Abstract

Industry  4.0 develops in Indonesia and the Covid-19 Pandemic, all business process activities are required to be able to adapt by digizing service. For SDN Babadan 01 itself, the business process is still using the old method which requires all processes to be carried out directly face to face such as registration of new students and is not yet effective. Therefore the design of Management and Academic Information System  is needed to support the business processes that are carried out. With the creation of a Management Information System and Academic Information System, it is hoped that it can help facilitate all academic  and non-academic matters at SDN Babadan 01. For data collection , interviews and literature studies were used. This study uses the Zachman Framework which consist of 6 columns and 6 rows. Based on the research that has been done, the design of SIAKAD and SIM at SDN Babadan 01 has resulted. This design can be used as a reference for application developers.

Abstract

The increase development of information technology has had many impact on various aspects including sports. Management of digitalized sports clubs can make the system more accessible and well documented. The swimming club information system with new registration class classifications is made based on the club requirement. The class determination system was created to facilitate class classification for new members so as not to harm the monthly dues and training portion. The decision tree algorithm is used in making class classification models. Variables for making classifications were obtained based on the number of achievements, 50m freestyle time, mastered style and training distance with three classes namely beginner, semi-achievement and achievement. The classification with C4.5 algorithm, produces an accuracy of 100%. This mean that the C4.5 algorithm can classify new registration classes well.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept that connects electronic devices to the internet and enables the exchange of data between these devices. In this context, this study aims to develop an automatic door security control system using an ESP32 microcontroller-based e-KTP. The proposed system uses e-KTP as a substitute for a physical key on the door of the house. e-KTP will be connected to the ESP32 microcontroller which acts as the brain of the system. Personal data from the e-KTP, such as identity numbers, will be stored securely and used for user authentication. The ESP32 microcontroller will communicate with the server using the WiFi protocol to send and receive data. Users will be able to access the door of the house wirelessly via a mobile application connected to the server. This mobile application will provide an intuitive user interface to control door access and view security status. This system is also equipped with various security features. In addition, users can also monitor home security in real-time through a mobile application, even when they are not at home.

Abstract

Fundraising activities have become a common method to achieve various objectives, including charitable activities and gathering funds from investors for companies. However, cases of fund misuse often occur, leading to inappropriate use of funds or even unfair loss. Therefore, an innovative approach is needed to enhance trust and transparency in the fundraising process. In this study, the use of smart contracts on a blockchain network will be employed as a solution to ensure the security and integrity of each transaction in fundraising activities. By utilizing smart contracts, all transactions in fundraising activities can be verified by all users on the blockchain network. Transaction data recorded on the blockchain is permanent and tamper-proof, preventing any manipulation or fund misuse. Leveraging smart contracts and blockchain technology, fundraising activities can be conducted more efficiently, transparently, and securely. This approach helps improve trust among involved parties and reduces the risk of fund misuse

Abstract

The development of the Bangbeli application is one of the efforts to increase the number of users. However, to ensure that these changes and additions meet the users' needs, user validation is required to verify that the developed application meets the defined business requirements and functionalities, thereby providing benefits to both the company and end users. User acceptance testing aims to determine the respondents' feedback on a system that has been created. The results of this testing yield the user acceptance test results, which consist of three aspects: design interface, user-friendliness, and efficiency. The agreement percentages for each aspect are 69.64%, 71.12%, and 68.76% respectively.

Abstract

PT. Bangun Indah Saputra is a service company that serves the process of making documents. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience in the management of document maker data. In addition, data security and accuracy are more guaranteed and human resources become more efficient. The research methodology used is Grounded Research method with data collection techniques, namely observation and literature studies that are relevant to the rental system. To build this system is used system design tools that are data flow chart (DAD) context, Zero and detail and by using Java programming language with Netbeans and MySQL database using XAMPP. Abstract

Meningitis is generally an infectious disease of the lining of the brain and spinal cord with manifestations of fever and stiff neck. Prevention efforts for meningitis include vaccination. Meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine (MPSV4) is a type of quadrivalent meningitis vaccine recommended to control meningitis outbreaks. In storage, this vaccine uses a cold chain and cool box with a temperature between 2-8˚C. For vaccination activities, the vaccine is stored in a cool box with a cool pack provided to maintain temperature stability in the cool box. A cool pack itself is a rectangular plastic container that is filled with water and then cooled in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2-8°C for a minimum of 24 hours. From the existing problems, the author had the idea to create an IoT-based MPSV4 Meningitis Vaccine Cool Box Temperature Monitoring and Controlling System Design. The working system of this tool, namely TEC, will maintain the cool box temperature according to needs. If the dht11 detects that the temperature is too high then both TECs will turn on, whereas if the temperature is stable then one of the TECs will turn off. The temperature inside the cool box will be displayed on the LCD and also sent via the NodeMCU ESP8266 to the Firebase database which will then be displayed on the smartphone in real time.

Abstract

In digital era technology development and information growing so fast, so it can’t be denied for all aspects and especially in education already using technology to support activities. The world of education really need a technology and information to support learning activities to improve the quality better of learning, making it easier to interact teacher with student for learning resource sharing activities and sharing theory. E-Learning is a solution that can be used to support learning activities. So,in this research aims to develop E-Learning which is expected to help teacher and  students in managing class schedules, study material, quiz, attendance, and exam especially at SDN 01 Manisrejo Madiun City. The method using Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) and UML for system design. From this study resulted in a proposed system analysis and design development system which can be developed into a complete system.

Abstract

The concept of Paperless or reducing the use of paper and digital transformation is a form of utilizing environmentally friendly technology, this will have a wider impact when applied to an information system at the RT (neighborhood unit) level. This is what inspired the author to conduct a study entitled Design of Citizen Data Management Information Systems as the Implementation of the Paperless Concept and Digital Transformation. The data collection method is done through observation, interviews and references from secondary data, the system development model chosen by the author is the Software Development Life Cycle Waterfall. The citizen data management information system developed by this author is not only useful in assisting the management of citizen data at the RT level, especially because of time efficiency when compared to conventional systems which require residents to meet with the head of the RT. This information system will also have a positive impact on the environment because this information system applies the concept of paperless and digital transformation so that it is environmentally friendly.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an effective and efficient learning media at Wipama Cikupa Vocational School, because this Vocational School faces obstacles in terms of limited classroom space and learning time which is divided into two shifts. To overcome this problem, the development of an LMS (Learning Management System) was implemented as a solution to provide learning without distance, place and time limitations. E-learning was chosen as the main approach in this research, because of its flexibility, self-learning ability, and cost efficiency for both administrators and students. The development of this LMS includes the stages of system requirements analysis, user interface design, database design, coding using the PHP programming language, and testing. The development method used is the Waterfall model to ensure planned and systematic development. The testing phase is carried out using a black box approach to ensure compatibility between the system being developed and the desired requirements. The result of this research is the implementation of the LMS (Learning Management System) which allows online learning through a website platform, so that this school can overcome the limitations of classrooms and time, and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process in this school.
