<![CDATA[The development of information and communication technology is happening so fast. Information technology must be used wisely in providing benefits, especially science. Information technology-based learning also has problems, especially in the application of its learning. This requires effort to be combined with face-to-face learning, with the aim that the learning process does not only depend on information technology, with the current conditions in Indonesia that implement Social Distancing due to the Covid 19 virus, online learning is the right solution for now. Based on background above, the researcher can take a problem formulation about blended learning and how the basic concepts, learning syntax and factors exist in blended learning. In this research, the researcher uses qualitative research methods and a case study approach as well as data collection techniques using purposive sampling and snowball sampling, in obtaining data in the study.]]>

<![CDATA[Optimalization of information and communication technology in public services is a community need in the new media era. No doubt, the government at the central, provincial, and regional levels, is actively innovating in the aspect of strengthening the technology, including the form of social media. The Government of Surabaya City is one of the pioneers of information and communication technology based on public services. Almost all agencies make breakthroughs in the field of optimizing social media. This article discusses how the Surabaya Transportation Service, as one of the regional apparatus organizations, manages social media in order to maximize public services. This study uses the theory of technological determination and public policy as the rationale. The theories and concepts of administration, in particular, with respect to digital archives are also put forward. Descriptive qualitative method with literature review approach is used as a framework for formulating conclusions. Data collection is done through literature searches and other documents related to the topic. The analysis technique is done through reduction, presentation, and formulation of conclusions. The result of this study indicate that the social media utilization policy carried out by the Surabaya Transportation Service is running well and has a positive impact on the community. This study can add to the treasures of research in the field of public policy and digital archives in relation to the phenomenon of technological determination in the current era.]]>

<![CDATA[The need on economic influenced some societies either to work or to create new business were part of way to make them in survive. One of them were Lumajang people who had micro, small, medium enterprises that produced crackers. The appearence of Pandemi Covid-19 effected to the business sector so that the accompany must be have new strategic to solve this problems. One of them was UD X as micro, small, medium enterprises which have effected by this pandemi Covid-19. The research was field research, the data collection were interviews, observation, documentation, field-notes, questionnaire, and the direct observation as primary data which supported by secundary data of the research from the texts or other resources by using triangulation analysis. The result of IFASUD analysis that X had some weakness in solving the marketing challenges such as cost of goods expensive and some costs of goods sold. Thus, the result revealed the UD X was quadrant IX showed that UKM Crackers of UD. X has to improve the administration of conglomerate divest, and the quadrant result IV position UD. X should do the aggressive attack in order that the running UKM crackers X could be developed.]]>

<![CDATA[School is an educational institution that has an important role in changing the behavior or abilities of students in the teaching and learning process, as well as instilling a culture of achievement in students. Organizational culture is related to achievement culture, because the advancement of organizational culture is a culture that leads to increased organizational performance, so that the goals set are achieved. The focus of the problem raised is the inculcation of the main values (core values) for students to have a culture of achievement, leadership strategies, their implementation in building a culture of achievement in students at MTs Negeri 1 Lumajang. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with a case study approach. The results of implementing the madrasa principal's leadership strategy in building a culture of achievement include an increased ethos, a conducive work climate, increased achievement and increased educational productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[Baznas is govermental institution non-structural which is independent and it has responsibility to the president throught the ministery which has obligation on the management of national zakat. Therefore, within the operational process of the administrative must be implememted professional and adapt the growth era. Based on the context of finding research that examined the program of Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) concerning to the administrative management such as the payment of Zakat Maal, Infaq and Shodaqoh via e-banking using the application of SIMBA. The research tried to examined the step of strategic management would be done by BAZNAS Jember in Pandemic era and to know the management of adminstrative as the program of SDGs BAZNAS Jember in this Pandemic era. The method of research conducted was qualitative-descriptive. The data collection using deep interview, observation and documentation. And the data analysis was the interactive analysis concists of four related components, namely data collection, reducing, conclusiom. Thus, the reliability of research used triangulation. The resarch revealed that the management of strategy were planning formulation, planning implementation, and evaluation for each planning. The first step was formulate the planning, formulate the SDGs Village and evaluate the planning with the correction of planned program by seeing the target wether achieved or not.]]>

On the other hand, higher education information systems can be defined as media supporting the transformation process of knowledge communication in educational organizations such as types of universities. A system consisting of several parts that operate together and are interconnected to achieve several missions desired by management. The focus of the problem raised is information systems in the form of digital hands through integrated information system services. <![CDATA[Sistem informasi sangat penting bagi dunia pendidikan saat ini, dengan adanya penerapan sistem informasi dalam dunia pendidikan maka akan memberikan dampak positif yaitu dapat meningkatkan tingkat kedisiplinan. Kedisiplinan merupakan unsur penting dalam lembaga pendidikan. Karena dengan kedisiplinan yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa, maka akan menjadikan lembaga pedidikan itu menjadi lebih maju dan berkembang pesat. Salah satu kedisiplinan yang harus dilakukan dalam lembaga pendidikan yaitu mengenai absensi yang dilakukan tepat waktu. Dalam era digital saat ini, ada teknologi yang dapat memudahkan dan mengantisipasi adanya kecurangan dalam absensi yaitu absensi dengan menggunakan sidik jari. Dalam jurnal ini, peniliti mengusung tema administrasi pendidikan yang berjudul Penggunaan Fingerprint untuk Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Guru dan Siswa di SMAN 3 Lumajang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan fingerprint terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan guru dan siswa di SMAN 3 Lumajang. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan penggunaan fingerprint tersebut. Adapun kesimpulan mengenai penelitian ini adalah penggunaan absensi berbasis fingerprint ini memberikan dampak positif yang baik pada peningkatan kedisiplinan guru dan siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan belajar mengajar dikelas, tidak hanya melibatkan guru saja atau siswa saja melainkan keduanya. Guru bertugas menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dengan baik dan dimengerti oleh siswa. Sedangkan siswa mempersiapkan diri untuk menerima materi. Untuk menarik simpatik siswa, guru mengajar dengan menggunakan berbagai macam model pembelajaran. Seorang guru membutuhkan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) agar KBM dapat berjalan dengan lancar serta dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa, dan materi yang disampaikan mudah diterima oleh siswa. Rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) dibuat sendiri oleh seorang guru, guru mengembangkan ide – ide kreatif untuk mencapai tujuan belajar siswa. RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) berisi KI, KD, Standar kompetensi, tujuan pembelajaran dan materi yang akan disampaikan sudah terencana. Lebih pentingnya lagi dalam RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) tercantum juga metode atau model pembelajaran yang akan digunakan saat guru mengajar. Langkah-langkah kegiatan pembelajaran pada RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) ada 3 bagian, (1) Kegiatan pendahuluan, (2) Kegiatan inti dan (3) Kegiatan penutup. Kolom penilaian guru terhadap siswa menjadi lembar akhir dalam RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran).]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam meningkatkan suasana kelas yang teratur dan kondusif dalam pembelajaran dibutuhkan Kepemimpinan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas yakni untuk bagian manajemen kelas, guru hendaknya terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kepemimpinannya serta keterampilan manajemen kelas di dalam pembelajaran agar siswa menunjukkan perilaku belajar yang positif dan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Kepemimpinan guru merupakan sebuah proses mengerakkan sekumpulan siswa dalam ruang kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengarahkan ke tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditentukan melalui dorongan motivasi dari guru yang tidak memaksa. Pengelolaan kelas merupakan sebuah perencanaan manajemen yang sangat penting untuk keberlangsungan peroses pembelajaran dalam kelas. Kesuksesan sebuah pemebelajaran modalnya dari pengelolaan kelas yang baik. Untuk perolehan pembelajaran yang maksimal bagi peserta didik dilakukan proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan berkulitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kulitatif, karena kepemimpinan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas merupakan tindakan di lapangan yang berupa fakta yang nyata. Metode kualitatif ini berupa analisis yang mendeskripsikan fakta kepemimpinan guru dalam pengelolahan kelas dan bersifat induktif yaitu menarik kesimpulan di akhir penelitian. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya kepemimpinan guru dalam pengelolahan kelas agar tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien.]]>

<![CDATA[Dimasa pandemi Covid-19 ini calon jama’ah mengira bahwa KBIH manapun jarang ada yang melayani calon jama’ah disebabkan kurangya promosi kreatif, oleh sebab itu KBIH Al-Haromain Selok Anyar Pasirian menciptakan promosi online dan offline .Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana, dan uji hipotesis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Dari hasil hitung F (ANOVA) pada analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan 85.660 jika nilai signifikansi variabel independen terhadap variable dependen sebesar 0,000. Jika dilihat dari nilai Sig tersebut lebih kecil dari ilai probabilitas maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Promosi online dan offline terhadap minat jama’ah haji di KBIH Selok Anyar Pasirian berpengaruh secara signifikan sesuai dengan perolehan R Square dalam model summary analisis regresi sebesar 0,864 atau 86,0% terhadap minat jama’ah haji, sedangkan sisanya 14,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.]]>
