Abstract

This research is an empirical study that aims to test and prove the effect of applying accounting information systems, budgeting participation, functional oversight, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on the performance of local government agencies. This research was conducted in 44 OPDs in Pekanbaru City. The data used is primary data with questionnaire data sources. The sample for this study was 108 respondents using the saturated sample method, but only 93 (86.11%) respondents who filled out the questionnaire completely and could be processed. The analytical tool used in this research is using the SPSS program. Based on the analysis and testing of the partial t test hypothesis, it can be concluded that for variables (1) Application of Accounting Information Systems, (2) Participation in Budgeting, (3) Functional Supervision, (4) Organizational Commitment, and (5) Organizational Culture Has a Significant Influence Against the Performance of Local Government Agencies.

Abstract

Compensation is something received by employees in lieu of their service contribution to the company. Compensation is an award or reward for workers who have contributed in realizing their goals, through activities called work. Compensation is also an award given by employees, both directly and indirectly, financially and non-financially, to employees for their contribution to achieving organizational goals, so that compensation is needed by the company and to improve the performance of its employees. The purpose of this study was to find out how the provision of incentives and the performance of the employees of the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Rokan Hulu Regency and its influence. The population in this study were all employees of the palm oil mill (PKS) at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah in Rokan Hulu Regency in 2021 totaling 106 people, while the sample determined using the Slovin formula was obtained as many as 51 people. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or research questionnaires. From the research results it is known that the compensation received by the employees is good so that the performance they produce is also good. From the test results it is known that compensation has an effect on employee performance variables at PT. Asahan Indah Oil Palm, Rokan Hulu Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted by the author aims to determine the the role of the Regional Development Planning Agency in the Implementation of the Instruction the Minister International Domestic Number 70 Year 2021 concerning the Preparation of Regional Development Planning Documents for Regions with the Service of Regional Heads ending in 2022. The data collection technique was through observation studies, interviews and direct documentation at the Pekanbaru City Regional Development Planning Agency The results of this study can be seen that the Instruction of the Minister International Domestic Number 70 of 2021 has the function and role as a guide and functions to regulate the entire development planning process in Pekanbaru City Bappeda. Pekanbaru City Bappeda is the implementing element of government affairs in the field of planning, where the effectiveness of Bappeda's role is in accordance with Lawrence M. Friedman's theory, namely for the effectiveness of the role three main elements are needed, namely structure, substance and culture. Pekanbaru City is one of the regencies/cities that carry out the Instruction of the Minister of International Domestic Number 70 year 2021, because the term of office of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Pekanbaru ends on May 22, 2022. In the midst of the vacancy of the regional head, Pekanbaru City is led by an Acting (Pj.) Mayor, Inmendagri 70 Year 2021 is a tool that serves as a guide for the Pekanbaru City Government, especially Bappeda as an institution that has the authority in the planning sector to compile the Pekanbaru City Regional Development Plan document for 2023 – 2026

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of relationship marketing on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Branch Office of the Peranap Unit as well as analyzing customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Peranap Unit Branch Office. This study also aims to analyze the effect of relationship marketing on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Branch Office). To determine the effect of these variables, relationship marketing indicators are used, which consist of trust, commitment, communication, and conflict handling. While the indicators used by the customer satisfaction variable consist of repurchase intentions, willingness to recommend, and confirmation of expectations. This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data processing using data analysis techniques validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, t test (partial), and test the coefficient of determination (r) using the SPSS.25 application. Based on the tests conducted, the results obtained that relationship marketing affects customer satisfaction and the rest is influenced by other factors not observed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Halal Awareness and Product Quality on purchasing decisions for Korean Food Products in Generation Z in Pekanbaru City. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method and using the lamb show formula with the criteria that generation z has bought or is currently buying Korean food products. The method in this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression and uses the SPSS version 29 program. The results of this study using the T-test variable Halal Awareness and Product Quality partially have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. By using the F Test the variable Halal Awareness and Product Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) with a value of 0.517 or 51.7% indicates that purchasing decisions are simultaneously influenced by Halal Awareness and Product Quality by 51.7%, while the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of dividend policy, debt policy and profitability on company value in mining depositors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2020-2022 period. This research was conducted on 18 companies listed as mining companies on the Stock Exchange The effect of Indonesia during the 2020-2022 period is used as the population. By using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, we obtained 4 issuers who met the criteria in this research. The research methodology used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method and a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The analysis method used uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence from the independent variables, namely Dividend Policy (DPR), Policy Debt (DAR) and Capital Structure (DER) on the dependent variable, namely Company Value (PBV).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict and work stress on turnover intention at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya) in Pekanbaru. The place of this research was carried out at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya). The population in this study was 52 respondents, so that the sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique because the population size was relatively small. This research method is quantitative with data collection techniques using a questionnaire and the data is analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, work conflict affects employee turnover intention at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya). Job Stress affects Employee Turnover Intention at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya). Work Conflict and Work Stress jointly affect Employee Turnover Intention at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya). The variable contribution of Work Conflict and Work Stress to Turnover Intention is 54.3%.

Abstract

Product design is the design of an object so that it has added value in various aspects such as more effective function, more beautiful appearance, easier and more comfortable use and is not difficult to maintain so that it can then be re-produced industrially more efficiently, both economically and technically so as to provide benefits for consumers (customers) and producers. One product that requires good design is the PM Collection Pekanbaru. This research aims to determine and analyze product design on purchasing decisions at PM Collection Pekanbaru. The indicators of product design used are shape, style, quality, features, durability, reliability,and repairability. This research is located at the PM Collection Pekanbaru using a descriptive research type that prioritizes questionnaires as a data collection tool and the empirical conditions of the research location. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study were PM Collection Pekanbaru customers. The sample of this research was 100 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The type and technique of data collection used consists of primary data collected by observation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that product design has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at PM Collection Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Goods delivery services are companies engaged in service where service is the basis for costumer consideration in choosing goods delivery services. This research was conducted using two variables, namely Relationship Marketing (X) as the independent variable and Customer Satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Satisfaction at CV Cipta Karya Sarana. The results of this study indicate that the Relationship Marketing variable with indicators of trust, commitment, communication, and conflict handling gets results from respondents in the good category. As for the Customer Satisfaction variable with indicators, overall customer satisfaction, dimensions of customer satisfaction, confirmation and expectations, repurchase intentions, willingness to recommend getting results from respondents in the satisfied category. From the results of data analysis, the validity, reliability, t test, coefficient of determination test, and simple linear regression show that Relationship Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Delta Sukses Jaya Duri. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on CV. Delta Sukses Jaya Duri. The sample in this study was 34 employees using the census or saturated sampling method. This research uses quantitative analysis and description using the path analysis method and the data is analyzed using the Smart-PLS program. The results of this study show that work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction at CV. Delta Sukses Jaya Duri with a calculated t value (3.957) less than t table (1.650) with a P Value more than 0.06. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t calculated value (3.459) less than t table (1.650) with a P Value more than 0, 05 shows that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t value (0.195) less than t table (1.650) with a P value more than 0.05, then job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance with a t value (0.174) more than t table (1.650) with P Value less than 0.05, work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. And based on the R-Square calculation, it is 55% and the rest is influenced by other variables.
