The research data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of PT. Men's Dual Singles. The data were then analyzed using statistical regression techniques. The results of the study explain that the determination of promotion and service quality is 49%. This illustrates, half of consumer decisions to use internet services due to promotion and good service. As the result of partial statistics, it is known that promotion has an estimated influence value of 0.346 and service quality of 0.562 with a significant probability. Abstract

In Indonesia, the role of local businesses or business units established by a community has not proven successful, as business units built conventionally. Thus, often in increasing sales/profits, they use traditional methods, namely role optimization. Naturally, this simple technique is quite effective in maintaining the existence of business units, but in a broader and long term scope, it is necessary to apply a competitive business strategy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimization of the role of business unit members at a private university in South Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, in which the research sample is based on numbers, in this case the financial statements are used as the basis for analysis and conclusion. The research data used is the financial reports of the Pamulang University campus business units in 2021. The results of the research show that the member role strategy is very effective for local business units on campus. Evidently, in the 2021 financial report, the largest number of purchases come from members, most of whom are campus lecturers and education staff. Thus, this strategy needs to be maintained with a good profit sharing scheme, so that a mutually beneficial cycle is built.

The purpose of this research is to look at the relationship between various factors (emotional, environmental, and organizational) that affect performance increase. In proving the research phenomenon used a quantitative approach with statistical regression testing as an analytical tool. The research sample is civil servants in the government of Sumbawa district, Indonesia. Overall, the number of respondents to the study was 200 people using a simple random sample technique. In collecting data, the method used is distributing questionnaires. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between performance and enthusiasm, support from work teams, and opportunities for promotion. In the moderation model, it can be seen that the role of morale gives more power to increase performance

Abstract

In Indonesia, companies do not only provide benefits to their owners or investors. But also, there is a moral responsibility towards society or the surrounding environment. This happens, because a few or many companies have had a negative impact on the environment, both production waste, pollution waste, environmental damage waste, distribution waste, and so on. Therefore, social responsibility in the form of giving grants to the community from a small portion of the profits is a necessity. Based on this background, this research was conducted to be able to see the consistency of the implementation of corporate social responsibility programs towards the community as seen from the size of profits and assets. To answer these objectives, then established a quantitative research principle with regression analysis. The object of research is a leading food and beverage company in Indonesia, with a total of 36 data used and a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study explain that the size of the social responsibility fund is very dependent on the size of the assets and profits earned. Then, the asset factor that has the greatest influence on the company's CSR commitment is the amount of internal capital that generates profits. In other words, if the company benefits more from its personal assets, the profits will not be shared with other parties, so that the company is more flexible in carrying out CSR programs.

Abstract

The work model in each organization is different, depending on its characteristics. The work model in self-government agencies, such as the ministry of defence, has the character of a line of command work. Even though the characteristics of the work are civil, the character of the leadership's orders is attached to carrying out the duties. Technically, these work characteristics have advantages in maintaining performance, where employees will be more committed to the tasks they have carried out. This study aims to analyze the possibility of increasing or decreasing performance based on several factors, including the suitability of the job/position/position relevance, work team, and work skills. The method used is quantitative with path analysis techniques. The samples for this study were 70 civil servants of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the study show that the employee's work results will be better if he is placed in a work position that is in accordance with his knowledge and expertise, especially if it is supported by good work skills and a solid work team, then the possibility of performance increasing is very high. Mathematically, this study recommends a path model in improving employee performance, where job relevance/job relevance can be a trigger for optimizing skills and a solid work team

Abstract

In plain view, you can see the tendency of work behavior, because attitudes and behavior are influenced by personality factors. In addition, external factors such as the environment also have an influence on a person's perspective and emotions, the better the response of the work environment, the more positive attitude and behavior patterns can be encouraged. Based on this, this research actually aims to look at changes in positive work behavior (performance) in employees in terms of environmental factors and loyalty. This research is based on the characteristics of positivism research, in which the proof depends on numerical data. In the process of analysis used regression techniques with the application of Partial Least Square. The research sample is 80 people with a number of criteria in its determination. The results of the study show that performance behavior is influenced by internal (personality, competence, integrity, etc.) and external (work environment, leadership, organizational support, etc.) factors, in this study, work environment and loyalty. Loyalty is a characteristic of someone who is responsible for the duties/positions they carry out, so that in carrying out their duties they will always try their best. Likewise with the work environment, an employee will work more actively if he has co-workers who support and motivate each other

Abstract

In Kalimantan, coconut is one of the main commodities which is a source of community income. This happened, because the characteristics of Kalimantan's soil are very suitable for coconut plantations, so that most of the people have coconut gardens. However, in the process of raising it to make money, there are many risks. These conditions encourage farmers to be able to find solutions, so that coconut products remain a source of income. This study aims to analyze the risks in coconut plantations, which have an impact on selling value/price, economic value, income, to welfare. The research method used is quantitative with regression analysis as a causal estimation tool between variables. The research sample was taken randomly from 150 coconut farmers in the Kalimantan region. The results showed that the risk in the coconut industry is the reduction in the number of trees due to the conversion of mining and other plantations. Then another risk is operational costs that are not balanced with the selling price. This condition is often complained of by farmers, and because they do not have the ability to overcome it, farmers can only reduce the number of production activities, starting from maintenance to distribution.

Abstract

Various ways are used to influence consumers to make purchases, one of which is by using advertising stars that are relevant to the product and target market. In the beauty business, using ad stars who are beautiful and popular is believed to have a broad influence on market share, so that product sales increase. This research was conducted to test the attractiveness of advertising stars on consumer purchasing decisions for a beauty product. To prove this conjecture, a quantitative approach is used with Particle Least Square analysis. Respondents in this study were users of Pixy brand beauty products in Gresik, East Java. Data collection was carried out purposively with a total of 100 respondents. The results of the study explained that more than 50% of consumers buy beauty products because they are influenced by advertisement stars, especially if the advertisement stars are their idols. So that the belief arises as followers to also be able to look beautiful like their idols. This was confirmed in a statistical test, in which the consumer's decision to buy Pixy brand beauty products in the city of Gresik was influenced by the attractiveness of advertising stars, which engendered trust.

Abstract

The amount of taxes paid by companies to the state is one of the triggers for avoidance behavior, and psychologically this is a natural response, because taxes are seen as a reduction in wealth/welfare. Therefore, various other negative conditions are very likely to be triggers for tax avoidance behavior, for example experiencing losses and voting for companies. Based on these conditions, this research was conducted to examine the possibility of causation between corporate tax avoidance behavior and the risk of loss and company ownership. To answer this goal, the positivism method was determined as a research fundamental. The research object is a manufacturing company in Indonesia, and the research sample is financial reports for 5 years, totaling 100 data. Data is secondary, taken purposively. To reveal the research phenomenon, the data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques, which consisted of hypothesis testing and terminals. The results of the study suggest that there is a tendency for companies to avoid taxes in difficult financial conditions. In addition, it is also possible that ownership of the company can be a trigger for the company to avoid taxes, because it directly feels reduced profits.
