Abstract

This paper examines the application of sanctions methods in fostering student discipline. The results showed that discipline is an exercise of character and mind for all actions of a person in accordance with existing regulations. The child discipline is basically a means of controlling, controlling, supervising and guiding against the child's behavior to achieve a better and effective action, and in accordance with the rules that have been approved or accepted as a form of responsibility. While punishment is something that is prescribed and is one of the successful means of education, which may occasionally be required by educators. But there is a very excessive use of this means, so that the facility is dangerous and has the opposite effect. The teacher in giving punishment should be wise with affection and tenderness. If conditions require a punishment, may apply it on condition not because of anger. Moreover, it does not apply punishment except on urgent conditions or is indispensable mainly due to discipline enforcement.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the personality of students in accordance with the goals of Islamic religious education, namely creating human beings with Muslim personalities. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative using an interdisciplinary approach, namely pedagogical, psychological and religious and philosophical. The research location is focused onAl-Islam Middle Schoo Fort Tellue Kec. Bone District Amali. This research found several important points including; 1). Educators and education staff at Al-Islam Middle School Benteng Tellue, Kec. Amali Bone Regency accumulatively totals 11 people consisting of permanent teachers and non-permanent teachers, as well as staff or employees and the majority have a Bachelor's education qualification (S1) and there is 1 person who has a master's qualification (S2) from various fields of science; 2). The efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in developing the personality of students through education, guidance and direction in accordance with Islamic values. Providing exemplary as an effort to accustom students to good behavior; 3). Supporting factors, in addition to the qualifications of PAI teachers meeting the standards and the subjects taught in accordance with their scientific disciplines and infrastructure are supporting factors in developing the personality of students; inhibiting factors such as, lack of study hours for religious lessons, student awareness of the importance of Islamic religious education, environmental/social influences and lack of attention and cooperation from parents of students. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the reality of eradicating corruption in Indonesia with a comparative legal review between positive law in Indonesia and Islamic law.This research is a descriptive-qualitative legal sociology research that explains the reality of the problem of eradicating corruption in Indonesia. The perspective used in analyzing and finding the ideal construction is Islamic Law with a conceptual approach, historical approach, comparative approach, case approach, and constitutional approach.The findings in this study outline that: First, the reality of corruption that occurs in Indonesia can be seen from the theory of law as a tool of social engineering and law enforcement theory, it is necessary to carry out reforms to encourage reform in society, the emphasis lies on the revision of laws and regulations so that the construction of a new society to be realized in the future through the enactment of laws and regulations in accordance with the needs of the community. Because a good law is a law that is extracted from the norms that live in the community. Second, the purpose of Islamic law is to protect religion, soul, mind, offspring, and property, and to protect the state from corruptive behavior. Efforts to eradicate corruption in the perspective of Islamic law are by providing social sanctions and ta'zir sanctions. prevention efforts can also be carried out by considering cultural aspects and educational aspects, both through formal, non-formal, and informal channels.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the factors that influence job satisfaction, namely charismatic leadership, empowerment and respect at the Women's Police School (Sepolwan) at the Jakarta Police Education and Training Center. From the results of data processing using the SSM method, it is concluded that 1) charismatic leadership has an influence on job satisfaction in terms of realizing the pattern of charismatic leadership needed by the organization, 2) empowerment can be realized through improving communication channels (both formal and informal) which are currently lacking seen to have an influence on employee job satisfaction, 3) respect influences job satisfaction because it can clarify the definition of job satisfaction itself and make leader-member interaction more conducive. For this reason, it is recommended that agencies maximize the function of the Work Culture Task Force and hold various activities that can increase interaction and two-way communication between superiors and subordinates, as well as provide an informal space for conveying members' opinions so that the definition of job satisfaction of each employee can be more clearly seen in behaviour, so that job satisfaction can be more easily increased

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have a big role in the world of education, especially in Islamic education. To produce the next generation who are intelligent and have noble morals, comprehensive education is needed, in the sense that it covers all potential from cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Mts Nurul Qodiri is a school institution that is within the scope of the Islamic Boarding School, students at this school do not only come from within the Islamic boarding school, many from the wider community attend MTs Nurul Qodiri. The article aims to analyze the role of islamic boarding schools in improving the quality of islamic religious education at mts nurul qodiri central lampung. The method used field research method (field research) which is descriptive in nature. The research sample is 5 teachers and 10 students. In this research, researchers used several data collection tools, namely through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses triangulation of sources and methodology to ensure the authenticity of the data. The result shows that there are efforts made by Islamic boarding schools to improve the quality of Islamic religious education in schools, students are becoming more orderly in performing the Duha prayer, routinely reading the Al-Waqiah letter after performing the Duha prayer. Not only are they accustomed to performing Duha prayers, students who study at MTs Nurul Qodiri have the potential to memorize juz amma and have a spirit of good morals. From these efforts the quality of Islamic religious education in schools is increasing. Keywords: Role of Islamic Boarding Schools, Quality Islamic Education

Abstract

This research aims to analyze various aspects of children's education and find methods of children's education from the perspective of psychology and Islamic education. This type of research is library research, the data collection technique uses documentation, after the data is collected it is then analyzed using descriptive analysis and content analysis. The research results show that First: the conception of children's education from a psychological perspective has four main dimensions, namely, physical, psychological, spiritual and socio-cultural. Parenting patterns for children's education must be in accordance with the child's psychological condition, namely in an authoritative style. Second: educating with an Islamic education perspective will make children mentally healthier, namely those who have excellent physical condition, high mental intelligence (IQ), mental health conditions/personality that is mature and stable in terms of mental emotionality (EQ) and have personality integrity. who is high (mental-social) and has the strength of faith and Islam. Third: The important role of psychology in Islamic education is to bridge the process of imparting knowledge so that it pays more attention to the psychology of each individual child or student, because this really determines the success of parents or educators in transferring the knowledge given to their children. Abstract

Research on the Implementation of Islamic Religious Education Learning in Forming Akhlakul Karimah. Many areas of human life are regulated by Islam. Likewise, Islam regulates the personal self of a Muslim to perfect morals, Rasulullah SAW said "indeed, I was sent by Allah SWT to perfect noble morals". As a Muslim in the current era, it is important to form a person with moral character so that he can protect himself from things that are prohibited by religion. In having good morals, a Muslim must respect himself and others more to apply good morals for himself, of course in accordance with the Al-Qur'an and Assunnah, both in deeds, words and morals towards Allah SWT, Rasulullah SAW and the final scholars. era. The aim of this research is as an effort to form moral character in the person of a Muslim. Rasulullah SAW said "There is nothing heavier in the scales of charity than good morals". The method used in this research is qualitative research using literature. Data sources come from journals, articles and books that study morals. Abstract

Mental health is a mental or psychological condition that shows a person's capacity to adapt and resolve challenges within themselves(internal) or problems that exist outside of him(external). Adolescence is a rapid physical, mental and intellectual growth and development and a phase of life in the future of this nation. so that teenagers are expected to have good mental health so they can express and develop. However, this phase is vulnerable to depressive symptoms so that deviant behavior occurs, especially at the age of 18-21 years when looking for work. This research aims to examine the formation of mental health in adolescent children through Islamic religious education in families in Gunung Baru Village, Gunung Labuhan District, Way Kanan Regency. This research is field research (field Research) which is qualitative. Which aims to find out the extent of Islamic religious education in Gunung Baru Village. Sources used primary and secondary data. Data collection using observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researcher, the results concluded that the formation of adolescent mental health through Islamic religious education in the family is very good starting from teaching prayer, getting used to reading and listening to the Qur'an, dhikr and fasting as well as religious activities in Gunung Baru Village such as the activities of Risma (Masjid Islamic Youth) every Tuesday, Sholawat Berzanji every Friday night with the instruction of the religious elite in Gunung Baru Village and Karang Taruna as a social activity. Abstract

This research aims to examine the challenges of implementing an independent curriculum in biology learning. The independent curriculum began to be implemented to facilitate learning in schools based on the principle of independent learning, where teachers and students have the freedom to plan their learning. This type of research is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The data source is secondary because it is obtained from journal articles, scientific publications and other sources related to independent curriculum studies. The data analysis technique is carried out descriptively by analyzing the content of relevant reading sources and can provide an understanding of the findings. Based on studies from several studies, it can be concluded that the implementation of the independent curriculum has a positive impact on improving students' learning abilities. Teachers and students can design the learning process according to learning and teaching styles so that learning is more enjoyable. And there are several Islamic values, namely: The value of mercy (Q.S. Al Anbiya': 107)., the value of trust, (Q.S Al Ahzab: 72), the value of da'wah (Q.S. Fussilat: 33)., the value of tabsyir (Q.S. Al Baqarah: 119), the value of worship (Q.S. Adz Dzariyat: 56 ; Ali Imran: 190-191).

This qualitative research aims to find out how important Biology TeachingMaterials are based on Islamic values in senior high schools (SMA / MA). That isin Teladan High School, MAN 3 Medan, and MAN Sibolga. The purpose of thisdescriptive research is to make a description, description systematically, factuallyand accurately about the facts, characteristics and relationships between thephenomena investigated.Data collection techniques in qualitative research are byconducting surveys.Integration of the Koran and Hadith in biology learning needsto be done to foster Islamic values in students in order to achieve the objectives.
