Abstract

Employee performance in an organization is influenced by many factors, including motivation, work ethic, work experience, work culture, work discipline and work environment. Employees can carry out their duties optimally, because they are determined by motivation or encouragement to work diligently, and a comfortable work environment that supports employee performance. This happened because it was alleged that there were several problems based on the observations of the researchers. This study aims to examine the influence of interpersonal communication and work environment on employee performance at Baznas Serang City by using a descriptive analytical approach which is a quantitative research. Total population of 30 employees and all populations used as research samples. The main problems and objectives formulated in the research on Employee Work Performance (Y) through , Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Work Environment (X2) at Baznas Serang City, then this research method is a descriptive method of analysty that is to look at causal relationships. Based on the research analysis obtained the value of coefficient of determination (R2)=40,3%. Partial test results of variable X1 of 3,593 and X2 of 3,275 were greater than 1,998 and sig. values < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously obtained the results of Fcount = 20,922 > Ftable = 3,150. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of the variable Interpersonal Communication and Work Environment partially and simultaneously on Work Performance has a significant and positive influence

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of important factors in customer interaction on Facebook social media on customer loyalty through the process of customer engagement and engagement. The concept of customer engagement refers to the level of depth and intensity of customer interaction with a brand through social media platforms. The factors studied include the level of customer engagement, customer participation, and customer commitment. This study used regression analysis methods to examine the relationship between these variables and how they affect each other. Data was taken through an online survey filled out by respondents who are active users of Facebook social media who have interactions with certain brands or companies on the platform. The results of this study are expected to provide deeper insights into how customer interactions on Facebook social media can affect customer loyalty through customer engagement mechanisms. The practical implications of this research could help companies to devise more effective strategies in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through social media, thereby increasing customer loyalty and their engagement with brands

Abstract

In the era of data economy, the development of Big Data Analytics Capability (BDAC) has changed the face of competitiveness in many sectors. Organizations have intensively utilized BDAC as a competitive force to improve firm performance. Conveying from the resource-based view and sociomaterialism entanglement, BDAC has a huge potential to enhance business value and firm performance. This study extends the literature on BDAC impacts on organizations, especially in developing countries, by proposing a model and validating the direct effects of BDAC on firm performance and business value, along with the mediating effects of business value on the relationship between BDAC and firm performance. Toward this goal, an online survey was conducted and collected 86 data from IT managers, business analysts, and data analyst that are currently working in companies that have implemented Big Data Analytics (BDA) in Indonesia. The data was afterward analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural-Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The findings showed that BDAC has a positive impact on firm performance in terms of financial and market performance relative to competitors. The results also revealed that BDAC enhances business value. However, it was found that there is no significant mediating effects of business value on the relationship between BDAC and firm performance

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important factors for the progress of the company. The development or failure of a company can be determined from how the performance of employees in the company, Good employee performance can make the company more advanced. Reward  and Punishment is one of the supporting factors to improve employee performance for the better.  Giving Rewards and Punishments for Employee Performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Area Serang Regency in 2022 both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, with a total research sample of 40 employees and processed with SPSS Version 2.2. The results of hypothesis testing (H1) the calculated value of the variable Reward tcalculate>ttable or 2.822> 2.026 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (H2) the calculated value  of the Punishment variable is 6.342  , this means that the value of tcalculated>ttable or 6.342> 2.026 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (H3) Fcalculate value > Ftable, (137.877 > 3.25) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that  Reward affects employee performance, Punishment affects employee performance and simultaneously Reward and Punishment  affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aiims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitaibility, leveraige, investment decisions aind inflaition on stock prices. This reseairch wais conducted on property aind reail estaite sector compainies listed on the Indonesiai Stock Exchainge (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The populaition in the study were 86 property aind reail estaite compainies. The number of saimples used in this study were 8 compainies with ai purposive saimpling method. The daitai ainailysis technique used is multiple lineair regression ainailysis. The results showed thait liquidity (CR) hais ai negaitive aind not significaint effect on stock prices, profitaibility (ROE) hais ai negaitive aind significaint effect on stock prices, leveraige (DER) hais ai negaitive aind significaint effect on stock prices, investment decision (CPAi/BVAi) hais ai positive effect aind not significaint to stock prices, inflaition hais ai positive aind insignificaint effect on stock prices. Liquidity, profitaibility, leveraige, investment decisions aind inflaition simultaineously haive ai significaint effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Indonesia is among the 5 largest tea exporting countries in the world, the other 5 countries are India, China, Sri Lanka and Kenya. This makes Indonesia must produce quality tea in order to compete with other countries. One of the companies engaged in the plantation business is PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII (PTPN VIII). PTPN VIII has several tea plantations spread across West Java and Banten areas. One of the tea plantations managed by PTPN VIII is the Ciater Tea Factory. In carrying out its production process, the Ciater Tea Factory produces defective products that are rejected by the head office. This research is aimed at applying the Six Sigma method to the tea production process at the Ciater tea factory to reduce the defect rate of tea products. The research was conducted using the DMAIC method, identified Critical To Quality (CTQ), calculated DPMO and sigma values, outlined the factors causing defects, provided improvement proposals and improved documentation. The results of this study obtained a sigma value of 4.01 with a DPMO value of 6,054.50 and a cost reduction of Rp. 180,074,340 after process improvements. This shows that the Six Sigma method can effectively reduce the level of product defects that occur in the Ciater Tea Factory.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara is a state-owned company in the agriculture sector. The main commodities that managed by PTPN VIII are Tea, Palm Oil, and Rubber. PTPN VIII current condition is showing the decreasing in current ratio. This indicates that The Company does not manage their working capital optimally. The aim of this research is to give an optimal working capital management and also working capital financing strategy for the Company. Managing current assets (inventory and account receivable) and current liabilities (account payable) are present in this research. Inventory managed by finding the optimal level of inventory and suggest the selling policies for The Company. Account receivable management that used in this research is relaxing the credit standard and account payable management to get the optimal credit terms from the supplier without damaging credit rating. The management of current asset and current liabilities positively impact to Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC). The result of this research shows that conservative financing strategy will result in the less expensive cost compared with aggressive financing strategy.

Abstract

This study looked at location, cost, product quality, and service quality. The participants in this study were students at KH universities. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang, to start. The study's findings support the notion that there is no substantial relationship between location and purchase decisions, nor is there any correlation between location and the quality of services rendered by personnel or the price charged by Seblak Ex. It is advised that seblak business owners consider environmental factors such as the state of the neighborhood surrounding the business location, the comfort and safety of the establishment, and easy access to customers when choosing a business location because business location affects consumer purchasing decisions. The study's findings suggest that there are still other variables that may influence how much seblak ex jombang would pay for a product and how good the service will be. It is advised that Seblak ex-jombang culinary entrepreneurs conduct a direct survey of customers regarding the evaluation of purchasing decisions made by consumers on service quality, price, product quality, and business location based on buyer perceptions so that seblak ex-jombang entrepreneurs can make strategies to increase their business. This is in addition to the quality of the product and the location. based on the traits of the customers that make up their target market

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the prospector's business strategy on school performance, as well as the role of Accounting Information Systems in moderating prospector's business strategy on the performance of SMA-SMK level schools in Gresik Regency. The type of data used is primary data, which is quantitative data by distributing questionnaires as respondent data collection. The samples collected in this study were 54 respondents. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. In this study, the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method was used to analyze the data as a whole with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the Prospector Business Strategy has a significant effect on School Performance, and the Accounting Information System has no significant effect for not being able to moderate the Prospector's Business Strategy on School Performance
