Abstract

Problems contained in a company that is the system of recruitment. Employee recruitment system is used to obtain employees who fit the characteristics of the company ASTRA OTOPARTS located in Lamongan. Therefore, the computer is one of the tools to meet the needs of companies in accelerating the process of determining the appropriate candidates to become employees of customer service or as an expert thus will facilitate the trainer to inform the number of candidates who pass the certificate and obtain a certificate of training to human resources development (HRD) . The method of fuzzy tsukamoto as decision-making of training outcome, which will give solution solution to trainer to overcome the existing problems with the result of data accuracy equal to 95% and eliminate the process of recruitment manually where determined by a manager and can minimize fraud in recruitment at FIF ASTRA OTOPART in Lamongan District.

Abstract

Badan keamanan laut (Bakamla) adalah sebuah lembaga yang memiliki tugas untuk melaksanakan penjagaan, pegawasan, pencegahan dan penindakan pelanggaran hukum di wilayah perairan Indonesia dan wilayah yurisdiksi Indonesia dengan cara mensinergikan dan memonitor pelaksanaan patroli di perairan oleh instansi terkait. Bakamla merupakan wujud dari realisasi konsep Indonesia sebagai poros maritim, sebagai lembaga yang baru Bakamla harus mampu mengatur dan mengelola lembaga yang memiliki kewenangan di laut. Permasalahan Bakamla adalah belum memilikinya sistem terintegrasi yang mampu mengatur resource di beberapa lembaga khususnya lembaga yang memiliki kapal patroli. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sebuah sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) untuk proses perencanaan, penugasan, pengawasan dan pengendalian kapal patroli di masing-masing wilayah keamanan laut. ERP ini dibangun dengan metode Waterfall yaitu sebuah desain proses yang sequensial dimana dalam prosesnya terlihat seperti aliran air terjun dari proses perancangan konsep, identifikasi project, analisis, desain, coding, testing, implementasi dan perawatan. Hasil implementasi ERP mampu mengontrol dan mengatur resource beberapa lembaga Negara yang memiliki tugas di laut Indonesia sehingga mampu meningkatkan sinergi kelembagaan dan keamanan laut di seluruh wilayah laut Indonesia.

Abstract

Sektor pertanian yang terdapat di Indonesia sangatlah tergantung pada sumber air dari irigasi waduk dan hujan. Beberapa keadaan tanah pertanian di Indonesia sebagian besar merupakan sawah dan tambak tadah hujan. Tanaman yang ada di Indonesia dapat berkembang dengan baik yaity dengan mengandalkan air dari hujan dan irigasi. Hal inilah yang menjadikan kondisi cuaca sangat berpengaruh terhadap banyak sedikitnya jumlah panen tanaman padi para petani. Kondisi keadaan cuaca yang sering berubah-ubah secara tidak menentu sering membuat para petani mengalami kegagalan panen tanaman padi. Panen tanaman padi di Indonesia megalami penurunan sebesar 7,76% pada tahun 2019 dibandingkan dengan hasil panen tanaman padi pada tahun 2018 (Badan Pusat Statistik). Cara yang dapat dilakukan agar dapat mengurangi penurunan hasil panen tanaman padi yaitu salah satunya dengan menerapkan metode SVM untuk memprediksi hasil panen padi. Data penelitian yang dilakukan diambil dari situs resmi pertanian melalui web (https://www.pertanian.go.id/home/?show=page&act=view&id=61). Variabel yang digunakan meliputi 1) propinsi; 2) tahun; 3) luas lahan; dan 4) produksi. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 170, dengan jumlah 130 sebagai data training dan 40 sebagai data testing. Data-data tersebut kemudian diolah dan dilakukan normalisasi, selanjutnya dilakukan training dan diprediksi menggunakan metode SVM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data MAPE sebesar 6635,53% dan RMSE 1094810,74 menggunakan data asli tanpa normalisasi, dan MAPE sebesar 9427,71% dan RMSE 0,017 saat data telah dinormalisasi.

Abstract

“Puzzle Grow Up” game application uses HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) that can be used on Android-powered devices with the help of Intel xdk program. The purpose of this undergraduate thesis is to learn, analyze, design and implement “Puzzle Grow Up” game application. The software developed in the preparation of this application uses HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) which is the basic language for the web that allows displaying information in the form of text, chart, and also connecting between web pages. The result of this research is to create game as a means of entertainment that can minimize the boredom of a person to the job which involves devices such as mobile phones or smartphones based on Android. The application runs on Android OS with Android Kitkat as the minimum version.

The development of Internet-of-Thing (IoT) -based technology applied to the housing sector is implemented with the existence of smarthome. Various types of smarthome applications offered by producers, one of them is homechat. Abstract

The use of fast and sophisticated technology will make the solution for academics. Lamongan Islamic University (UNISLA) is a private university located in the heart of Lamongan. As a competitive private university, one of them on the use of technology then UNISLA must be able to change and create a manual technology into all-digital technology. One of them is the use of smartphones as a medium of communication and information media. With the support of Informatics engineering program, UNISLA is able to create lecture schedule applications android based. Application that has been made has a feature that the most important is the notification of each user (student). Students will have their respective account as login and setting up the schedule that has been provided by the system according to the student's college schedule, then the system will provide reminder in the form of notification as well as the alarm on each student.

Abstract

Wajah atau muka adalah bagian depan kepala pada manusia meliputi wilayah dari dahi hingga dagu, termasuk rambut, dahi, alis, mata, hidung, pipi, mulut, bibir, gigi, kulit, dan dagu. Sebuah sistem biometrika berdasarkan wajah diharapkan dapat menutup kelemahan sistem presensi konvensional yang berdasarkan tanda tangan. Beberapa kelemahan sistem tersebut antara lain, adanya celah kecurangan dalam proses tanda tangan dan waktu perekapan yang cukup lama. Penulis menggunakan metode ektraksi fitur Eigenface PCA sedangkan untuk klasifikasi menggunakan K-Nearest Neighbor. Akurasi pengenalan wajah dengan menggunakan metode ektrasi fitur eigenface dan K-NN mencapai 80%. Nilai rata-rata FAR terendah adalah 20% sedangkan FRR 15%. Semakin banyak data latih yang digunakan akurasinya semakin tinggi. Akurasi optimal didapat pada kondisi jarak 50 cm dengan cahaya terang.

Abstract

Urgensi dari mahasiswa dengan dosen sangat beragam, seperti mereka yang ingin menemui dosen untuk melakukan bimbingan skripsi, untuk melakukan validasi krs, untuk mempresentasikan project akhir dan lain sebagainya yang diharuskan untuk melakukan konfirmasi dengan dosen sebelum bertemu. Keterbatasan mahasiswa yang tidak mengetahui antara jadwal luang dengan kesibukan setiap dosennya membuat mahasiswa merasa kebingungan dan cenderung kelelahan karena tidak adanya kepastian waktu dari dosen yang mereka ingin temui. Beberapa kasus pun terjadi pada dosen yang harus menghadiri aktivitas yang mendadak dan harus dilakukan penjadwalan ulang dengan mahasiswanya. Seorang dosen tidak mungkin memberi pesan broadcast ke mahasiswa atau mengirim pesan ke setiap mahasiswa. Diusulkan sebuah solusi aplikasi yang dapat membantu untuk menangani permasalahan pada sistem reservasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen ialah dengan cara mengembangkan sistem informasi penjadwalan tatap muka dan konsultasi mahasiswa dengan dosen ini untuk mengoptimalkan dan mempermudah proses janjian antara dosen dan mahasiswa melalui media desktop ataupun mobile berbasis website. Aplikasi ini diharapkan bisa meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi proses komunikasi dosen dan mahasiswa terutama dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir mahasiswa.

Abstract

Budi Utomo's Savings and Loans Cooperative is one of the cooperatives in Indonesia that has not made optimal use of information systems and technology. It can be seen from the absence of an integrated information system with one another, so that there are still several obstacles in processing cooperative data, including inconsistencies and data redundancies, lack of data accuracy, the length of the data search process, and the difficulty of disseminating information about cooperatives to members. To solve this problem, we need a web-based Cooperative information system. This cooperative information system is designed using the PHP programming language and to describe the results of analysis and system design, structured modeling techniques are used in the form of DFD and ERD. The output of this research is a web-based information system prototype design (case study: Budi Utomo Savings and Loan Cooperative). With this cooperative information system, it is hoped that it can provide a forum in the form of a web that can perform data processing properly and is integrated, and can help disseminate information to all interested parties.

The author makes a special job stock information system (BKK) in STMIK YADIKA Bangil because the job search process for alumni students is currently running less effectively, alumni students should seek information to BKK officers, while BKK officers have to look for alumni data who have not got a job.
