya University Indralaya campus. The village is part of the North Inderalaya District that is located in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province. The area of Tanjung Pering Village is ± 29.75 Km2 or around 6% of the area of North Inderalaya District. The population of Tanjung Pering Village in 2017 was 1,720 people, with a composition of 859 men and 861 women. The population of this village mostly still uses water from wells that poor in quality that is characterized by its yellowish color and rusted smells. The purpose of this activity is for introducing and training the community in the manufacturing a simple water purification equipment. This program was targeted to delivere a solution for the community in providing the need for clean water for their daily needs.

Prices play an important role in the sale and purchase agreement from producers to consumers. Through pricing, the product feasibility position will be seen from its economic value. The purpose of setting a price is to reach the company's target, get profit from sales, increase and develop product production, and expand marketing targets. Burai songket weaving craftsmen, especially the Melati songket weaving craftsmen group located in Burai Village, Tanjung Batu Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency are housewives with a total of 5 members. The group of Melati songket weavers has financial problems, especially capital. Craftsmen have been receiving material from investors so that craftsmen do not know what the raw material price is, the cost of goods manufactured and the cost of goods sold. Therefore craftsmen cannot determine the selling price of the finished product. Fabrics that have been finished weaving will be sold or returned to the buyer or investor at a price determined by the buyer or investor. Craftsmen are only as wage-takers so they cannot increase income and welfare. The solutions and output targets that will be achieved are offered by the team that will help provide raw materials in the form of threads, calculate raw material prices, calculate the cost of production and the selling price of each songket motif or product. In addition, the team will help train partners to be able to perform financial calculations properly.

Application of technology to the community program is intended to help solve the problem of clean water that exists in SMP Negeri 3 and SMP PPT in Kenten Laut, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin. Before this program was held, the condition of the water used by the school was quite apprehensive because it only utilized the water available in the swamps and rivers around the school. The available water has poor characteristics, especially containing turbidity and iron that have not yet met the standard. Considering such conditions, we apply the results of our research to be able to assist these two schools in providing clean water through the Application of Water Treatment Plants. This installation is quite simple and easy to operate, where the installation consists of several main process such as netralitation, coagulation, floculation, sedimentation, and stage of filtration. The quality of clean water product from the installation has fulfill the requirements as a source of clean water based on Permenkes RI No.492 / Menkes / Per / IV / 2010.

Partners in the activities of the Stimulus Community Partnership Program (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus/PKMS) is a home industry engaged in the culinary field, Rosa Cake. Rosa Cake offers products in the form of goods and services like ordering culinary products or organizing training in making food. The process of recording the order and registration of training in Rosa Cake is still done manually so that it is susceptible to data loss or damage in the recording which results in a decrease in the production process and the level of public confidence. This PKMS activity analyzes further the process of recording experienced by partners, as well as offering solutions by utilizing the use of information technology that is increasingly developing, especially in terms of system developers (developers). The data processed is the product order data and training registration organized by Rosa Cake. The research methods used adopting the system development methods that are commonly carried out, namely conducting socialization (needs analysis), system development (system design and manufacturing), training (as well as system testing), submission (sending the system to users), and evaluation (and maintenance). The results of this activity in the form of a system that can be a solution to the problem and in accordance with the needs of partners.
