Abstract

Comfort in the workplace has a correlation with job satisfaction, trusted organizational support, employee care, influence on work involvement. Happy employees can increase company productivity and will give the best for their work. The purpose of this research is to prove the impact of work involvement in a shipping company in Jakarta. This research involved 127 employees at a shipping company in Jakarta. Data analysis using pearson product moment analysis. These results indicate that job satisfaction increases happiness at work. The implications of this study are expected that companies can increase employee work involvement in the workplace through increasing job satisfaction, trusted organizational support, employee care to influence work involvement

Abstract

The problem in this research is to see the effect of online services on the ease of taxpayers in paying land and building taxes in Tangerang City. Meanwhile, the aim is to prove the research hypothesis. Online services as an independent variable are measured using service principles, namely Transparency, Accountability, Conditionality, Participation, Equality of Rights, and Balance of Rights and Obligations. Meanwhile, the convenience of taxpayers is used as a dependent variable with the dimensions of ease in submitting Tax Returns Due, ease in paying, Compliance in calculations and ease in payment and arrears. Quantitative research methods were used to answer research problems using a research sample size of 100 respondents who were land and building tax payers in Tangerang City, taken randomly. Based on the results of the research analysis, information can be obtained related to testing the hypothesis, namely that there is a significant influence of online services on the ease of taxpayers in paying for land and buildings. The Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency, as the provider of Land and Building Tax services, needs to provide outreach regarding the understanding of taxation to the public in Tangerang City, especially regarding the provisions relating to Land and Building Tax

Abstract

There are problems related to the distribution and use of Set Top Box (STB) in the Banten Province. As part of the national television digitalization program, the government has encouraged the public to switch from analog to digital TV by using STB. There are several obstacles in the distribution and use of STB in the Banten Province, such as differences in income levels and infrastructure availability, lack of socialization and information, market competition, and varying needs and preferences of the community. This results in uneven distribution and use of STB throughout the Banten Province. By identifying these social factors, it is hoped that the government and broadcasting operators can develop more effective and efficient strategies to increase the use of STB throughout the Banten Province. The purpose of this study on the social dynamics of STB distribution and use in the Banten Province is to identify the social factors that affect the distribution and use of STB in the region. This study aims to provide a better understanding of the social dynamics of STB distribution and use in the Banten Province, and thus provide information and input for the government and broadcasting operators in formulating policies and strategies for more effective and efficient STB distribution and use in the region. The results of this study suggest that to address these social dynamics, the government and broadcasting operators need to take various measures, such as improving socialization and information about STB, providing price subsidies for STB for low-income communities, and building adequate infrastructure to support the distribution of STB throughout the Banten Province. With these efforts, it is hoped that the distribution and use of STB can become more equitable throughout the Banten Province, and the public can enjoy the benefits of digital television technology

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a serious impact on the economy of society, both in rural and urban areas. Many of them have lost their jobs and experienced deep suffering due to the pandemic, especially those in the middle and lower economic groups. This research aims to explain the strategies of lower middle class families in facing the economic crisis after the Covid-19 pandemic in urban environments. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data was collected through interview techniques with five six lower middle class families to ask about their strategies in dealing with the crisis. This research found that there are several strategies used by middle and lower class families to face their economic crisis after the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by managing the family budget wisely, creatively increasing sources of income, utilizing social assistance, improving skills to increase independent business opportunities and collaborate with the community

Abstract

The study's goal is to put a dollar amount on the effect that municipal taxes and levies have on the per capita income (PDI) of South Sumatra's several municipalities. In addition, regional penalties and regional taxes will be studied alongside the PAD of each city and regency in South Sumatra Province. The Regional Government Financial Statements of 17 (seventeen) Regency/Cities in South Sumatra for the 2017-2021 Fiscal Year were the major data source for this study. These statements were released by the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPKRI). Multiple linear regression was used in IBM SPSS 25 to examine the data from this study. In South Sumatra, regional taxes seem to have a little impact on regional revenue (Sig. 0.000 0.05), but regional retribution has no effect on regency/city regional original income (Sig. 0,221 > 0.05). Multiple experiments showed that the results of regional taxes and regional levies had a significant impact on regency/city original revenue in South Sumatra, with Sig values ranging from 0.000 to 0.05

Abstract

Fintech lending facilitates individuals in need of quick funds for emergencies. However, the community still has reservations due to poorly performing online lending services, such as slow approval processes or fund disbursement. Additionally, there are potential financial losses that may arise from the use of online loans, such as high interest rates or hidden fees.               This research aims to analyze how risk factors can influence the Intention to use online loans, such as Performance risk, Financial risk, Social risk, Time risk, Security risk, Legal risk, Psychological risk, and Overall risk. The total sample consisted of 129 individuals in the city of Tangerang. The research method employed a quantitative approach through questionnaires, and the data were processed using Smart PLS version 4.0 for Validity, Reliability, Path Coefficient, R-Square, F-Square, and Q-Square. The results of the study indicate that Performance risk negatifly influences the Intention to use, Financial risk has a negatif impact on the Intention to use, and Security risk affects the Intention to use. However, five risks such as Social risk, Time risk, Legal risk, Psychological risk, and Overall risk do not have a negatif impact on the Intention to use. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the community and online lending service providers in enhancing the Intention to use and reducing risk factors.

Abstract

Work motivation is very important in an organization. The aim of this research is to analyze work motivation in public services. The research method used is a qualitative approach. A literature review was used for data collection. Incidentally, research shows that there are 2 factors that influence the work motivation of public service officials, namely internal factors, namely. factors that arise within employees and motivate them to excel. Internal factors include; achievement, recognition, development of individual potential (progress), responsibility. External factors are factors originating from outside the employee that can influence employee work motivation, external factors are salary, working conditions and supervision. Employees in the Citangkil Cilegon District workplace vary greatly in their conditions, starting from the level of ability to the employee's willingness to complete the work, have The motivation is also as mentioned above. This research is a literature review. In this research, the author uses a qualitative narrative research type, namely providing illustrations of employee work motivation in public services. Abstract

This research analyzes the factors that become obstacles in the development of BUMDes in Tajur Halang Sub-district, Bogor Regency, because there are still many villages that have not developed BUMDes in their villages, including villages in Tajur Halang Sub-district. The purpose of this research is to improve the economy of village communities through the development of BUMDes. The method used is qualitative data analysis with three main stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing with a pentahelix model approach. The results showed that BUMDes in Tajur Halang Sub-district are generally still under development. BUMDes in Tajur Halang Sub-district require collaboration between universities, business actors, community, and government. Partnerships with various local parties, including MSMEs, are a vital strategy in developing various business sectors. Support from village, sub-district and district governments is also important, although sometimes constrained by local politics. Mass and social media can be used to raise public awareness of BUMDes products and services. However, the success of BUMDes also depends on the spirit and integrity of the BUMDes management in realizing the vision and mission for mutual progress

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the comparison of financial performance for the period before (2017, 2018, 2019) and during (2020, 2021, 2022) of the coronavirus pandemic at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk measured by gross profit margin ratio (GPM), current ratio (CR), total asset turnover ratio (TATO), debt to asset ratio (DAR) and profit growth. The financial statements of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk that have been audited by a public accounting firm are used as a research population. The research sample in the form of a statement of financial position and income statement of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 6 periods, namely 2017 to 2022. The research methodology uses paired sample t-test with the help of Statistical Product and Service solution (SPSS) software version 24 to support the research data processing process. Data testing in the paired sample t-test found that there was no difference in financial performance both before and during  the Covid-19  pandemic at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as measured using gross profit margin ratio (GPM), current ratio (CR), debt to asset ratio (DAR) and profit growth. However, there are differences in financial performance before and during the coronavirus pandemic as measured by the total asset turnover ratio (TATO).
