Abstract

In this study, Nadiem Makarim's speech was analyzed about an independent campus. The data analyzed is Nadiem Makarim's speech about an independent campus in the form of a clause. This study aims to describe the speech of the Minister of Education Nadiem Makarim. This study applies a systemic functional linguistic approach (LFS) to analyze the speech of the minister of education presented by Nadiem Anwar Makarim which discusses the independent campus. The data that has been shared will be analyzed for the meaning of the process which includes (1) material processes, (2) mental, (3) relational, (4) behavioral, (5) verbal, and (6) form. Based on the results of the analysis of Nadiem Makarim's speech about the Merdeka Campus, six processes were found that represented Nadiem Makarim's experience. Of the six processes found, the most dominant process used is the material process of 43.76%. The dominant participant I used was the actor participant at 38.05%. Participant II which is dominantly used is the goal participant by 43.90%. The most dominant circumstantial used was the location circumstantial as much as 37.21%. This shows that the speech delivered by Nadiem Makarim regarding an independent campus can be realized through actions or actions taken by students, lecturers, chancellors, or people involved in higher education.

Abstract

This study analyzes the schematic structure of Sinta's indexed research articles. The object of this research is in the form of fifteen indexed research articles of Sinta ranked 1 and 2. The schematic structure of this research article is then analyzed using SLF theory because this study is a study of the SFL genre. The researcher integrates the concept of Huang & Chen (2018). In conducting data analysis, this study adapted the interactive model of Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014). It was found in this study that there are two structures in the research article, namely the mandatory structure and the optional structure. There are three mandatory structures, namely Reporting Findings (RF), Interpreting Findings (IF), and Literature Compare (LC), while Accounting Findings (AF) is not a mandatory phase. The rest are optional, namely; Explanation of Context (CE), Order of Presentation (SP), Restatement Analysis Procedure (RAP), Summarizing Findings (SF), Evaluation of Findings (EF), Recommending Further Research (RFS), Providing Pedagogical Implications (PI), Providing Pedagogical Implications (ISA). The analysis yielded (RAP)^(SF)^(CE)^(SP)^[[RF.IF]n.LC]^(AF)^(EF)^(RFS)^(PI)^(ISA).

Abstract

The presence of labor pain can cause a lack of endorphins which will cause discomfort, anxiety and excessive stress which will hinder the course of labor. This study aims to determine the effect of giving ST 36 Acupressure Techniques and Deep Breathing Relaxation on maternal pain levels during Active Phase I. The design in this study used a Quasy Experiment with a personal pre and post test design, the samples taken in this study were 25 respondents. The instruments used were the VAS Pain Scale (Visual Analouge Scale) and the Observation Sheet. From the results of Univariart data testing, it was found that 96% of the age distribution were in the age group of 20-35 years, with the last education being high school with a percentage of 52%. the mother gave birth to the first stage of the active phase with a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of school resource management in improving the quality of education. The quality of education includes a description of the ability of education in schools in accordance with the standards and objectives to be achieved. This study uses a descriptive type of research and a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the quality of education is the ability of the education system to increase the added value of input factors in order to produce quality outputs. Implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) requires the involvement of all resources who have the ability to empower to be empowered by schools on an ongoing basis by applying an integrated problem-solving approach to management.

Abstract

Wireless medical sensor network is used in healthcare applications that have the collections of biosensors connected to a human body or emergency care unit to monitor the patient's physiological vital status. The real-time medical data collected using wearable medical sensors are transmitted to a diagnostic centre. The data generated from the sensors are aggregated at this centre and transmitted further to the doctor's personal digital assistant for diagnosis. The unauthorised access of one's health data may lead to misuse and legal complications while unreliable data transmission or storage may lead to life threatening risk to patients. So, this system uses Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm to encrypt the data to make it secured transmission and access control system for medical sensor network. Further the data is sent to a centralised server through a wireless network. In this case this server can be a Personal Computer (PC) connected to the same network, for this transmission User Datagram Protocol (UDP) can be used. This data can be accessed at the receiver side only.

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that attacks the immune system. Sambiloto (Andrographis Paniculata Ness) is a medicinal plant that has some active coumpunds and is used to prevent and treat some diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine candidate active compounds from sambiloto plant that able to inhibit the work of HIV-1 protease enzyme using the Insilico method. The data of chemical compound of sambiloto was obtained from pubchem site and the structure of HIV-1 protease receptor got from Protein Data Bank with the code PDB 1D4H. The molecular docking results showed bisandrographolide and phytol have potential as anti-HIV drugs compared to amprenavir as a comparison ligand.

Abstract

Childbirth is the most awaited moment for every mother around the world, but on the one hand it is a stressful thing. According to a 2018 data report by Riskesdas, there is a risk of childbirth complications that always lurks in every mother who undergoes the delivery process in Indonesia, one of which is the old partus triggered by mothers who are unable to adapt to the labor pain felt. Efforts to reduce pain during childbirth are divided into 2 methods, namely non-pharmacological and pharmacological methods. One of the many nonpharmacological methods of reducing pain is acupressurics and deep breath relaxation. The purpose of this study is to identify the effectiveness of LI4 point acupressure and deep breath relaxation as an effort to reduce the intensity and scale of labor pain the active kala I phase in mothers who are facing the delivery process at the Duren Sawit Jakarta Health Center for the May 2022 period. In this study, the author used the Quasy Experimental quantitative method, with a personal pre and post test design approach. The population chosen in the study were maternal clients who were going through the delivery stage when the first phase was active. Sample selection by total sampling method and using purposive sampling technique. The paired t-test is a test used for data analysis. The result after the study was carried out was that it was found that the ρ-value was 0.000, which means that both techniques are effective against pain reduction efforts.
