Abstract

This study was used to measure the effect of product quality, brand and promotion on purchase decisions for sports equipment for athletes in region x. This research is a quantitative study in which the object used is the athletes in area x. This research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study was 90 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of product quality have a positive effect on the purchase decision for sports equipment for athletes in region x, and brand and promotion have thas no effect on the purchase decision for sports equipment for athletes in region x. This research has a limited object of research which is only carried out on the athletes in region x. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of product quality, brand and promotion on purchase decisions for sports equipment for athletes in region x.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of internal and external environmental analysis in Strategic Management at SMPN 1 Laubaleng, North Sumatra Province. The external environment and the internal environment have a fairly important role in decision-making efforts to realize the school's vision and mission. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods by utilizing data in the form of documents, observations and interviews. In addition, literature studies are also used to support existing theories. SMPN 1 Laubaleng has 566 students, consisting of 242 male students and 324 female students, meanwhile, there are 31 teachers, with 18 classrooms. This represents great potential in the region to advance education. There are still many weaknesses in utilizing the results of internal and external environmental analysis, this can be seen in the still not optimal quality of education at SMPN 1 Laubaleng.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in inventory control, in terms of inventory profitability and non-financial performance (production efficiency, timely delivery, product quality). The research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. This study calculates the optimal inventory raw materials of chicken, beef, and lamb. The EOQ is more optimal and efficient, showed by the ordering cost difference is Rp 702,000,-, the total storage cost difference is Rp 2,863,917, -, the difference between the total purchase cost is Rp 57,278,334, -, and the difference in the total cost of inventory is Rp. 3,565,917,-. By using the EOQ method, Royal Tulip can save a total cost of Rp 64,410,168,-.

Abstract

Bloom's Taxonomy is an operational verb (KKO) developed by Benyamin S. Bloom, with the aim of developing education which includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The aim of this research is Bloom's Taxonomy Approach To Cognitive Space Using Classic Test Theory And Modern Theory. KKO is needed by a teacher, lecturer or facilitator or trainer to make a syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The Classical Theory Test is one of the test models that is still quite useful today which is still used in research to describe an error in measurement that can affect the observed score. This classical test theory is also an attempt to explain errors in a measurement. While the modern theory test is called the system analysis theory or open theory which combines classical and neoclassical theory. Modern organizational theory sees that all elements of an organization are interdependent and inseparable. The research method uses literature review, namely by collecting data techniques looking for materials from journals, books and from the internet (google, google scholar) and others. The results of the research show that data processing uses classical theory tests and modern theories, variations and modifications are obtained that can develop knowledge in the research field.

Abstract

As society slowly transitions to the post-pandemic, internationalization as a form of educational resilience is exemplified through uptake in knowledge, skills, research, and multicultural understanding while fostering bigger and more profound relationships with global communities in the spirit of interconnectedness and international recognition. This paper argues that internationalization is a process with two sides of the same coin. On the one hand, localization of internationalized learning rallies for identity expressions that are relevant to people’s needs which can easily be eradicated through repeated encroachment upon indigenous and vulnerable sensibilities. On the other hand, a locally adopted education extends its influential arms to international borders giving rise to a model of sustainable education in post-pandemic society where hybridity, inclusivity, decolonization, and blended education are relevant and emancipatory themes embraced through localization of international, and internationalization of localized education.

Fish that have been smoked are then carried out an organoleptic assessment of appearance and taste by 30 consumer panelists. The results showed that using different firewood types affects the appearance and taste of smoked skipjack fish. Smoking using coconut trunk wood provides an organoleptic value of appearance (8.07) and taste (8.40), according to Indonesian National Standard (>7). In contrast, the other three types of the wood show an organoleptic value of appearance and tasteless than 7.

Abstract

When one connection fails, failover makes sure the connection is always available, and the hotspot server can make it simpler for customers to access the internet with a username and password. The loss of an internet connection, a slow connection, and output that is insufficient for your bandwidth are some common issues with the internet network. Managing hotspot servers is less of a worry for many schools and colleges, as they often just use one ISP (internet service provider) connection. The drawback of employing a single line ISP is that blended learning-based lectures will currently cease to exist if the ISP goes down. Therefore, the Mikrotik RB951Ui can do load balancing, failover, and hotspot server management. When using the Per Connection Classifier (PCC) method, which in this study was successful in overcoming the aforementioned issues, the internet connection became stable because the load was split between the two ISPs, and when the internet at one of the ISPs went down, there were still other connections that backed up. Additionally, there is a wifi hotspot management system that uses a username, password, and bandwidth restrictions for each user.
