Abstract

During the third trimester of pregnancy, pregnant women are expected to have a good enough hb level to prevent anemia and prepare for birth which aims to prevent postpartum hemorrhage, fetal death, maternal death and low birth weight. Based on the results of data in West Tambusai Village in 2022, there were 36 third trimester pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to find out how the understanding of third trimester pregnant women about anemia prevention with honey consumption in Tambusai Barat Village. The methodology of this research uses descriptive analytic. The population in this study amounted to 36 pregnant women in the third trimester and the sample in the study was 30 pregnant women in the third trimester. Sample selection technique using purposive sampling. The results of research on education in third trimester pregnant women in Tambusai Barat Village, in the elementary school group as many as 0 people (0%), junior high school as many as 9 people (30.0%), high school as many as 16 people (53.4%), PT as many as 5 people (16.6%). BMI of pregnant women in the third trimester In Tambusai Barat Village, there is no thin group (0%), ideal body weight is 12 people (40.0%), overweight is 10 people (33.3%), overweight is about 8 people (26.7%). From the research data shows that the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women before being given health education about the benefits of honey has an average of 10.12 and after being given health education has knowledge about the benefits of honey in increasing Hb which is 13.80. It is known that the results of the statistical test of health education have a significant effect on mother's knowledge with p value < 0.05. The conclusions and suggestions that can be given are that the administration of honey is effective in increasing the hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the third trimester, so after this research it is hoped that the third trimester pregnant women can suggest and implement it to increase hemoglobin levels while preventing anemia in third trimester pregnant women. Abstract

The objectives of the study were to determine the effect of the development of Jalan Tani infrastructure on the socio-economic changes of the community in Mombi Village, Alu Subdistrict, Polewali Mandar Regency, how is the role of the government in developing Farmer Road infrastructure in Mombi Village, Alu Subdistrict, Polewali Mandar Regency. The results of the study show the effect of infrastructure development on socio-economic changes in society in general. The livelihoods of the people in Mombi Village, Alu District, Polewali Mandar Regency before and after the construction of Jalan Tani, do not highlight significant changes,It is understood that the government has an important role in the development process. Apart from being a distributor of development funds, the government also has a role as an agent who provides direction on the development of farm road infrastructure and provides solutions to the community if there are obstacles in development. The level of community education prior to the existence of Jalan Tani in Mombi Village is better educational facilities after the construction of Jalan Tani, educational services are more fulfilled.

Abstract

Confidence can be interpreted as a certainty or a strong prejudice against something that is done, and doubts are merely doubts about whether the prejudice is as strong or is there something stronger. Basic Principles about اليَقِيْنُ لاَ يُزَالُ بِالِشَّكِّ . As we know, the fiqh rules have different scopes and scopes, from the broad scope and the most coverage to the fiqh rules which have a narrow scope and little coverage. In addition, Allah SWT does not want to make His people feel difficult, even Allah SWT wants convenience. As in the hadith it is said that الدِيْنُ يُسْرٌ means that the religion of Islam is easy, so with this basic rule it has included how Allah sent down Islamic law for all human beings without any burdensome elements in its implementation.

Abstract

Before the 1945 Constitution came into force , law marriage and inheritance already applied for Indonesian Muslims . Condition Islamic society in Indonesia which is the majority is very possible enforcement and enforcement Islamic law . With application expected Islamic law crisis multidimensional happening _ could handled by the State. order values Islamic law applies in a manner intact in society , then values that Islamic law must poured in form law . History records that presence Islamic organizations such as Sarekat Islam (SI), Muhammadiyah, Nahdhatul Ulama (NU) and MUI are very influential to birth sharia rules that have there is moment this . So this post discuss how role internal Islamic organizations implementation and development Islamic law in order to be able to enforced by the national Islamic society .

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership role in increasing teacher morale, describe the principal's efforts to improve teacher work discipline, and describe the strategies employed by the principal to improve a good work ethic at IT Al Asror Middle School, Sekampung Case District in East Lampung District, Province Lampung. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The approach used is phenomenology. Data sources were taken from 4 people as informants. Data collection procedures include interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The results of research findings at IT Al Asror Middle School are: (1) The leadership role of the principal is to improve the teacher's work ethic in building student character, more importantly the principal provides motivation with a high spirit of intention to carry out his duties and responsibilities as a leader (2) Efforts carried out by the principal to improve the work ethic are compiling school programs, vision, mission and goals as well as evaluating the performance of teachers and employees, timely attendance, preparing lessons according to the lesson plan and the methods used in PAIKEM learning (3) the principal's strategy in improving the teacher's work ethic is to provide appropriate salaries, provide comfortable, clean and disciplined facilities in the school environment. Abstract

The research aims to find out how the teacher's readiness is in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SD Xaverius 1 Palembang. The teacher's readiness to implement the independent curriculum consists of four indicators of teacher readiness, namely pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of class I and IV teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of interviews, questionnaires and documentation which were carried out in depth and systematically. The interview instrument used was 12 questions. The results of the study can be concluded that teacher readiness has been carried out well. This can be proven by looking at the implementation of pedagogic, personality, social and professional competencies to be able to meet and understand teacher competency indicator standards. Furthermore, there is good collaboration between related parties, namely the Office of Education, Principals and infrastructure to support Teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum. Abstract

Quality of service in general greatly affects the satisfaction of its users. Synopsis In this thesis, we conduct research on service quality on user satisfaction in KRI operations at the Military Cross-Sea Command. This thesis uses a quantitative research method based on preliminary data, a structural equation model, used to examine data sourced from the Military Maritime Command. The conclusions from this study are that Perceived Value is influenced by the Quality of Service for KRI Kolinlamil users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of discounted prices on Customer Purchase Satisfaction at Indomaret Majene Branch.This research was conducted at Indomaret Majene branch, Majene Regency, namely the researcher wanted to know howabout influencediscounted prices for Customer Purchase Satisfaction Indomaret Majene BranchThe data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test. The results showed that the price discount variable had a positive and significant effect on the consumer purchase satisfaction variable at the Majene branch of Indomaret.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance. The influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees tested either directly or indirectly. To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employeesof the industry and trade SME cooperative service officeof Bungo. Data was analyzed by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership, discipline and work motivation influence simultaneously and partially on performance.Where is the leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees at the SME cooperative service office of the industry and trade, where are the good categories, Discipline are in both categories, motivation and performance of employees are in both categories.The analysis tool in this research uses descriptive method verification. Where is the use of a range of scales, while in the verification using path analysis or path analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of per capita income, the human development index and the open unemployment rate on the poverty rate in Tebo District. The research method used is secondary data analysis method.The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of testing the regression equation model using Microsoft Excel Data Analyze, it is obtainedthe calculation results obtained are F-Count = 0.2767 while F-Table = 9.28 (α = 0.05; 3.2), so F-Count < F-Table. Comparison between F-Count and F-Table which shows that F-Count < F-Table, indicating that the independent variables together have no significant effect on the dependent variable, so that per capita income, HDI and open unemployment rate during the 2017-2021 period together -sama did not have a significant effect on the incidence of poverty in Tebo District.
