<![CDATA[In accelerating the economy, especially in the field of finance, Generation Z is easily influenced by developments that have an impact on behavior. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial attitude and financial knowledge on financial management behavior, with locus of control (Internal and External) partially as a moderating variable in generation Z. Using 210 observations and an analytical method using multiple regression, this study found that financial Attitude is proven to have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior and external locus of control is able to moderate financial knowledge on financial management behavior because the external locus of control dominates the behavior of generation Z. The implications of this research are expecting the education system to pay more attention to the behavior of generation Z in relation to cognitive development. children are more specific on financial literacy in forming a positive attitude towards financial arrangements]]>

<![CDATA[The T2 weighted imaging of coronal MRCP can used a sequence derived from spin echo is the SS-FSE sequence and the gradient echo fast imaging is FIESTA. SS-FSE can be done with the fat saturation technique to suppress the fat signal so that it will be hypointense. The use of the breath-hold technique can also be used in both sequences. This study was to compared the differences in coronal MRCP image information between SS-FSE and FIESTA fat saturation to evaluate their ability to depict the image quality of MRCP. 15 patients performed 2D T2 SS-FSE and FIESTA fat saturation coronal MRCP. The images analyzed by qualitative study that was carried out by MRCP questionnaire which was examined by radiologist. Quantitative analysis was conducted by measuring the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) values. The result is the FIESTA fat saturation sequence shows better image information and more optimized SNR than the SS-FSE on coronal MRCP because it can reveal more clear and informative anatomy such as common bile duct, pancreatic duct, cystic duct and intrahepatic duct. Finally, FIESTA fat saturation can be used as a effective alternative sequence and can improve billiary system of MRCP image quality]]>

In recent years, the development of electric power-based vehicles has increased rapidly, both for lighting, transportation, and so on. Electric bicycles are an example of a means of transportation that uses electricity and is environmentally friendly. This bicycle can be used by anyone and can be taken anywhere besides being relatively inexpensive, making it an effective, efficient and environmentally friendly means of transportation. The bicycle propulsion system uses a BLDC electric motor which is controlled by the ECU and throtle. Where electrical energy is stored first in a battery/battery and then flowed to the BLDC electric dynamo so that the bicycle wheels can rotate. <![CDATA[The purpose of conducting this research is to find out also to prove whether the variables of budget participation and organizational commitment have an influence on the budgetary gaps that occur in the regional revenue and expenditure budget of Tomohon City. The independent variables in this study are budgetary participation and organizational commitment, while the dependent variable in this study is budget gaps. The research method used in this research is quantitative by using descriptive analysis. The samples for this study were 18 regional offices and agencies as well as companies that were part of the work unit of the regional apparatus of the City of Tomohon. Respondents to the questionnaire in this study amounted to 73 people consisting of heads of regional work units, secretaries of regional work units, heads of fields, and financial staff. The results obtained from the study state that budgetary participation has no effect on budget gaps. For organizational commitment, the results obtained state that this variable has a significant positive influence on the occurrence of budgetary gaps in the regional revenue and expenditure budget of Tomohon City. Participation and commitment of the budget preparers can reduce the occurrence of budgetary gaps, namely by being loyal and taking sides with the place where they serve]]>

<![CDATA[Transportation or communication problems are problems that are always faced by developing countries as well as developed countries. And one of the problems currently experienced in Indonesia is the violation of Over Dimension and Over Loading. This study aims to determine the implementation of supervision and the efforts made by the Kulon Progo Regency Transportation Service in supervising vehicles that are Over Dimension Over Loading. The type of research conducted was qualitative research using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The results of the study showed that the supervision was carried out by using indicators. Setting standard measuring instruments to obtain results with indicators of being maintained. Performing assessment or evaluation actions with the data obtained that 50% of respondents stated that they were in the maintained category. and take corrective action. In this study the design used was descriptive statistics with the research subject, namely analysis of the financial performance of BNI bank from 2002 to 2021. The data for this study were taken from BNI bank financial reports from 2002 to 2021. The results of this study concluded that for 20 BNI 46 was able to show good financial performance. <![CDATA[The study aims to determine the determinants factors on T-shirt purchasing decision for the local brand. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 310 respondents proportionally male and female each of 155 respondents. Analysis data used exploratory factor analysis technique with Principal component analysis method. Regarding BEKRAF data of the creative economy that has not been spread evenly and supported by the number of Indonesians aged 15-24 years as the target consumers of local brand t-shirts, the objective of this study is to determine the determinant factors of generation Z purchase decision for local brand T-shirts. This study found six determinant factors. They are the trend, digital channel, social media influencer, brand originality, simplicity, and motif. The trend factor has the highest eigenvalues. <![CDATA[This study aims to obtain data and information that can describe the teacher's reflective thinking in overcoming student problems related to character education in schools. This is considered important because there are indications that there are still many teachers who act spontaneously without going through a reflective thinking process in overcoming student problems, even tending to verbal and physical violence. This action is very contrary to the role of the teacher as an educator who should be a model to be imitated by students in schools, especially related to character education.
