Abstract

In today's digital era, digital marketing is one of the keys to business success. One of the applications of digital marketing is copywriting techniques. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge, understanding, and implementation of information technology for digital marketing activities for MSMEs in Banyumas Regency. From preliminary interviews with MSME managing partners, several main problems were identified in marketing their business, including understanding digital marketing, techniques to increase online sales and product reputation. According to the needs of these participants, this activity explains digital marketing. In addition, this community service activity also emphasizes the importance of using English in digital marketing. The stages of implementing Community Service are providing knowledge about digital marketing, understanding copywriting, and practicing making English copywriting. This activity uses lecture methods, tutorials, discussions, and practices through Aisyiyah Entrepreneurial School activities. The activity results are evaluated through questions and answers with participants. The results of this activity are expected to show that MSME participants have started to apply English copywriting techniques to run their businesses.

Abstract

Financial literacy is very important (Chhow & Ansong, 2010) for young people. This can form a habit of saving and accumulating assets for young people. Financial literacy is also the key (Ansong & Gyensare, 2012) to reduce financial problems, especially for young adults. Financial literacy (Shaari, Hasan, Mohamed, & Sabri, 2013) can also prevent young people from overusing third party funds. This financial literacy can influence decision making regarding financial problems in young people. The literacy level assessment carried out on young people will provide insight for researchers in understanding behavior related to finance.This study uses a quantitative method approach. The data source used is Madiun City youth in the age range of 18-39 years. The data collection technique used is to use a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results show that the financial literacy of young people in Madiun City is at a low level.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. TRIN which produces automotive spare parts. The Line Balancing Assembly method is used to minimize the time needed to complete one unit of product. This research was conducted by collecting primary data and conducting interviews with workers at each work station. The results of the study show that the application of the Line Balancing Assembly method can increase productivity at PT. TRIN on the X30 production process originally the number of production reached 26 pcs/hour , after the Line Balancing Assembly method was applied it became 28 pcs/hour or an increase of 7.70%. This study provides recommendations for other companies wishing to increase productivity by applying similar methods to their processes.

Abstract

This research was conducted at  Hijapedia SMEs in Bekasi district. This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions, by considering the religiosity as a moderating variable. The results of this study are Lifestyle has a significant effect on Purchase Decision with t-statistic 1.116> 1.96, while Religiosity has a significant effect on Purchase decision with t-statistic 2.402> 1.96, and religiosity as a moderating variable does not strengthen Lifestyle on Purchase Decision with t-statistic 0.061 < 1.96. This means that women who are more religious tend to consider religious values more in choosing hijab products, although lifestyle still plays an important role in purchasing decisions. This research contributes for marketers to the understanding of women's consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and the work environment on employee morale. This research was conducted at a banking company, namely PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Siak Sri Indrapura Branch. This study uses 50 respondents who are all employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Siak Sri Indrapura Branch. In this study, the sampling technique used was Census/Total Sampling. Tests carried out in this study included validity tests, reliability tests, classic normality assumption tests, multicollinearity classic assumption tests, heteroscedasticity classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.

Abstract

The emergence of dynamic problems in the field of Human Resources (HR) in most startup companies in Indonesia resulted in a decrease in employee Job Performance. One of them is the decrease in job Performance of employees in startup companies ConecWorld Surabaya, which in fact Job Performance is one of the most important instruments in the process of achieving a company's goals, therefore the factors in it are very interesting to study. This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Locus of Control on Job Performance of employees of Startup companies ConecWorld Surabaya. This study was conducted at the Startup company ConecWorld Surabaya with a total population and a sample of 50 employees. Data from this study is the primary data obtained through the interview method, the dissemination of questionnaires and observations. The method of data analysis in this study using SEM (Structural Equation modeling) with the analysis tool PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show that both Self-Efficacy and Locus of Control are able to support the improvement of employee Job performance, evidenced by the higher level of Self-Efficacy and the ability of Locus of Control that exist in employees, it can improve the Job Performance of conecworld Surabaya startup employees.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of product quality, packaging design, and logo on purchase decisions at Kopi Pawon Nusantara Jakarta. The population that serves as the subject of this research is the customers at Kopi Pawon Nusantara Jakarta. The method used is accidental sampling, where a sample of 130 respondents is involved in this study. Data collection is carried out through the use of a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. To examine the overall results, hypotheses are tested using the F-test, while the T-test is used to examine individual results. The findings of this research indicate that product quality, packaging design, and logo, both partially and collectively, have a significant influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and knowledge management on employee performance, with learning organization as an intervening variable. The data collection method in this study used the questionnaire method by taking as many as 178 permanent employees at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) as respondents, especially at the Deputy for Information and Data (INDA). The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Last Square (PLS) equation model. The results of this study indicate that: transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee performance; knowledge management and learning organizations have a significant effect on employee performance; transformational leadership and knowledge management has a significant effect on learning organizations; transformational leadership and knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance if it is mediated by a learning organization.

Abstract

The study aim to determine how the banking financial performance based on the Financial Ratios and Economic Value Added (EVA) methods for the 2014-2018 period. The type of research is descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from idx.co.ix. The study took samples of banking companies listed on the BEI. The sampling methoos is nonprobability, and the sampling technique used purposiv sampling and 17 samples are obtained. The result of the study showed that the liquidity ratio which waas posited wot a long to deposit ratio from three years in a row showed good value. Solvability ratio calculation result which are proxied by the primary ratio show the results above the primary ratio value. The result of the calculation of probability ratios which are proxied by returnon asset and return on equity then to fluctuate. The result of the calculation of ecomonic value added produce economic added value for shareholders.

Abstract

Good systems and procedures for the implementation of goods and services expenditure procurement are needed to support effective regional financial management so that each agency can carry out its operational activities. This study aims to determine the system and procedures for implementing goods and services expenditures at the Manado City Tourism Office by applicable regulations. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection methods through interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process by collecting data, presenting the results of interviews and documentation obtained, studying how systems and procedures operate, conducting an analysis process, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of systems and procedures for the procurement of goods and services of the Manado City Tourism Office has been carried out by Permendagri No. 77 of 2020 by involving the functions, duties, and authorities of the parties involved, and has been equipped with documents that are used and can be accounted for, as well as the application system used. It is better to improve the internet network system to expedite work so that the financial reports presented can be submitted on time.
