Abstract

The phenomenon of employee turnover is triggered by high turnover intention in employees caused by internal or external factors. This study aims to determine how job insecurity and work environment can contribute to the phenomenon of turnover intention in Indonesia State-Owned Companies (SOE’s) in the field of electronics for industry and infrastructure. By using descriptive causality analysis and quantitative approach. Data from 250 samples were collected through questionnaires and tested with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 29 software to determine the magnitude of variable contributions. The results showed that job insecurity partially influenced turnover intention positively but insignificantly, while workers' surrounding conditions significantly influenced turnover intention negatively. The influence of job insecurity and work environment together affect 8.1% of employee turnover intention in the state-owned company.

The study's population consisted of BPK RI Representatives from Jambi Province. The study's sample was a saturated sample, which is a sampling strategy that uses the entire population as a research sample, with 67 respondents and a questionnaire return rate of 61. This study technique makes use of quantitative methods. This study uses primary data from questionnaires given to respondents. The results of the study show that competence has a big influence on audit judgment. This indicates that an auditor's level of knowledge will improve audit judgment and that experience has a significant impact on audit judgment. Abstract

In order to better understand the impact of self-efficacy on PT Mitra Adiperkasa employees' performance, as well as the ways in which work satisfaction and self-efficacy interact with one another, this research will examine both variables alone and in combination. Topics addressed by this study's quantitative approaches include descriptive data analysis, causation, and the use of primers derived from surveys given to PT Mitra Adiperkasa's HR Management staff. Saturated sampling, in which 62 people are chosen at random from the whole population, was used for the sampling process. This study makes use of multiple linear regression as its method of data analysis. Both self-efficacy and work satisfaction are deemed positive by descriptive study. Simultaneous hypothesis testing, however, found that both self-efficacy and work satisfaction had an effect on productivity. Employee performance is partly influenced by the self-efficacy variable, according to this study's findings. The coefficient of determination shows that self-efficacy and work satisfaction account for 35.7% (or 0.357) of the variance in employee performance. At the same time, variables not included in the analysis account for 64.3% of the variance in employee performance.
