Abstract

This literature review focuses on the entire world. Researchers find that working from home increases productivity for roughly two-thirds of employees by making better use of time and travel and meet higher performance standards. The article investigates working from home on employee productivity, focusing on organizations that boost employee productivity. This study examined 30 reports to determine the organizational factor's impact when working from home. Today, working from home is a famous work arrangement with companies and employees using it to perform flexible and automated work. This study examines the impact of employees working from home (Vyas & Butakhieo, 2020). Many public and private organizations provide the option of working from home as an alternative way to carry out their responsibilities. Compared to working in an office, working from home has both advantages and disadvantages for employees (Carillo et al., 2021). A new policy must create based on practical considerations for the organization and its employees so that working from home can provide new knowledge with flexibility in working hours as a policy in the future to function optimally (Xiao et al., 2021).

Abstract

In 2020, the massive spread of Covid-19 led to several new policies. To diminish the spread of Covid-19, the Indonesian government made a strict policy, namely a social distancing policy. The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia publishes an education policy. One of the policies is that the teaching and learning process must be done at home with online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The main of the study was to present a literature review of the psychological impact of e-learning on teachers. Researchers observed and examined sixteen articles relating to the psychological effects of e-learning on teachers. The type of study method used in this research is library research. The results showed that due to the many kinds of online learning platforms and many factors that influence online learning success, teachers experience some difficulties and challenges in conducting online learning. The problems and challenges faced by teachers have a psychological impact on teachers. Teachers experience stress, anxiety, frustration, insecurity, and depression. In conclusion, many teachers experience stress, anxiety, frustration, insecurity, and depression as a psychological impact of e-learning. Researchers hope that the results of this study can be used as an information and a reference for researchers for further research

Abstract

The research approach used by the researcher is field research, with a descriptive qualitative approach that is observed from the point of view of applying parental communication patterns to the behaviour of children in Tangerang City, Banten. This study uses a sampling technique with special characteristics. Data collection is from observations, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques, namely data presentation and concluding. The researchers found that a child needs communication between parents and children. The lack of communication between parents and children will affect children's behaviour, and One of the things that can support effective communication with children is communication. Poor communication between parents and children can worsen the relationship between parents and children. The success of contact with children shows passion between children and parents. Parents should try to explore the child's character. After examining the child's personality, the child thinks that their parents do not only see us but also the child will consider his parents as friends, so the child well received the message we sent.

Interest is a consumer's desire and action to repurchase a product due to the satisfaction received after receiving what they desire from a product. This study aims to determine the effect of advertising on online sites and lifestyle in the digital era on interest in repurchasing at online stores for Educators and Education Personnel at Tribuana Kalabahi University, Alor Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially advertising on online sites positively affected repurchase interest at online stores, partly lifestyle. The digital era has a positive and significant impact on repurchase interest in online stores; Simultaneously, advertisements on online sites and lifestyles in the digital age positively affect repurchase interest at online stores. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.428 or 42.8% means that buying interest in online stores is influenced by advertisements on online sites and lifestyles in the digital era by 42.8% the remaining 57.2% this affected by other variables not examined in this study this research.

Abstract

The selection of the Practicum Assistant Course is the main problem in the process of selecting the role of the practicum assistant in big data. In the process of big data, the process of selecting assistant laboratorium subjects pay attention to the processes that occur before in the prospective assistant lab practicum (previous distribution). In this study we use the Bayesian classification method for the selection of practicum assistant courses. The Bayesian algorithm is applied in the process of selecting a practicum asiststen which is received with prior knowledge and posterior . In this consideration, the initial (prior) data is used as a consideration to determine whether a student in a certain semester can become a practicum assistant in the appropriate course of interest. The benefits obtained are efficiency in choosing a practicum assistant with consideration of previous events, P (θ | x). Based on the results obtained, the results of this study show the efficiency of the selection based on the previous few who became the background of the candidates for the practicum assistant course

Abstract

Ethnomathematics was first described by D'Ambrosio (1984), who claims to be all the phenomena that shape cultural identities such as language, dialect, beliefs, values, clothing, customs, and behaviours related to various mathematical concepts. It is done. Indonesia is a country rich in culture. One of them is Batik Banten which is a cultural heritage. On October 2, 2009, UNESCO designated Batik as a cultural heritage belonging to Indonesia. Uki Kurniawan founded the Banten Batik Industry and Training Center on December 26, 2004, and was inaugurated on February 8, 2005, by the Minister of Industry. The Banten batik centre now has more than 75 varieties and motifs of Banten batik. This study will examine the Tirtayasa, Kepandean, and Kawangsan motifs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with an ethnographic approach, describing philosophical values and studying mathematical concepts. The concepts contained are flat shapes, transformations, similarity and congruence, and number patterns

Abstract

This study aims to produce a contextual-based module to improve students' mathematical critical thinking skills on whole numbers and fractions that have aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The subjects used were seventh-grade junior high school students. The type of research is research and development (R&D). The development model is ADDIE, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Instruments include questionnaires and tests. Data analysis includes aspects of validation, practicality, and effectiveness. The results showed that the contextual-based mathematics module fulfilled the essential elements, namely valid and practical. In addition, the contextual-based module can be used to develop students' mathematical critical thinking skills (effectively).
