Abstract

The research objectives are (a) to find out which of the variables of the profit sharing system, the diversity of service products and the completeness of ATM facilities affect the satisfaction of Mandiri sharia bank customers in the city of Mataram, (b) to find out what variables are the most dominant influencing Mandiri sharia bank customer satisfaction. in Mataram City. The data collection method used in this research is a survey method by distributing questionnaires randomly to muamalat bank customers and Mandiri sharia bank customers in the city of Mataram with a total of 60 respondents in 2020, to test the quality and validity of the questionnaire data used for validity and data reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study are the variables that affect customer satisfaction of Mandiri Islamic banks in the city of Mataram are the variables of service product diversity and the completeness of facilities (ATM) variables while the most dominant variable affecting the satisfaction of Mandiri sharia bank customers in the city of Mataram is completeness of facilities (ATM).

Abstract

The study assesses service quality and customer loyalty among logistics service providers, with customer satisfaction acting as a moderator between these factors. The survey questionnaire was used to acquire 401 data points from Vietnamese consumers. Least-squares technique was used to examine the data (PLS-SEM). According to the findings, service quality characteristics such as customer service, product quality, information quality, delivery service, perceived pricing, and reverse logistics all have a beneficial impact on customer loyalty via customer satisfaction. According to the findings, customer pleasure is directly related to client loyalty. According to the report, service providers should modernize and improve the quality of their services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance on profitability in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Proxies of good corporate governance are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, the composition of independent commissioners, and the size of the board of directors, profitability is proxied by the ratio of Return on Net Operating Assets (RNOA). The sample of this research was taken using purposive sampling to obtain 43 companies that meet the criteria as a sample. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. The results obtained in this study indicate that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the size of the board of directors have no significant effect on profitability, while the composition of independent commissioners has a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on work performance. The number of research samples is active employees of PT. Tjipta Rimba Djaja Plywood Factory in 2020 has as many as 79 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on work performance, with a t-count of 4,464> a t-table of 1,991 or a significance value of 0.000 <α (0.05). Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, with a t-count value of 3.845> a t-table value of 1.991 or a significance value of 0.000 <α (0.05). Intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on work performance, with a Fount value of 41.026> F-table value of 3.120 or a significance value of 0.000 <α (0.05).

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease of 2019 which is still a world health threat because it has a huge impact on all aspects of human life, this must be controlled with comprehensive handling including vaccination efforts and also compliance in implementing the Covid-19 health protocol. In carrying out this research with quantitative methods, with the data collection process using a questionnaire. The study analyzed adherence to the post-covid-19 health protocol in terms of knowledge and family health maintenance functions. The result of this study is that compliance in carrying out the post-covid-19 health protocol is more related to knowledge than the function of maintaining family health. So it is very important for each individual to maintain the quality of his knowledge supported by the function of maintaining family health in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

IT sector plays a vital role in its contribution towards India’s GDP Savings and investments are imperative for fast-tracking economic growth and taking India to greater heights. The Purpose of this research is to understand the saving and investment behaviour of the IT professionals. There are various dimensions of savings and investment behaviour such as features of investment planning, determinants of investment preferences, IT Professionals have different mindset when they decide about investing in a particular avenue and they want his saving to be invested in most secure and liquid way. Though, the decision varies for every separate depending upon their risk aptitude. Their investment objective also differs from financial stability to additional income and so on. This paper attempts to find out the factors accountable for increased investing activities among young professionals. The current has studied the investment behaviour of IT investors by using a structured survey and this study inspects Behavioural Factors influencing towards Investment p among IT Professionals.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to: (1) analyze the role of Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (2) identify the obstacles faced by Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media in The Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency and (3) provide solutions to overcome the obstacles faced by Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained from the informants in this study were: Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Informant), Head of the Documentation and Publication Subdivision at the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Key Informant), Staff of the Public Relations and Protocol of the Regional Secretariat of the North Hulu Sungai Regency. Data collection techniques are Interview, Observation and Documentation. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study show (1) The role of public relations and protocols in the socialization activities of the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency Government program which includes development, governance and public services through social media has been running optimally, but still not all of them can be implemented according to organizational goals, (2) Constraints faced Public Relations in disseminating Government Programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency in the form of: not fulfilling the quantity of public relations officers who handle the socialization of Government programs through social media, Not yet mastered by their work due to minimal educational background and training and completeness of public relations work facilities that are still not yet available as needed (3) solutions to overcome obstacles faced by public relations in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency are needed: additional formation of public relations officers, increasing education education and training related to public relations, improving coordination between the head of public relations and protocol with documentation and publication officers and completing work facilities for information purposes. Abstract

UMKM have enough role big in development economy national. UMKM are activity capable effort expand field work and give service the wider economy of society. UMKM really need Source Power Qualified human (HR) in face competition business moment this. Qualified human resources and have power global competitiveness to Thing determinant UMKM success. Destination study this is for explore strengthening UMKM human resources towards internationalization. Method used in study this is method exploration descriptive that is with analyze the strategy of empowering UMKM in facing the international market with use review approach or studies library. Research results state that HR is superior could obtained through increasing human resources with good quality education formally or informally. Excellent HR capable manage UMKM with utilize wisdom local, good wisdom tangible and intangible local, so that every UMKM has the uniqueness and advantages of each UMKM. With intelligence and skills possessed by UMKM, UMKM can manage wisdom existing local so that UMKM products can compete in the international market.

Abstract

The study examined capacity building skills for teachers of block/bricks laying and concreting for effective teaching of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) in government technical colleges in Rivers State. One research question was answered with one corresponding null hypothesiss that was formulated and tested at 0.05 significance level. The population of the study was 23 Block/Brick Laying and Concreting personnel comprising 16 teachers and 8 instructors from four technical colleges in Rivers State. There was no sampling due to small population size. The instrument for the data collection was a self-structured questionnaire designed after the pattern of Likert-5 point rating scale. The instrument was validated by two experts in the Department of Vocational and Technology Education in Rivers State University, Port Harcourt. The reliability of the instrument was established through test-retest method for different sections of the instrument. A reliability coefficients of 0.85 was established for the instrument. Research question was answered with Mean and Standard Deviation while hypothesis was tested using independent sample t-test. The study found that majority of the skills outlined in the study are needed by teachers of Block/Bricks Laying and Concreting for effective teaching of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) in Government Technical Colleges in Rivers State. Based on the finding of the study, it was recommended that workshops and seminars should be organized by government for teachers of Bricks/Block Laying and Concreting on basic design process, drafting materials and equipment, working drawing, sketching and designing and computer aided drafting in order to build their capacity

Abstract

As a fossil fuel, most of Indonesia's coal production to date is exported to various countries that still rely on this commodity as a source of electrical energy. With this pandemic, Indonesia's coal exports have decreased. Therefore, the need for coal to meet domestic demand will affect coal exports so that it will have an impact on economic growth. To determine the effect, this study was tested using qualitative research methods. The test results show that during the pandemic, coal consumption or demand decreases and has a negative impact on domestic economic growth.
