Abstract

The government as one of the economic actors (government households), has an important function in the economy, which is to function as stabilization, allocation, and distribution. In this case, the role of DPRD to monitor regional finances is very much needed, so that the programs that have been prepared can run effectively, efficiently and economically. The type of research used is qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the role of the DPRD government in the economy is very significant in the economy.

Abstract

The Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of North Sumatra Province, of course, has a strategy so that cooperatives in North Sumatra Province continue to grow and develop. This study aims to determine the strategy for improving the quality of cooperative institutions, identify the driving and inhibiting factors. Formulate a concept map of the problem of improving the quality of cooperative institutions. This research is a case study qualitative research. The focus of the research is on the steps/strategies of the North Sumatra Province cooperative service in improving the quality of cooperative institutions, including: licensing and cooperative institutions, cooperative empowerment, supervision and inspection of cooperatives. The results of the study indicate that there are stages of strategy in an effort to improve the quality of cooperative institutions. So that from the results of the analysis in each field has an inseparable link in its efforts to improve the quality of existing cooperative institutions in North Sumatra Province. targets, resulting in strategic recommendations given Progressive, meaning that the organization is in prime and stable condition so that it is possible to continue to develop, increase growth and achieve maximum progress. This situation is very advantageous, because the power possessed can be utilized for the opportunities that exist.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role and effectiveness of small business development in the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Medan City and to determine the effectiveness of developing cooperatives and small and medium enterprises in the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. This study uses a qualitative method, in which the researcher wants to know how the Effectiveness of the Role of Cooperatives in the Development of Small Business in Medan City is. Thus, through this qualitative research, the researcher tries to describe the problems that exist in relation to the Effectiveness of the Role of Cooperatives in the Development of Small Business in Medan City. The Regional Government along with the Cooperatives and SMEs Office work together to develop the progress of Medan City SMEs. Therefore, the main task of the Medan City Cooperatives and SMEs Service is to carry out regional autonomy in carrying out all the assisting tasks that have been given by the central government and from the provincial government. As for the consequences of these activities, the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs are obliged to carry out all program activities that aim to increase the potential of the SME sector, especially in the urban village of Medan.

Abstract

Penerapan Model Problem Based Instruction (PBI) Berkolaborasi dengan Cooperative Learning Kepala Bernomor Terstruktur Untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Pembelajaran Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Kelas IVA SDN 49 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran, hasil belajar siswa kelas IVA SDN 49 Kota Bengkulu, melalui penerapan model Problem Based Instruction (PBI) Berkolaborasi dengan Cooperative Learning Kepala Bernomor Terstruktur. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru, siswa kelas IVA SDN 49 Kota Bengkulu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes dan observasi. Tes dianalisis menggunakan persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal, sedangkan observasi dianalisis rata-rata skor dan kriteria skor. Hasil pada siklus I nilai rata-rata skor observasi guru sebesar 28 (cukup), siklus II meningkat 34,5 (baik). Pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata skor observasi siswa sebesar 25 (cukup), pada siklus II meningkat 33 (baik). Analisis hasil ketuntasan belajar klasikal siklus I sebesar 62,5% rata-rata 69,06. Siklus II meningkat menjadi 71,87%, rata-rata 74,37. Pengamatan afektif siklus I, menerima 53,12%, menilai 15,62%, menanggapi 25%, mengelola 43, 75% dan menghayati 37,5%, meningkat pada siklus II yaitu menerima 59,37%, menilai 25%, menanggapi 46,87%, mengelola 56,25% dan menghayati 43,37%. Sedangkan pengamatan psikomotor pada siklus I yaitu menirukan 34,37%, manipulasi 25%, artikulasi 21,87%, dan pengalamiahan 25%, meningkat pada siklus II, menirukan 43,75%, manipulasi 40,62%, artikulasi 28,12%, dan pengalamiahan 31,25%. Disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Model PBI Berkolaborasi dengan Cooperative Learning Kepala Bernomor Terstruktur untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Pembelajaran dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata pelajaran Matematika Kelas IVA SD Negeri 49 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

The development of information technology has created a new artificial and virtual space, namely cyberspace. Cybercommunity is a virtual life in a virtual world that is built through a computer network but remains connected, and has its own social life. The phenomena and realities that occur in cyber society are certainly different from ordinary people. So this study will discuss the sociological analysis of phenomena and reality in cyber society. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This research is not intended to obtain external validity, but rather aims to gain an understanding of reality in its specific context. The results showed that the formation of cyber communities was initially small and was developed using a spider web pattern to form a large community. This cyber society ultimately forms a cyber culture and has its own stratification. However, the presence of cyber society has not only positive but also negative impacts, one of which is cyber crime. For this reason, cyberlaw is needed so that the life of the cyber community can run better.

Abstract

Family Hope Program social assistants are Indonesian citizens who meet certain qualifications and pass the selection test and are determined through a Decree of the Director of Social Security, Ministry of Social Affairs, RI to provide assistance to PKH participants based on a work contract within a certain period of time. PKH social assistants play a role in carrying out all stages of PKH implementation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with the research location in Sungai Serut District. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research aspect was adopted from Role Theory according to Jim Ife (2014) namely the facilitative role, educational role, representative role and technical role and collaborated with Social Minister Regulation No. 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program, Guidelines for Implementing the PKH 2021 and Technical Guidelines for the Distribution of PKH Non-Cash Social Assistance in 2021. This study aims to determine the role of social assistants for the Family Hope Program in Sungai Serut District. The results showed that PKH social assistants in Sungai Serut District were considered quite good in carrying out facilitative roles, while in educational, representative and technical roles there were still roles that had not been implemented due to several obstacles and others.

Abstract

Nowadays, there are still many teachers who use theoretical and rote learning techniques. So that learning activities tend to be rigid, monotonous, and boring. Especially in Indonesian language lessons, the material presented is in fact still not able to attach to students as something rational, cognitive, and effective. The assumption so far that learning Indonesian language and literature is easy has actually caused the failure of several students who took the National Examination (UN). As a result, sometimes students are not enthusiastic about studying Indonesian language and literature. In essence, learning Indonesian language and literature in schools is shown to raise the awareness of students, teachers, administration and school principals towards the existence of Indonesian language and literature as a means of communication and as a unifying tool for this nation. Innovative Indonesian language lessons pay close attention to the competencies and rights of students, so it can be said that innovative Indonesian language learning is humanist language learning. In connection with that, the goal that is owned and achieved is that Indonesian language teachers must be able to realize innovative learning models so that Indonesian language learning becomes a fun and easy lesson to follow. The results of the study have broad implications for Indonesian language teachers in schools to realize innovative Indonesian language learning to always provide variety in learning by utilizing the competencies possessed by students.

Abstract

Language is a communication tool used to interact, work together, and identify oneself in a society. The phenomenon of slang today is really unavoidable. This phenomenon is caused by the development of the communication style of the younger generation that has penetrated the barriers of space and time. Currently, the use of Indonesian, both in real life and fictional life, has begun to experience interference and has begun to shift to be replaced by the use of slang. Slang users in the wider community in Indonesia certainly have a negative impact on Indonesian language users properly and correctly. In addition, language is used to convey an idea, idea, opinion, feeling and thought to others. As well as a tool to develop themselves and socialize with others. A language must have a clear meaning so that when communication occurs, there is no misunderstanding in its delivery. Currently, there are several variations of the style of language used in the community. The variety of language styles is triggered by the development of communication technology which is growing very rapidly. The development of this language makes the style of language used by generation to generation is different. Each generation will have its own distinctive style of language. The use of good and correct Indonesian has now begun to be displaced by slang and feels accustomed to using slang.

Abstract

Social media is a medium/means used for long-distance communication needs, and a means to obtain information through application devices with an internet network. Through the internet network, people can communicate quickly to establish relationships with other people, conduct entrepreneurship online, provide and get information quickly without knowing the place and time. Indonesian language subjects are compulsory subjects taught at the elementary, secondary and even higher education levels. The basic competencies that must be mastered by students in Indonesian language lessons are the same as lessons in several literary languages, one of which is Balinese language which includes aspects of language skills, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Reading and writing are included in literacy skills. The development of the world at this time has entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the form of human life has been based on information. Therefore, digital literacy needs to be developed in the world of education to be more prepared to face the era of education in the 21st century. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method. Improving self-ability in the use of Indonesian, as well as increasing positive attitudes so that people have awareness, pride, and loyalty to Indonesian language norms in the digital era.

Abstract

Language is a means of communication in everyday life. The existence of Indonesian as an international language in the international arena cannot be doubted. There are several universities in Asia, Australia and mainland Europe that offer Indonesian language learning as a compulsory subject. The international formulation of language appears to require reexamination and strategy. This is for the effectiveness of the implementation of all programs that have been designed and implemented. What's even more surprising is when foreign speakers of Indonesian actually participate in the Malay language national speech program organized by the state of Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to be able to describe the importance of BIPA learning at universities and describe the implementation of the policy of independent learning in BIPA lessons at any university. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method (Lina Septianasari, 2021).
