Abstract

Modern technology advances both quickly and slowly these days. One significant function of technology is to facilitate people's access to the resources they require. individuals's lives nowadays are shaped by technology advancements; the pace at which these advancements occur, both in terms of the internet and devices, is what matters most since it encourages individuals to engage in networked activities, including using digital banking. The benefits of digital banks include fund storage and cashless transaction capabilities, or non-cash payments. One example of how technology is evolving and keeping up with the times is Seabank.

Abstract

Jillys Kitchen is a home industry in the culinary field that provides several types of snacks with various sizes and prices. In her business Jillys Kitchen encountered problems in combining available resources appropriately to obtain optimal profits by producing goods in optimal quantities. This study uses the simplex method to solve linear programming problems whose determination technique uses the optimal solution by counting many times or iterations that are carried out repeatedly with the help of POM QM Software for Windows V5. The purpose of this research is to optimize the production of snacks in the Jillys Kitchen home industry. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, describes and interprets the application of linear programming and obtains observable data results. The subject of this research is the production of Jillys Kitchen snacks with maximum profit. In this study there are 6 decision variables and 4 constraints. The decision variables used were regular size stick noodles (R), large size stick noodles (L), regular size macaroni (R), large size macaroni (L), regular size dumpling chips (R), and chips. dumplings with a large size (L). Constraints in this research are production materials (from noodle sticks, macaroni, and dumpling chips) and production capital. The result of this research is the optimal number of snacks to be produced by Jillys Kitchen. The results obtained are 10 large size noodle sticks (L), 60 large macaroni (L) and 63 large size dumpling chips (L) with a maximum profit of Rp.303.900.000/period.

Abstract

Accounting information systems can aid businesses in enhancing sales volume and profitability, notwithstanding the challenge of increasing sales. This research investigates how promotions and management accounting information systems influence product quality, and explores whether product quality serves as a significant mediator. A survey was conducted among customers of PT. Saudara Karya Surabaya, involving 102 respondents selected through purposive sampling of customers who had completed at least one transaction. Structural equation modelling was employed to analyze the collected data. The findings indicate that both management accounting information systems and promotional strategies positively impact product quality. Furthermore, the study reveals that the relationship between promotions, management accounting information systems, and sales volume is mediated by product quality. This study contributes to the theoretical framework of marketing strategy by integrating concepts of product.

Abstract

This study shows that e-trust, e-satisfaction, and perceived value significantly influence repurchase intention among B2C e-commerce coffee shop consumers. These findings underscore the importance of considering aspects of trust, satisfaction, and perceived value in the context of online shopping. With the positive relationship between these variables and repurchase intention, business managers can enhance their marketing strategies and services to increase customer loyalty. Additionally, this research highlights the crucial role of prior online experience as a moderator in the relationship between e-trust, e-satisfaction, perceived value, and repurchase intention. This indicates that previous online shopping experiences affect the extent to which these factors interact and impact consumers' decisions to repurchase. Therefore, business managers need to consider consumers' prior online experiences when designing effective marketing strategies. The results of this study are as follows: E-Trust positively influences Repurchase Intention, E-Satisfaction positively influences Repurchase Intention, Perceived value positively influences Repurchase Intention, E-Trust does not positively influence Repurchase Intention when moderated by Prior Online Experience, E-Satisfaction positively influences Repurchase Intention when moderated by Prior Online Experience, Perceived value does not positively influence Repurchase Intention when moderated by Prior Online Experience.
