Abstract

The beneficiaries or Persons with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) at the Social Rehabilitation Center cannot be separated from problems that arise both from before and during their stay or undergoing rehabilitation. Therefore counseling is expected to be one of the services that can be provided to help beneficiaries with various problems. their respective characteristics. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research to find out the Counseling Service Model at Beneficiaries at the Social Rehabilitation Center (Ex-Residency District of Banyumas). This research was conducted at the "Satria" Drug Abuse Victims Social Institution (PSRSKP) in Baturaden, where beneficiaries were called residents of drug users and at the "Sudagaran" Banyumas Elderly Social Service Home (PPSLU), where beneficiaries consisted of foster children and elderly (elderly). The results of his research showed that the Counseling Service Model for Beneficiaries at the Social Abuse Rehabilitation Social Institution (PSRSKP) Drug "Satria" in Baturaden was conducted when the resident would begin rehabilitation and counseling activities both individual counseling or integrated group counseling in Therapeutic Community activities (TC ) also called Community Therapy facilitated by social workers assisted by counselors. While the Counseling Service Model for Beneficiaries at the "Sudagaran" Banyumas Elderly Social Service Institution (PPSLU), conducted based on problems found and arising in beneficiaries carried out through individual counseling or group counseling facilitated by social workers and employees.Keywords: Model, Counseling, Beneficiaries.

Abstract

Da'i competence is demanded to be ready in everything. The da’i has an obligation to translate Islamic materials to the congregation properly. Recently, the tendency of a da’i to deliver da’wa material tends to be divided. Some offer peace, comfort, tranquility (rohmatal lil ‘alamien). But some others offer hatred, violence, fear, worry and so on. This kind of da'wa model indicates a serious problem with the da’i, namely "Arrogance in Da'wa". This research is a qualitative research using literature approach. Data sources consist of primary sources, namely Surat Al-Hasr: 18. While secondary sources are documents / literature, notes or other studies related to the research object. The results of the study stated that based on the analysis of Surat Al-Hasr Verse 18 that a da’i minimizes arrogance by understanding the contents of this Surat Al-Hasr 18. Da'i criteria contained in the content of the verse are sincere intentions, optimal endeavors, resignation and sincerity. These four things must be perfected through attitudes of technology and information alignment. A da’i is not only great in science but also adaptive to development. Accompanied by a comprehensive understanding of da’wa both personal da'i, da'i knowledge and an adaptive attitude based on the understanding of Islamic da’wa management, the objectives of da’wa will be achieved. Arrogance can be suppressed to a minimum and material will be more effectively accepted by the public. Kompetensi da’i dituntut untuk selalu siap dalam segala hal. Da’i memiliki kewajiban untuk menerjemahkan materi-materi keIslaman kepada jama’ah dengan baik dan benar. Kecenderungan seorang da’i dalam menyampaikan materi dakwahnya saat ini cenderung terbelah. Sebagian menawarkan kedamaian, kenyamanan, kesentosaan (rohmatal lil alamien). Namun sebagian yang lain menawarkan kebencian, keberingasan, katakutan dan kehawatiran dan-lain-lain. Model dakwah semacam ini mengindikasikan adanya persolan serius pada diri da’i yaitu “Arogansi dalam berdakwah”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Pustaka. Sumber data terdiri dari sumber primer yaitu Surat Al-Hasr Ayat 18. Sedangkan Sumber sekunder adalah dokumen/pustaka, catatan atau peneiltian lain yang terkait dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis Surat Al-Hasr Ayat 18 bahwa seorang da’i meminimalisasi arogansi dengan memahami kandungan Surat Al-Hasr 18 ini. criteria da’i yang ada dalam kandungan ayat tersebut adalah niat yang tulus, usaha yang optimal, tawakal dan ikhlas. keempat hal tersebut harus disempurnakan melalui sikap penyelarasan teknologi dan informasi. Seorang da’i tidak hanya kuat keilmuannya, namun juga adaptif dengan perkembangan. Dengan dibarengi pemahaman da’i yang komprehensif baik personal da’i, keilmuan da’i dan sikap adaptif da’i yang berdasarkan pada pemahaman manajemen dakwah yang Islami maka tujuan dakwah akan tercapai. Arogansi bisa di tekan seminimal mungkin dan materi dakwah akan semakin efektif diterima masyarakat.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the discourse of tolerance among religious people featured in the film “?” (Tanda Tanya) and Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2. Both are viewed from the level of the text, the level of social cognition, and the level of social context. The research method used is qualitative analysis with Teun van Dijk's theoretical approach, namely data analysis at the level of text, social cognition and social context. The results showed that; First, the discourse of tolerance at the text level in the film “?” (Tanda Tanya) is related to various themes, both about harmony among religious communities, cultural diversity and about tolerance. Likewise the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 also tells the story of religious life in European countries. Second, the discourse of tolerance between religious communities is seen from the level of social cognition. In the film “?” (Tanda Tanya), both the screenwriter and director want to explain the reality of the diversity of religions, cultures and customs that exist in Indonesia. He wants to explain the relationship between religious people in a vulgar way. In contrast to the more refined Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 movie. Third, the discourse of tolerance between religious communities in terms of the level of social context. The film “?” (Tanda Tanya) is motivated by the number of bombings that occurred at the house of worship three or four years before. At the level of the social context of this film as a sequel to the previous Ayat-Ayat Cinta movie. The background of making this film is because it wants to illustrate that Islam can be used as a way of life wherever we live, including life in the West though. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui wacana toleransi antar umat beragama yang ditampilkan dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya) dan Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2. Keduanya ditinjau dari level teks, level kognisi sosial, dan level konteks sosial. Metode riset yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan teori Teun van Dijk, yaitu analisis data pada level teks, kognisi sosial dan konteks sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, wacana toleransi pada level teks dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya) berkaitan dengan tema yang beragam, baik itu tentang kerukunan antar umat beragama, keragaman budaya maupun tentang toleransi. Demikian halnya film Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 juga mengkisahkan tentang kehidupan umat beragama di negara Eropa. Kedua, wacana toleransi antar umat beragama ditinjau dari level kognisi sosial. Dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya) sang penulis skenario maupun sutradara ingin memaparkan realitas tentang keragaman agama, budaya, adat istiadat yang ada di Indonesia. Ia ingin memaparkan hubungan antar umat beragama secara vulgar. Berbeda dengan film Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 yang lebih halus. Ketiga, wacana toleransi antar umat beragama ditinjau dari level konteks sosial. Film “?” (Tanda Tanya) dilatarbelakangi banyaknya kejadian bom yang melanda rumah ibadah pada tiga atau empat tahun sebelumnya. Pada level konteks sosial film ini sebagai sekuel film Ayat-Ayat Cinta sebelumnya. Latar belakang pembuatan film ini karena ingin menggambarkan bahwa Islam dapat dijadikan pedoman hidup dimanapun kita tinggal, termasuk hidup di negeri Barat sekalipun.

Abstract

Mass media has an important role in delivering information and entertainment to their publics. Media is not fully being neutral. Mass media represent certain interest whether economy, politic, culture, ideology nor religion. By using the theory content’s media from Shoemaker and Reese, there are many factors that influence the media’s content: the journalist, ideology, routine, owner, etc. According to theory making news production, news is not selectet but it is formed. The journalist made the event which one has news value and not. Sabili is the object of this study. This article wants to examine how media (Sabili) contructed terrorism issue to its public. Framing analysis is a technic to know how media (Sabili) contructed terrorism. And also framing can show the readers media bias. Researcher used qualitative method and framing analysis from Robert N Entman for the text. The framing analysis framework consisting of definig problems, cause’s diagnosis, make judgement’s moral and treatment recommendation. The result of this study addressed that Sabili was constructed the the police as actor and moslems activist as victim. And from the text Sabili supported to moslems activist and there is media bias. And also there is partisanship from Sabili to moslem activist. Media massa memiliki peran penting dalam menyampaikan informasi dan hiburan kepada public. Media tidak sepenuhnya bersikap netral. Media massa mewakili kepentingan tertentu entah itu ekonomi, ideologi, budaya bahkan agama. Dengan menggunakan teori dari Shoemaker dan Reese, terdapat banyak factor yang mempengaruhi isi media diantaranya ialah jurnalis, ideologi, rutinitas, pemilik dan lain-lain. Menurut pandangan pembentukan berita, berita merupakan hasil pembentukan bukan pemilihan. Wartawan yang menentukan suatu peristiwa memiliki nilai berita atau tidak. Dalam penelitian ini Sabili ialah obyek dalam penelitian. Artikel ini berupaya melihat bagaimana media dalam hal ini Sabili mengkonstruksikan terorisme dan juga pembingkaian dapat menunjukkan kepada pembaca bias media. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis framing dari Robert N. Entman untuk menguji teks. Kerangka analisis framing yang terdiri dari defining problems, cause diagnosis, make is judgement’s moral and treatment recommendation. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bagaimana Sabili mengkonstruksikan Polisi sebagai actor (pelaku) dan kaum aktivis muslim sebagai korban. Selain itu juga ada keberpihakan Sabili dalam pemberitaan yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Based on eight educational standards in the national education law and based on the tendency of educational institutions to be more oriented towards increasing intellectual intelligence of students while increasing emotional and spiritual intelligence is relatively not a priority, even though these aspects are important parts that must be improved in students. The study was conducted to find out the counseling strategies of the BK in improving the emotional and spiritual intelligence (ESQ) of MTs Negeri 3 Mataram students. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, the data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview, and documentation. The research subjects are the BK teacher, homeroom teacher, and school administration teacher (TU). Field results indicate that the strategies used by counselors in improving the emotional and spiritual intelligence (ESQ) of MTs Negeri 3 Mataram students with three program qualifications, including: 1) Teaching and Learning Activities, they are: (a) Addition of religious subjects, (b) addition of lessons in moral aqeedah, (c) recitation of prayers before and after learning; 2) Ubudiyah's activities include: (a) duha prayer in congregation, (b) short surah readings, (c) religious tourism; 3) Sosial Activities, including: (a) compensation for orphans, (b) sharing with the poor, (c) sosial services. Berdasarkan delapan standar pendidikan dalam undang-undang pendidikan nasional serta berdasarkan kecenderungan lembaga pendidikan yang lebih berorientasi pada peningkatan kecerdasan intelektual siswa sementara peningkatan kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual relatif tidak menjadi prioritas, padahal aspek tersebut merupakan bagian penting yang mesti ditingkatkan dalam diri siswa. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi guru BK dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual (ESQ) siswa MTs. Negeri 3 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatifhttpdeskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitiannaya adalah guru BK, wali kelas, dan guru bidang tata usaha (TU) sekolah. Hasil lapangan menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan guru BK dalam meningkatkan kecerdasar emosional dan spiritual (ESQ) siswa MTs. Negeri 3 Mataram dengan tiga kualifikasi program, antara lain: 1) Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar, terdapat: (a) Penambahan mata pelajaran agama, (b) penambahan pelajaran aqidah akhlak, (c) pembacaan doa setiap sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran; 2) Kegiatan Ubudiyah, terdapat: (a) sholat duha berjamaah, (b) pembacaan sutrat-surat pendek, (c) wisata religi; 3) Kegiatan Sosial, meliputi: (a) santunan anak yatim, (b) berbagi kepada kaum miskin, (c) bakti sosial.

Abstract

Abda’u tradition is performed on the feast of Muslims’ Aidul Adha. This tradition is a form of struggle, the defense of the flag, seizure of the sacrificed animals’ blood by enforcing the ideological teachings of Islam. The purpose of this research was to understand and find communication events, communication components, and patterns of abda’u communication tradition on Maluku Tulehu to sacrifice animals’ procession. This research uses the theory of symbolic interactionism of the constructivist paradigm and communication ethnography method "speaking" from Dell Hymes as the basic reference. The approach used is qualitative data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observations, the study of librarianship and documentation. The subject of the study amounted to 13 people and 2 key informants whom the abda'u offender, directory and mosque imam through a purposive sampling technique. The results of the abda’u tradition communication events include purified sacrifice animals, upholding the religion flag, and the sacrifice of animal slaughtering. Communication events occur concerning the house on mosque Imam, the villages, and Jami'i mosques. The message conveyed in Tulehu religious language, either verbal or nonverbal, based on the lofty norms and values passed down from generation to the next generation. The communication pattern formed based on abda'u tradition of awareness to preserve the procession of sacrificed animals through devotion to God Almighty by enforcing Islam ideological, syiar of Islam, the sacrifice of the sacrificed animals to the community, and the social solidarity of Muslim community. Tradisi abda’u dilakukan pada hari perayaan Idul Adha umat Islam. Tradisi ini merupakan bentuk perjuangan, pertahanan dan penegakkan bendera serta perebutan darah hewan qurban dengan menegakkan ideologi ajaran Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami dan menemukan peristiwa komunikasi, komponen komunikasi, dan pola komunikasi tradisi abda’u pada prosesi hewan qurban adat Tulehu Maluku. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori interaksionisme simbolik dari Blummer dengan paradigma konstruktivis dan metode etnografi komunikasi “speaking” dari Dell Hymes sebagai acuan dasarnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan partisipan, wawancara mendalam, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 13 orang dan 2 orang narasumber kunci melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peristiwa komunikasi tradisi abda’u meliputi hewan qurban disucikan, perebutan bendera religi, dan penyembelihan hewan qurban. Peristiwa komunikasi terjadi di kediaman rumah Imam masjid, jalan kampong, dan masjid Jami’i. Pesan disampaikan bernada religi menggunakan bahasa Tulehu, baik verbal maupun nonverbal berlandaskan kepada norma dan nilai luhur diwariskan dari generasi kepada generasi berikutnya. Pola komunikasi tradisi abda’u dibentuk atas dasar kesadaran untuk melestarikan prosesi hewan qurban melalui pengabdian kepada Allah SWT dengan menegakkan ideologi ajaran Islam, syiar Islam, pengorbanan hewan qurban untuk masyarakat, dan solidaritas sosial sesama komunitas Muslim.

Abstract

The paper discusses the film by Garin Nugroho based on a discourse analysis developed by Fairclough. The film titled “Javanese Opera” directed by Garin became one of the films that raised the theme of Javanese women in domestic and political space. How Garin in the discourse of Javanese women became interesting because his works were widely recognized as coloring the development of national films and his works were recognized internationally. The research method used a qualitative approach, while the analysis used was Fairclough’s discourse analysis. The gender leadership discourse in Indonesia is represented by Garin Nugroho as a dynamic discourse relating to the sociopolitical context and power based on the national philosophy, culture and values of pluralism adopted by the Indonesian people. The socio-political context in this film is how women’s perspectives are represented as social agents and political agents in looking at the leadership leadership in Indonesia. In the social dimension, Javanese women are represented as the center of male spiritual power which has a strategic role in shaping male leadership character. In the political dimension, Javanese women are represented as agents of public space in the political contestation of power which is realized by various strategic steps in conducting global political competition.

Abstract

Recent phenomenon of television is often shows a variety of Korean products and one of them was Korean drama (K-Drama). K-Drama is one of the television drama series that is famous until today and very popular among public. The objective of this research was to find out is there a relationship between K-Drama shows in television with behavior of the teenager to imitate Korean fashion at Bhinneka highschool Karawang. This research used quantitative with correlational analysis data by using social learning theory from Albert Bandura. The Theory was discovered by Albert Bandura to discuss the learning process through media massa as opposite to traditional learning process. The starting point of learning process is a phenimenon that can be observed, directly or indirectly. That phenomenon may occur in the person's daily activities, and also be presented directly by television, books, films and other media massa. The results of this study found there was a significant relationship between the intensity of K-Drama show with low but definite relationship (rs = 0.375), K-Drama message content with medium relationship (rs = 0,517) and K-Drama show attractiveness with strong relationship (rs = 0.641) with behavior of teenager to imitate Korean fashion. Fenomena belakangan ini televisi sering menyajikan berbagai produkproduk Korea salah satunya K-Drama (Drama Korea). Drama Korea sebagai salah satu serial drama televisi yang saat ini sedang booming dan diminati khalayak khsususnya remaja. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tayangan drama Korea dengan perilaku pada anak remaja dalam mengimitasi Korean fashion dengan mengambil sampel penelitian di SMK Bhinneka Kabupaten Karawang. Metode riset ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasional dan teori yang digunakan adalah teori social learning Albert Bandura. Social Learning Theory berasumsi bahwa belajar bisa dilakukan melalui media massa dan tidak harus dilakukan dengan cara yang konvensional. Awal mula proses belajar adalah mengamati sebuah fenomena yang sedang terjadi, yang bisa dilakukan secara langsung ataupun melalui sebuah fasilitas oleh seseorang. Sebuah fenomena di sekeliling kita bisa terjadi pada siapapun yang dapat diamati secara langsung dari televisi, buku, film dan media massa lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa ada hubungan intensitas tayangan drama Korea dengan hubungan yang signifikan (rs = 0,375), isi pesan tayangan drama Korea dengan hubungan yang signifikan (rs = 0,517) dan daya tarik tayangan drama Korea dengan yang signifikan (rs = 0,641) dengan perilaku pada anak remaja dalam mengimitasi Korean fashion.

Abstract

Islamic philanthropic institutions as a medium for managing the potential of Islamic altruism are increasingly extending. Altruism activities shift from traditional charity become integrative philanthropy. The shift occurred in the manifestation of the spirit of altruism history of generosity among ummah. The development of the dynamics of social, cultural, political, and economic spaces contributed to the evaluation of the pattern of Islamic philanthropy. Inward bound the 4.0 disruption era, Islamic philanthropic institutions began to move more dynamically and contemplatively. E-philanthropy is one of the methods carried out by Islamic philanthropic institutions in approaching the development of expectations from benefactor and public profiles. Islamic philanthropic interactions that involve potential management institutions and benefactor communities become increasingly limitless space and time. This study aims to describe the convergence of non-profit activities of Islamic philanthropic institutions in the utilization of new media with social media platforms in the era of disruption 4.0. The results of the research discussion were obtained from the perspective of the theory of relationship development, attraction theory, accommodation theory, network theory, and computer-mediated communication (CMC). Further research can deepen from the perspective of good governance in Islamic philanthropic institutions. Lembaga filantropi Islam sebagai wadah pengelolaan potensi altruisme semakin bergeliat. Aktivitas altruisme bergeser dari tradisional-karitasmenjadi filantropi yang integratif. Pergeseran terjadi dalam manifestasi semangat altruisme rekam jejak kedermawanan umat.Altruisme konvensional mulai berbenah dan mulai menapaki jenjang skema filantropi kontemporer.Perkembangan dinamika ruang sosial, budaya, politik, dan ekonomi memberi kontribusi pada evaluasi pola filantropi Islam yang selama ini dilakukan.Memasuki Era Disrupsi 4.0 lembaga filantropi Islam mulai berbenah untuk dapat bergerak secara dinamis dan kontemplatif dalam konteks komunikasi dan adaptasi dengan tuntutan perubahan.E-filantropi menjadi salah satu metode yang dilakukan oleh lembaga filantropi Islam dalam mendekati perkembangan ekspektasi dari profil pendonor dan publik.Interaksi filantropi Islam yang melibatkan lembaga pengelola potensi dan masyarakat donatur menjadi semakin menempati nirbatas ruang dan waktu.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konvergensi aktivitas nirlaba lembaga filantropi Islam dalam pemanfaatan media baru dengan platform media sosial dalam era disrupsi 4.0.Hasil analisis dibahas dengan perspektif teori pengembangan hubungan, teori atraksi, teori akomodasi, teori jaringan dan Computer-Mediated Computer (CMC). Untuk riset selanjutnya dapat memperdalam dari perspektif tata kelola yang baik pada lembaga filantropi Islam.

Abstract

Language for politics is different to other language style for the characteristic of politics that tends to be serious. However, this serious message can be delivered more relax with cartoon or can be called, now, as meme. This research belongs to qualitative research, the data of the research is political meme in instagram account. The data were collected by using documentation and simak catat method. Validity of data was found by using triangulation theories and all the data were analyzed by using Interactive Models by Miles and Huberman. From the research results of the political meme on the Instagram account comikita. ig and polyclitik can be concluded as follows: 1) The forms of speech in political memes are news, questions, commands and excitement 2) The implications of the implications contained in political memes in the form of political talks that lead to the development of conflicts in the form of political orders, political feelings in the form of threats from political figures, journalist independence, political promises, innuendos, political orders, political anger, political outcry, political regret. These political messages lead to political emotions that worsen political conflict. k Bahasa politik berbeda dengan ragam bahasa lainnya karena sifat atau muatan politik yang cenderung serius. Namun demikian, pesan yang serius ini bisa disampaikan dengan gaya yang lebih ringan melalui gambar kartun atau yang sekarang ini terkenal dengan sebutan meme. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian deskripstif kualitatif. Data dalam penetlitian ini adalah meme politik yang terdapat pada akun instagram. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan metode simak catat. Data dalam akun instragram di screenshot kemudian disimak dengan teliti semua ujaran yang ada dalam akun tersebut untuk kemudian dicatat dalam kartu data. Validitas data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi teori dan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Dari hasil penelitian meme politik akun instagram komikkita.ig dan poliklitik dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Bentuk tuturan meme politik tersebut adalah berita, tanya, perintah dan seru. 2. Makna implikatur yang terdapat dalam meme politik berupa pembicaraan politik yang mengarah kepada pengembangan konflik berupa perintah politik, perasaan politik yang berupa ancaman dari tokoh politik, independensi jurnalis, janji-janji politik, sindiran-sindiran, perintah politik, kemarahan politik, teriakan politik, penyesalan politik. Pesan-pesan politik tersebut mengarah pada emosi politik yang memperkeruh konflik politik.
