Abstract

High learning outcomes are the hope of all students, parents, schools and the government. The school's hope is that 100% of students can meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) that the teacher has set. However, the reality that occurred was not as expected. Based on the results of observations at SMAN 1 Kuta Cot Glie, there are still very many students who have not met the KKM. In addition, a phenomenon that often occurs in schools today is the large number of students who do not comply with the rules and lack of discipline at school. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a relationship between parental support and learning discipline with the Geography learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Kuta. Cot Glie. This research aims to determine the relationship between parental support and learning discipline with the Geography learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Cot Glie. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlation research type. The population in this study was all Class X IPS students at SMAN 1 Kuta Cot Glie totaling 42 students using a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques are documentation and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis was carried out by calculating multiple correlations and significance tests. The correlation calculation result is 0.33, including a low category correlation with a coefficient of determination of 11.05%. The significance calculation value obtained is Fcount (2.42) < Ftable (3.25) so that Ha is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between parental support and learning discipline with the Geography learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Cot Glie.Keywords: Relationship, Parental Support, Learning Discipline, Learning Results

Abstract

This research aims to prove the importance of the interconnection between family education and social education to build social harmony in interfaith communities. The research method used is a survey using a structured questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected is qualitative data in the form of social phenomena in the form of education carried out by families and communities in an integrated manner. The research results show that there is a continuous interconnection between family education and social education in building harmony between religious communities. Families and communities work collaboratively to provide education to form an attitude of tolerance towards other religious groups. The conclusion of this research is that the interconnection of family education and social education is an important factor in building harmony between religious believers. Therefore, in an effort to promote inter-religious harmony in society, it is important to strengthen the interconnection between family education and social education.

Abstract

AbstrakEkoliterasi penting untuk dikembangkan dalam proses pembelajaran karena peserta didik memiliki peran sebagai agen yang mengembangkan pengetahuan, wawasan, sikap dan perilaku berkelanjutan di masyarakat (agent of change), agen yang memiliki kesadaran kondisi alamnya dan agen yang dapat menerapkan ekoliterasi dalam kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peserta didik akan ekoliterasi diukur dengan pengetahuan, sikap, kesadaran dan partisipasi siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan Teknik pengumpulan kuisioner dan observasi, sampelnya adalah siswa kelas X IPA 1 di SMAN 2 Majalaya. Hasil penelitian peserta didik akan ekoliterasi menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan cukup baik, kesadaran cukup baik, sikap tanggap terhadap lingkungan cukup baik, sikap isu lingkungan sangat khawatir dan partisipasi sedang.Kata Kunci:  Ekoliterasi, Pemahaman, Kesadaran, Sikap, Partisipasi

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran dosen dituntut mampu menerapkan metode dan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kondisi mahasiswa, hal ini berpengaruh dalam proses pembelajaran karena sering terjadi dosen kurang memahami model dan metode pembelajaran yang harus digunakan sehingga pada mata kuliah seperti Wawasan IPS yang memiliki materi yang banyak tidak tersampaikan dengan maksimal. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pembelajaran dengan meaningfull learning dan powerfull learning merupakan model yang dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk memberikan pemahaman secara kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotorik kepada mahasiswa dengan kemampuan yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data: participant observation, in-depth interviews, dan documentation. Analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Wawasan IPS di UIN Malang menerapkan meaningfull learning dan powerfull learning dengan menggunakan motode project dan problem solving, sedangkan di UIN Mataram menggunakan metode inkuiri, dengan penerepan kedua metode tersebut mahasiswa dilatih belajar dengan menggunakan kemampuan kognitif, afekt dan psikomotorik secara efektif. Kata Kunci: Meaningfull Learning, Powerfull Learning, Pembelajaran Wawasan IPS

Abstract

The Adiwiyata program implemented in schools can help create conditions for schools to become comfortable, good and culturally environmentally friendly places to study. The Adiwiyata program implemented at SMAN 4 Bogor is supported by activities that support the school to help and foster an attitude and sense of caring for the environment. Activities carried out in collaboration with all school members in order to increase awareness of the cleanliness and comfort of the school environment. The research carried out aims to find out and obtain information about how the Adiwiyata Program is implemented at SMAN 4 Bogor. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method as well as data collection techniques using several instruments consisting of interview activity data, documentation and observation. The results of this research show that SMAN 4 Bogor in implementing the Adiwiyata Program towards environmental caring attitudes in students can be said to be categorized as good and achieved, this is based on learning activities to the formation of Adiwiyata ambassadors and Adiwiyata cadres to help students in efforts to increase environmental caring attitudes.Keywords: Adiwiyata Program, Environmental Care Attitude, Students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran geografi berbasis teknologi geospasial yaitu Google Earth terhadap kemampuan berpikir spasial siswa SMA Nurul Falaah Gunung Sindur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Eksperimen Semu (Quasi Eksperiment) dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan media pembelajaran aplikasi Google Earth dan kelas X.2 sebagai kontrol yang diberi perlakuan media pembelajaran Microsoft Power Point dan LKS. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen pretest dan posttest berbentuk pilihan ganda dan angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh aplikasi Google Earth terhadap kemampuan berpikir spasial siswa di kelas X.1 SMA Nurul Falaah Gunung Sindur. Perolehan rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 82,12 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 62,22. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test dari data hasil perhitungan diperoleh taraf signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,000 karena signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,005 (0,000 < 0,005), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh aplikasi Google Earth terhadap kemampuan berpikir spasial siswa.Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Aplikasi Google Earth, Kemampuan Berpikir Spasial

Abstract

This article explains how to select objective parts of historical films that will be used as learning media. That historical films not only visualize historical actors but also the atmosphere of a situation as a background for a historical event. Therefore, historical films are very susceptible to subjectivity. On the other hand, historical sources do not perfectly describe past events, but only describe events that are considered important. This article emphasizes that history teachers have the skills to select parts of films that measure their objectivity. This article uses historical research methods in the form of source collection, source criticism, interpretation, and writing. This article's contribution is not only limited to exploring the educational values of a historical film, but also to providing tools for history teachers in selecting fragments of events in historical films that have proven objectivity.

Abstract

The laboratory is an important infrastructure that must be owned by the Social Sciences Tadris Study Program. The laboratory is important for prospective Social Sciences teachers in improving their ability to carry out learning in the laboratory room and at the same time improving the management skills of Social Sciences learning laboratories. However, the laboratories at Educational Institutions and Education Personnel (LPTK) are generally synonymous with biology, chemistry, physics, language, and computer laboratories, while social studies learning laboratories are not widely owned and there is no standard laboratory design. Therefore this study aimed to produce a social studies learning laboratory design in the Social Sciences Tadris Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Sciences (FITK) UIN Syarif Hidatullah Jakarta. The research method used is Research-Based Design (RBD) with the research stages (1) contextual inquiry; (2) participatory design; (3) preliminary design; (4) conceptual design or prototype design (conceptual design/prototype as a hypothesis). Respondents in this study were student, laboratory assistants, laboratory assistants, and lecturers at FITK. Data is taken through a rubric that must be filled in about learning activities or practice in the laboratory and through interviews. The results of this study are the design of social studies learning laboratories with 3 laboratory rooms, namely (1) a practice room for storing tools and materials; (2) a preparation room and laboratory assistant; (3) waiting and guest rooms.
