Abstract

Problems in the world of education are always in the spotlight. Because with education there will be many suitable and quality leaders. But education is not yet fully capable of forming a leader who is reliable and tough. This manuscript seeks to examine the social history of society more deeply at the time of the Caliph Umar bin Khattab and how the next generation should follow steps. He succeeded in making regulations in the world of education and issues at that time and had thoughts on problems in the world of government. This illustrates the magnitude of Caliph Umar bin Khattab's view and role in solving problems at that time. This research uses a descriptive analysis method to explain Umar bin Khattab's thoughts in Islamic education, and then the content analysis method is used to find basic ideas, development, and renewal as well as serving as caliph. For example, in education, the author found that Umar bin Khattab had thoughts about God. The discussion about God is the basis of Islamic education. They were then developed with his ideas and understanding of the cosmos (universe) to the fields of economics, law, and government so that this thought and civilization deserves to be reconstructed in the present. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the development of Islamic education in Indonesia and efforts to strengthen it in the national education system. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The study of literature by focusing on terms of peeling, summarizing and collecting a literature, then the authors provide an analysis of the data that has been collected. The results showed that during the pre-independence era religious education was not only not recognized but also not included in the education system, it was even suspected of being a place to incite and fight the invaders. At the time of independence it did not yet have a role because the government still tended to be controlled by nationalist and secular groups, if there were Islamic groups, Islam was still more abangan. Thus the New Order government continuously fostered the quality of madrasa education so that in 1975 a joint decree (SKB) was issued by three ministers on Improving the Quality of Education in Madrasas, where the SKB of the three ministers had advantages and disadvantages. So that the solution of this weakness is the government is trying to make breakthroughs to restore the function of the madrasa as a place to print religious leaders, namely by opening an alternative Madrasah Aliyah named Madrasah Aliyah Special Program (MAPK). Henceforth, this MAPK was changed to Madrasah Aliyah Religious (MAK) which focuses and strengthens the field of Islamic education. There are two strengthening of Islamic education in the national education system, namely strengthening Islamic educational institutions, and strengthening religious subjects in all schools both under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion and other Ministries. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of management ownership in moderating the effect of total asset turnover on firm value. The data is taken from the financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2019. Using purposive sampling, 27 companies were selected as research samples. The data was processed by multiple regression analysis using the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 application. The results showed that TATO had no significant effect on firm value. The results of testing the moderating variable show that management ownership does not moderate the effect of TATO on firm value Keywords: TATO, firm value, finance, ratio

Abstract

Baby massage is an activity to simulate or sequence the baby's head with touch, movement, plus auditory stimulation and visual stimulation. The benefits of baby massage can make babies relax, establish affection between parents and children, and also train children's motor skills. Babies who routinely undergo baby massage are proven to have more motor intelligence than babies who rarely get it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on mothers' knowledge and attitudes about infant massage in Pasir Makmur Village, Rambah Samo District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is a quasi experiment with a one group pretest posttest without control design. The number of samples is 65 people who are determined by total sampling technique. The statistical test used is the paired t test. The results showed that the average knowledge of respondents before being given health education about baby massage was 68.76 and after being given health education it was 88.18. The attitude of the respondents before being given health education on average was 42.04 and after being given health education it became 45.48. Based on the results of statistical tests there is an effect of health education on mother's knowledge and attitudes about infant massage with statistical test results obtained p values are 0.0003 and 0.0002 (p <0.05). It is hoped that further research will not only provide health education but baby massage training so that mothers do not only massage their babies but can also be an effort for mothers to obtain a lot of material. Abstract

This study discusses financial literacys, experienced regrets, framing effect and mental accounting on investment decisions with risk tolerance as an intervening variable. The number of respondents used in this study was 200 respondents. All respondents are millennials with age 21-40 years old and have a minimum income of IDR 5,000,000, who live in DKI Jakarta. The data in this study were obtained from the results of questionnaires which were then analyzed using SEM PLS analysis techniques with the help of the smartpls program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study the results of financial literacy, experienced regret, framing effects and mental accounting are applied to risk tolerance. The results of the subsequent analysis showed that financial literacy, regrets and framed the effect of influencing on investment decisions, while mental accounting directly cannot influence on investment decisions. The results of the analysis in this study also showed that risk tolerance can mediate the financial literature, experience regret, and the effect of framing on investment returns. Abstract

The development and revision of milling machines and components are continuous. With the help of computer technology, we can simulate some activities in a manufacturing system. The main purpose of a simulation is to understand and imitate the behavior of a particular manufacturing system on a computer, before hardware creation, thereby reducing the amount of testing and experimentation in the field. By using a virtual system, less material is wasted and the constraints on the actual operation of the machine in the field can be minimized. In the field of milling machinery, various modeling and simulation methods have been introduced so far. Today, the manufacture of a machine tool can no longer use the time-consuming and costly manufacturing and testing of physical prototypes to detect weak points and then optimize the design. In contrast, the current machine tool design process uses "virtual prototyping" technology to reduce the cost and time of hardware testing and iterative improvements to physical prototypes. The model of a milling machine can be simulated in Matlab simulations through analytical methods using various compositions. The presented virtual modeling methods and milling machine tool simulations make it possible to design, perform complex analyses, test, optimize, and use various types of control structures. in the computer simulation. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of macroeconomic variables, such as, exchange rates, interest rates, inflation rates, and consumer price index on mining stock volatility. The unit of analysis is the mining stock index volatility in Indonesia from January 2010 to December 2019. The analytical method used in the study is the econometric model ARCH/GARCH using EViews software. The test results show the exchange rate of the dollar against the rupiah (USD/IDR) and the inflation rate has a negative and significant effect while the interest rate and the consumer price index have a positive and significant effect on mining stock index volatility in Indonesia. In addition, based on the ARCH/GARCH coefficient is found that the mining stock index in Indonesia is influenced by the volatility of the current and past stock indexes. The mining stock index volatility in Indonesia is persistent volatile, which is high volatility and occurs continuously. Keywords: Macroeconomic Analysis, Minix Stock Index, Index Volatility
