<![CDATA[The focus of this research is the meaning of the word fair from the perspective of interpretation and religious scholars in order to be able to contribute comprehensively to the legal istinbath related to polygamy and Muslim society. The research conducted was library research. This research prioritized data sources from interpretation books and school books as primary data and books related to problems according to the research theme as secondary data. The nature of this research is descriptive comparative as an attempt by the researcher to compare various perspectives from the interpretations and religious scholars regarding the meaning of fairness in polygamy. The approach used is the maqasid al-shariah approach so that the results obtained are relevant to current conditions. The conclusion obtained is that the commentators are divided into two groups in interpreting the word fair in polygamy, namely; (1) Fair has material and immaterial meanings and what can be done is just materially and does not cancel the legal permissibility of polygamy and (2) Fair is understood absolutely so that it requires fairness in material and immaterial matters as understood by Muhammad Abduh thus making polygamy illegal if not able to implement. As for the scholars of all schools of thought, it is agreed that polygamy is permissible, because they understand the word fair with the meaning of justice in material matters, such as dividing the night's time, living expenses and so on]]>

<![CDATA[This paper examined the role of environmental adult education in community development. In this study, the concept of adult education, its objectives and its relevant was properly stated, it also investigates the concept of environmental adult education, its objectives and principles, the concept of community development and its objectives, and lastly the role adult education in community developmental drive. In conclusion, this study discovered that, our environment is full of activities daily by man, industries and other natural occurrences which needed to be properly managed and controlled. In view of the above the following recommendation where made: that Government at every level should ensure that environmental laws are enforced to cut down some of this environmental hazardous activities, the policies of adult education should be pursuit squarely, measures should be put in place for checks and monitoring, the role of every adult in the society should not be under-mind, which calls for mass campaign or sensitization of the need for human capacity development, development of indigenous people in our communities should be paramount in the pursuit of this environmental issues as the only solution or a way out the problems we are facing these days especially in Rivers State and other part of the country]]>

Previous studies stated Occupational stress has great influence on performance and job satisfaction of employees. Employees are the back-born of any organization. So well- being of employee is an essential for success of an organization. This study is an effort to investigate the impact of occupational stress on psychological well-being of food delivery executives. The study adopted a descriptive research design and convenient sampling has been used. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the level of life background and academic integrity possessed by students and their determination of academic cheating behavior. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational design using survey methods. The questionnaire met the validity test with a KMO value of 0.736. The instrument was declared are reliable with a value of 0.863 for the life background, 0.830 for the academic integrity and 0.752 for the academic cheating behavior. Academic cheating behavior that is most often done by students is cheating; students who classified as high cheating behavior as much as 54.5%. Academic Integrity after being controlled by Life Background has a regression coefficient on Academic Fraud Behavior of 0.66 with a determination of 43.9%. The correlation coefficient between life background and academic integrity is 0.56; p <0.01. The value of the correlation coefficient between academic integrity variables on cheating behavior is -0.60; p <0.01. The highest contribution was found in the variable Trust, a simple correlation was -0.64; p <0.01, a partial correlation was -0.51 with a determinant of 25.7%. The correlation coefficient between life background and academic cheating is -0.571; p <0.01. The indicator that gave the highest contribution was Peers with a value of -0.56; p <0.01]]>

<![CDATA[One of the religious activities in Islam is the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which is the commemoration of the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW every 12th of Rabiul Awal in the Hijriyah calendar. Celebration of the Prophet's Birthday is a tradition that developed in Islamic society after the death of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Islam does not displace the culture that lives in a society where Islam comes to enlighten the people's faith. Celebration of the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW carried out by Muslims is different, but with the same goal. This study intends to discuss the procedures for celebrating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW at the Baitul Muhtaddin Mosque, such as tahlil and recitation of the prophet's narrations/sholawat. Information about the celebration of the Prophet's Birthday through qualitative research methods, namely descriptive data collection in the form of written words or spoken words of the people observed, language, and pictures. From the research conducted, it will explain the tahlil and narrations of the prophet/sholawat. <![CDATA[Financial distress analysis aims to identify and analyze financial distress in air transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and during Covid-19 with two airlines in Indonesia with CMPP and GIAA issuer codes. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial reports as objects of research for the period 2016 to 2021. Data analysis uses the Altman Z-Score model with the formula for calculating four financial ratios. The results of the study show that before and during Covid-19, CMPP and GIAA issuers were in a position of financial distress or entered a distress zone with a Z-Score value of less than 1.10 (Z <1.10)]]>

In the Marriage Law and the Child Protection Act, arrangements have been made to fulfill children's rights if the child is abandoned by their parents or abandoned or if the parents are divorced through a court decision. However, parents, especially fathers or those who act as guardians for children, are often negligent and irresponsible in fulfilling their obligations even though there is a judge's decision in court. <![CDATA[The most important factor affecting the growth of long bean plants is the intake of nutrients or nutrients and can also be done through pruning the lateral branches. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste and pruning lateral branches on long bean production. The study used a randomized block design with two treatments namely liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste and heating of long bean lateral branches. The treatment interaction P2D1 had highest plant size of 295.63 cm.The highest number of plant flowers was found in the P1D3 by 6.22, and the highest number of pods was found in the P3D3 treatment interaction by11.00. The results showed that the interaction of POC administration and pruning of lateral branches had a significant effect on the growth and production of long bean plants, only seen in the number of flowers per plant at 4 WAP]]>

<![CDATA[Garbage is a complicated problem to solve. As a student, you must understand the impact caused by waste. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how to manage waste properly and correctly so that it does not pollute the environment and has economic value. One way to treat waste that is good and right is to use the 3R method. Waste processing using the 3R method is an innovation in waste treatment that reduces waste piles, the 3R method is reuse, reduce, recycle. Reuse is to reuse waste that is still feasible for the same function or another, reduce is an activity that aims to reduce and prevent waste from arising, and recycle is processing waste into new products. This study used a quantitative method with 70 active student respondents in Physics Education at the University of Jember. From several respondents, the results showed that the majority of students already knew about the processing of the 3R method, but this method was still not optimal in its implementation.
