Abstract

The demand for broiler chicken meat has increased over the past few decades due to changes in consumption patterns. This condition has led to information distortion and a significant rise in broiler chicken meat demand. CV HMS, as a distributor, faces fluctuating customer demand, which results in a bullwhip effect, making it difficult for the company to control raw material inventory. To address this phenomenon, raw material inventory control is required using forecasting techniques to estimate future demand and avoid delays in customer deliveries. The objective of this study is to identify the most appropriate forecasting method and determine the bullwhip effect values before and after applying the selected forecasting method. This enables the company to avoid stock shortages or surpluses of broiler chickens, ultimately supporting supply chain efficiency. The analysis results indicate that the most suitable forecasting method is single exponential smoothing with an α value of 0.9, which shows a reduction in the bullwhip effect value from 1.05 to 0.99. By employing accurate forecasting techniques and effectively measuring the bullwhip effect, the company can develop strategies for raw material inventory control.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how Indonesian economic policy incorporates Pancasila values. Pancasila, the state's fundamental ideology, serves as a framework for the development of governmental policies, including those pertaining to the economy. It is anticipated that pancasila values—such as economic sovereignty, shared prosperity, and social justice—will serve as the foundation for the development of people-supporting policies. However, in reality, neoliberal economic policies, globalization, and international market forces frequently pose obstacles to the adoption of Pancasila ideals. This study examines Indonesia's economic policies at the national and regional levels using qualitative methods and a descriptive-analytical approach. It also assesses how well Pancasila values have been incorporated. The fourth and fifth Pancasila principles are reflected in this study's explanation of the government's responsibility in formulating policies based on people's economic circumstances. The study's findings indicate that while a number of economic measures, including initiatives to reduce poverty and promote equitable economic growth, have attempted to apply Pancasila values, there is a disconnect between the ideals of Pancasila and their practical application. Therefore, in order to strike a balance between economic growth and equitable social welfare distribution, more work is required to improve the integration of Pancasila ideals and economic policies.

Abstract

Every human activity, whether ordinary work activities, business, education, social activities, and so on, depends on the transportation sector. Considering that transportation is the result of the movement of people and objects, improving the transportation system requires comprehensive handling. This has resulted in the growth rate of urbanization flows from rural to urban areas being quite high. For example, the population of Malang City has increased in the last eight years, from 804,803 people in 2013 to 844,933 people in 2021. Public problems have also emerged, starting from the loss of green space, changes in urban planning design, to the phenomenon of traffic jams. This research uses a descriptive method with qualitative data analysis, namely a problem solving approach that seeks the best way to characterize the current state of the research object based on available facts. It is natural that Malang City, which is the second largest city in East Java, cannot be separated from the population explosion. From many angles, this causes traffic jams, which can impact the ability of these neighborhoods to carry out daily activities comfortably, safely and peacefully. After the construction and inauguration of the TUGGULMAS Bridge on February 24 2022, one of the traffic hotspots is on Jalan Raya Tlogomas. The discussion above shows that there is still room for improvement in the implementation of the TUGGULMAS Bridge construction program to ease traffic congestion in Malang City. seen from the various ways of implementing and monitoring the WTulmas Bridge Construction Program, from the way the Program is evaluated and influenced, and from the way the Program is supported and inhibited effectively and efficiently to achieve these goals. reduce traffic jams in Malang City

Abstract

Clinical supervision serves as a powerful coaching method to enhance teacher professionalism by providing intensive guidance and direct, actionable feedback from supervisors. This study specifically examines the implementation of clinical supervision at Madrasah and assesses its influence on improving teachers’ professional competencies. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was gathered through structured observations and in-depth interviews with participating teachers and supervisors. Findings reveal that structured and consistent clinical supervision significantly bolsters teachers' understanding of effective teaching methods, enriches their instructional skills, and elevates overall classroom quality. Additionally, the direct interaction between supervisors and teachers allows for constructive feedback that is instrumental in helping teachers identify both their strengths and areas for development, fostering a reflective practice. Support from supervisors further motivates teachers to continually enhance their competencies in alignment with evolving educational demands. This study highlights that clinical supervision is not only an evaluation tool but also a developmental framework that positively impacts teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah, aligning their practices with both academic and religious education standards.

Abstract

This study examines the optimization of subsidized fertilizer distribution strategies aimed at improving accessibility, efficiency, and precision in reaching farmer groups. Subsidized fertilizer distribution plays a critical role in supporting agricultural productivity, yet inefficiencies often arise due to logistical challenges, inaccurate data management, and limited resources. Utilizing a case study approach, this research explores how a structured distribution strategy can address these issues by focusing on key areas: expanding distribution networks, implementing integrated digital data systems, enhancing logistics capacity, and aligning with government policies for subsidized programs. Data collection includes interviews with distribution managers, observational analysis of operational workflows, and document analysis of logistical records and digital tracking systems. Findings suggest that optimizing distribution requires a combination of increasing logistical resources, adopting digital tools, and fostering government collaboration to maintain affordability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of various approaches in clinical supervision based on the Cogan, Goldhammer, and Glickman models, as well as their impact on improving teachers' professional competence in primary schools. Clinical supervision has proven to be an effective method in supporting the development of teaching skills through a structured process of observation and feedback. The Cogan and Goldhammer model offers a systematic approach in the pre-observation, observation, and post-observation cycles that aim to provide direct feedback to teachers. Meanwhile, the Glickman model introduces an adaptive approach that adapts the supervision style—directive, non-directive, or collaborative—to the individual needs of the teacher based on his or her level of commitment and abstraction ability. This study uses a qualitative approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis to evaluate the implementation of all three models of clinical supervision in several primary schools. The results show that the adaptive approach in the Glickman model, when applied well, can improve the effectiveness of supervision by accommodating the unique characteristics of each teacher. This model is considered more flexible and able to have a more significant impact than the Cogan and Goldhammer models in improving the quality of teaching. This study suggests the use of a more adaptive clinical supervision model to meet the needs of diverse teachers' professional coaching, in order to improve the overall quality of learning in elementary schools

Abstract

This research aims to adapt to changes in educational institutions in rural areas through the improvement of teacher performance. This article is based on the unique challenges faced by rural schools that are not experienced by urban schools, such as limited access to educational resources, inadequate infrastructure, and diverse socio-economic conditions of students. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, with data collection techniques including field observations, interviews, and document analysis. The data analysis techniques consist of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The research results indicate that changes in the curriculum and organizational structure are important aspects of modern education. The curriculum is not only a guide for learning but also reflects the vision and mission of the education system to prepare the younger generation to face a complex world. The organizational climate aims to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and a strong foundation for sustainable growth. Evaluation and changes to the supervision assessment system are also important for creating a fair and inclusive learning environment. Technological advancement has become the main driver of life transformation, with significant implications for society and the future of education. This research is expected to provide effective insights into educational institutions.
