Abstract

This research is entitled the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Millenium Ratanindo Perkasa which aims to find out how organizational culture and work motivation influence employee performance. This research method is quantitative and the population of this research is employees of PT. Millenium Ratanindo Perkasa. The sample collection method is non-probability sampling with a collection technique, namely purposive sampling, namely sampling based on criteria. The sample consists of 100 permanent production division employees. The analysis technique in this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this research prove that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work Motivation has a positive effect on Employee Performance

Abstract

National development efforts can be strengthened by understanding and identifying the potential economic sectors in the region. An important part of the economic sector is the agricultural sector, whose performance depends on various subsectors, including food crops, plantations, horticulture, animal husbandry, agricultural services, forestry and logging, and fisheries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the leading agricultural subsectors and the potential of agricultural subsectors in the future in Probolinggo Regency and identify the description of the pattern and economic structure of the agricultural subsector in Probolinggo Regency. The data needed is GRDP data at constant prices of Probolinggo Regency and East Java Province in 2011-2022. The methods used in this analysis are Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotioent (DLQ), and Klassen's typology. The results found that during the 2011-2022 period, several sectors such as food crops, plantations, horticulture, livestock, agricultural services, forestry, and fisheries in Probolinggo Regency were basic, characterized by LQ values > 1. DLQ analysis shows that the food crops and plantations sectors are expected to tend towards non-base sectors, while the horticulture, livestock, agricultural services, forestry, and fisheries sectors are expected to tend to remain in the base sector. Klassen typology analysis illustrates that food crops and plantations are in quadrant III, indicating progress but slow growth, while horticulture, livestock, agricultural services, forestry, and fisheries are in quadrant I, indicating rapid growth and progress

Abstract

This research aims to learn about analytical Training influencing employee competence at PT. Vanaya Scholar South Jakarta. The research method used is a qualitative type of research using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. This research uses SWOT analysis techniques, observation and direct interviews with key informants and informants. The results of this research indicate that employees at PT routinely carry out Training. Vanaya Scholar South Jakarta has had both positive and negative Training. Positive Training is routinely carried out on a predetermined schedule for each employee. The negative Training that is available is that much of it has yet to be implemented during operations, and the manager's role is to supervise employees. If there are employees who work without using SOP procedures and MUI Halal procedures, they will be subject to sanctions. The sanctions given to employees trigger employees to be more responsible and work using SOP and MUI Halal procedures. The factor that influences Training on employee competency is the need for rewards and recognition for employees. Efforts to increase employee competency are successful, and they involve regular Training so that they can do all the work as expected by the company without feeling that the work is a burden to them, which increases the company's turnover. The company can provide employee welfare

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the integration of sustainability concepts in the environmental management accounting system of hospitals in Cilegon City. The concept of sustainability plays a key role in bridging the gap between financial goals and environmental goals of organizations. Through qualitative research methods, data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that hospitals in Cilegon City have made efforts to integrate the concept of sustainability in their accounting system, including recording and analyzing data related to medical waste management, efficient use of energy, and efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. However, there are challenges such as limited resources and lack of awareness about the concept of sustainability. This research produces a concrete action plan to increase the integration of sustainability concepts in the hospital environmental management accounting system in Cilegon City. Specific steps proposed include developing new policies, improving infrastructure, training staff, and developing more efficient waste management programs. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to improving hospital environmental performance in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The study aims to inventory and analyze GHG methane (CH4) emissions to support RAD in mitigation and adaptation of PI Situbondo Regency. It is hoped that the results of the research can be used as input for the Regional Government in designing implementable mitigation and adaptation actions. The scope of the research in the Situbondo Regency area was six months. Research methods: 1) Tier-1 IPCC Guidlines (IPCC, 2006) for numerical equation analysis of methane gas, and 2) analysis of remote sensing and numerical spatial data on cloud-based digital platform Java script Google Earth Engine (GEE) and Google Colaboratory Research (GColab) 2023, image digitization and outlating in QGIS software. Research data: 1) activity data based on producing sectors, methane emission factors, and farmer group mitigation options questionnaires; and 2) remote sensing data access to the methane gas datasets Sentinel-5P OFFL CH4: Offline Methane, and MOD11A1.061 Terra Land Surface Temperature and Emissivity Daily Global 1km. Research results: the transportation sector emits the highest methane gas (tons of CO2 eq) at 378,486; agriculture 249,580.74; industrial energy 30,533.58; and the lowest livestock 6,364. Remote sensing results: an increase in methane gas emissions during the analysis period. The lowest CH4 gas emissions were respectively in 2017, 2019 and 2021, respectively 0.74 g/m2; 1.79 g/m2; and 1.85 g/m2; and the highest respectively at 4.56 g/m2; 10.95 g/m2; and 23.90 g/m2 in the same year. The lowest temperature increased in 2017, 2019, then decreased in 2021 to 19oC, 21oC and 18oC respectively. The highest temperature increased in 2017, 2019, and decreased in 2021 respectively 39oC, 40oC and 38oC. Increasing methane gas emissions are correlated with the lowest and highest LST from 2017-2021 with a correlation of R ≥ 0.6 (0.6-0.9).
