Abstract

This study aims to analyze and develop an integrative model of church music learning grounded in theological values for worship servants in Palangka Raya. The study is motivated by the tendency of church music learning to emphasize technical skills, while theological understanding is not yet systematically integrated into ministry practices. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving church musicians, trainers, and worship leaders. The data were analyzed using an interactive process consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that theological values have not been fully integrated into church music learning. In response, this study proposes an integrative model consisting of three main components: internalization of theological values, enhancement of musical competence, and contextual ministry practice. The model contributes to improving both the musical quality and spiritual depth of worship services. This study offers a framework for developing more holistic and context-sensitive church music learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of identity in organizational dynamics and its relationship with internal conflict. A literature review method was employed, examining various theories regarding social identity and conflict management. The findings indicate that identity is an individual's self-perception formed through group membership (ingroup) and comparisons with other groups (outgroup). Identity plays a dual role: acting as a conflict trigger through in-group favoritism and discrimination, yet also serving as a means of integration through the formation of a superordinate identity. Sharp identity-based differences can spark destructive conflict, whereas inclusive identity management can foster synergy and innovation. Understanding identity dynamics is crucial for managers seeking to create a harmonious work environment and enhance organizational performance.

Abstract

Nursing is a profession that provides nursing care to patients in hospitals 24 hours a day. Since nurses make up the majority of the hospital workforce, hospitals are expected to have high-performing nurses to support the hospital’s overall performance and ensure patient satisfaction with the services provided. Nursing documentation consists of records containing all the information necessary to determine nursing diagnoses, develop nursing care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate nursing actions; these records must be prepared correctly and be morally and legally accountable. This study aims to: determine the relationship between the role of the team leader and the performance of practicing nurses in nursing documentation. This is an analytical observational study using a cross-sectional design involving 44 nurses working at Bhayangkara Hospital in Bengkulu. Sampling was conducted using probability sampling with a total sampling approach. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of the chi-square test yielded a value of ρ = 0.004 and α = 0.05; since ρ ≥ α, it was concluded that there is a relationship between the role of the team leader and the performance of practicing nurses in nursing documentation at Bhayangkara Hospital in Bengkulu. Therefore, it is important for team leaders to play a role in improving the performance of practicing nurses in performing documentation correctly.

Abstract

Batukaras Beach in Cijulang Subdistrict, Pangandaran Regency, is an increasingly popular coastal tourism destination that has accumulated an extensive digital footprint in the form of user reviews on Google Maps, with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 based on 1,587 reviews. This study aims to describe Google Maps users’ perceptions of Batukaras Beach through quantitative content analysis of publicly available review content. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed with a population of 1,587 reviews; through scraping using the Thunderbit tool, 223 reviews were obtained, and the sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula with a 7 percent margin of error, yielding 181 reviews selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed descriptively, covering the distribution of star ratings, sentiment classification, and keyword-lexicon-based thematic coding. The results show that review sentiment is dominated by positive perceptions (91.2%), followed by neutral (6.1%) and negative (2.8%). The most frequently raised themes were natural attractiveness and scenery (61.3%), comfort and safety (37.6%), tourism activities (33.1%), facilities and cleanliness (32.0%), accessibility and location (21.0%), price and cost (9.4%), and hospitality and service (7.7%). These findings confirm that Google Maps reviews can serve as a relevant source of destination-image data for tourism managers and local government in formulating tourism marketing communication strategies for Batukaras Beach.

Abstract

Bibliography, footnotes, and quotations are important elements in academic writing. All three serve as a form of acknowledgment of the information sources used, enhance the credibility of the writing, and help prevent plagiarism. A bibliography contains all references used as a basis for preparing an academic paper, footnotes provide additional information or citation sources at the bottom of the page, while quotations are used to strengthen the discussion by citing opinions or research findings from other sources. Writing that follows academic conventions will make it easier for readers to trace reference sources and strengthen the validity of the information presented. Therefore, an understanding of how to write bibliographies, footnotes, and quotations is highly necessary for students, researchers, and writers in producing quality and ethical academic work.
