Abstract

This research aims to analyze consumer preferences for car models in the Jabodetabek area using K-Means Clustering technique with the assistance of SPSS program. Data were collected through distributed questionnaires covering demographic information, car usage habits, selection criteria, and preferences for car features. The questionnaires were distributed online to reach various segments of the population aged 23 and above who have an interest or intention to purchase a car. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS to identify consumer groups with similar characteristics. The analysis results show that the seventh cluster is the main target of the automotive four-wheel vehicle market in Jabodetabek, formed from seven clusters of several consumer segments with different preferences for car models and features. These segments can be used by the automotive industry to develop more effective and targeted marketing strategies. The research findings provide valuable insights into consumer preferences in Jabodetabek, which can help car manufacturers and dealers improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, the results of this research can also serve as a reference for further research in the fields of marketing and consumer data analysis.

Abstract

The Toyota Company is a large company that is spread throughout the world. With the number of employees currently reaching 370 thousand people, Toyota strives to ensure that all employees can work according to the rules and can benefit the company's progress. So Toyota's top management opens up opportunities for expatriates or Japanese Toyota employees with achievements to occupy important positions in several Toyota affiliate organizations. This research is a qualitative research using Ethnography Method. Data collection was carried out by In-depth interviews, life-histories, and documentary data. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there are 3 of secret of success of Japanese Employee such us 1. Discipline a part of your daily life (Shitsuke), 2. Understand and Applying the TOYOTA WAY, 3. Contribute to making improvements in current operations.

Abstract

This study involved 230 respondents to investigate how Fitness Experience and Store Atmosphere influence the Revisit Intention of gym customers through Customer Satisfaction. The questionnaire was distributed online via Google Form. SEM-PLS was used to test the validity, reliability, and hypothesis analysis. Based on the analysis, the results showed adequate validity and reliability. The hypothesis analysis among variables indicated that Fitness Experience, Store Atmosphere, and Customer Satisfaction positively influence the Revisit Intention of gym customers in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). Furthermore, Fitness Experience and Store Atmosphere positively influence Customer Satisfaction. Lastly, Store Atmosphere positively influences Fitness Experience.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test and analyze the influence of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) characteristics on prudential accounting in banking sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2020-2022 with a total of 43 companies. This research was conducted using quantitative methods and using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling determination technique in this study used purposive sampling. This research was formed because the role of the CFO is an important aspect in managing company finances, one of which is implementing prudential accounting. Prudential accounting is a principle used when making financial reports proactively to consider the possibility of uncertainty in business operations and is useful for anticipating uncertain things that will happen in business activities. Therefore, from the characteristics of this CFO to determine whether the CFO has applied this prudential principle when reporting financial statements. The results of the hypothesis testing in this study indicate that CFO Tenure has no effect on prudential accounting. CFO Education has an effect on prudential accounting. CFO Industry Experience has an effect on prudential accounting. CFO Performance has an effect on prudential accounting.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving era of digitalization, digital business incubators have emerged as programs or institutions aiding the development and growth of startups or small businesses focused on digital technology. As part of these dynamic changes, Palu City has introduced a digital business incubator to facilitate the development of local businesses. While this program aims to enhance capabilities, it also faces numerous challenges that may arise during its implementation. Therefore, monitoring is crucial to assess the effectiveness of the mentoring provided, ensuring that the business support offered by the incubator improves business prospects for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Based on these considerations, the research aims to examine the role of Palu City's Business Incubator in strengthening operations at IKM Sekotak Dari Dapur Bu’Sarhan. This study adopts a quantitative approach utilizing SWOT Analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method to evaluate the outcomes of the incubator's activities for IKM Sekotak Bu’Sarhan. The findings indicate that Palu City's Business Incubator has effectively supported IKM Sekotak Dari Dapur Bu’Sarhan through initiatives such as product legality, digital marketing, branding, quality management, financial management, and awards during the incubation and intensive mentoring period, significantly benefiting the operational management of these businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of environmental accounting, environmental costs and corporate governance on capital costs. The independent variables used in this research are Environmental Accounting, Environmental Costs, and Corporate Governance. Meanwhile, the Dependent Variable in this research is Capital Cost. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with purposive sampling technique. In this research, the author used secondary data taken from annual reports and sustainability reports of non-banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2022. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that environmental accounting variables, environmental costs and corporate governance have a negative effect on the cost of capital.

Abstract

This research aims to determine, analyze and explain the phenomenon regarding the influence of brand image and premium prices on policy purchasing decisions for customers of sharia health insurance products at PT. seven stars indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification analysis. Sampling in this study used accidental sampling with a sample of 181 respondents, namely customers of sharia health insurance products. The data analysis tools used are path analysis techniques and scale range analysis with the help of the Method of Successful Interval (MSI) and using SPSS version 29. The research results obtained in this study show that the brand image variable lies in the agreed criteria with an average value of 744, meaning that the brand image of Sinarmas MSIG Life presented by PT. Seven Stars Indonesia is good in the eyes of customers of sharia health insurance products (Smile Medical Syariah). The results for the premium price variable lie in the criteria of agreeing with an average value of 729, meaning that the premium price for the Sinarmas MSIG Life sharia medical insurance product (Smile Medical Syariah) marketed by PT. Seven Stars Indonesia is suitable in the eyes of customers. And the results for the purchasing decision variable are in the agree category with an average value of 745, meaning that customers agree to purchase the Sinarmas MSIG Life sharia medical insurance product (Smile Medical Syariah) marketed by PT. Seven Stars Indonesia.

Abstract

Employe performance is a major factor in achieving company goals and even company performance, this study aims to determine the partial effect of competence and motivation on the performance of DPH employees in the Cisarua Regional Office. This study uses a quantitative verification approach with interview techniques and questionnaires in data collection. The sample of this research is probability sampling which is a sampling technique by providing equal opportunities for each population. Data analysis uses simple liner regression techniques and multiple liner regeresi to assess the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the competence and motivation of DPH employees in the Cisarua Regional Office The competence of employees can be said to be in a moderate or moderate category by showing a value of >0.67. However, partially competence and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of DPH employees in the Cisarua Regional Office, with the percentage amount for the competency variable being 12.25% and motivation amounting to 11.2%. While simultaneously competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance by 38%, then 62% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of the financial environment on company value in the oil and gas sub-sector mining industry listed on the BEI in 2017-2022. The population here is all oil and gas subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2022. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 30 people. The data collection technique in this research uses documentation techniques, namely looking for financial report data published by companies from 2017 to 2022. The analytical test used to test this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the liquidity ratio has no partial effect on company value. The activity ratio has a partial effect on company value, the leverage ratio has a partial effect on company value, and the profitability ratio has a partial effect on company value. Then the financial environment simultaneously influences company value. The financial environment influences company value with a coefficient of determination of 42.7% while the remaining 57.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The study investigates the implementation of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in improving the quality of services in various service sectors. By analyzing 18 articles in national journals, the study identifies key factors that influence QFD implementation, such as employee training, infrastructure development, and customer satisfaction management. The results show that QFD is effective in improving customer satisfaction and optimizing service performance, with most common applications occurring in the transportation, banking, and health sectors. The implications of this research are the importance of continuous adaptation and innovation strategies in the face of competition in an increasingly competitive service market.
