<![CDATA[The substance of education is a good generation, but what do we see now? Yes, the answer is to provide quality education. So the question is, who is responsible? Yes, teacher or lecturer. The common thread has been found, so it is the responsibility of educational institutions to find and foster lecturers. Furthermore, it can be said that the root problem of the current shortage is institutional neglect and incompetence (lecturers). Therefore, this study seeks to obtain data to prove the lack of lecturer performance, so that corrective action can be found. To prove this research, scientific efforts are needed that include qualitative methods, descriptive analysis, and triangulation analysis. The results of the study found details of lecturer performance problems, including 1) Low educational level and functional rank, 2) Lack of collaborative research and publications at reputable national and international levels, 3) Lack of cooperation in service and recognition from reputable institutions at the national level and international.]]>

<![CDATA[Islam provides a major place for human life. Because basically every child from birth has carried the fitrah of Religion, if they get a good Islamic Religious Education then they will become religious people, but otherwise if the religious seeds they carry are not nurtured and nurtured, they will become people who are far from religion. The purpose of this research is to find out the religious values that explicitly shape the teacher's personality. For that, a qualitative research and descriptive analysis were conducted. The findings in this study indicate that in general the teachers have performed, although still in the minimum scope. However, the role of Islamic religious values that they have practiced has had a major influence on life as a teacher. Of course, an exemplary teacher must have religious values such as gratitude, patience, endeavor, trust and humility because these 5 indicators are the intrinsic keys to success in becoming a teacher.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims at analyzing and revealing the influence of parents’ care and religion teachers competence toward the development of Islamic values within students SMAN 4 (Senior high schools) Tangerang South City. Within the family, teaching Islamic values to children is a mandate and a responsibility parents with must hold. At school, on the other hand, the mandate lies with the school especially with the religion teacher who have tr responsibility to educate and guide students in order for thr values of Islamic to develop as is expected by parents Care from parents and competence of religion teachers are factors that are expected to give influence to the development of Islamic values within students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using survey as the technique of data collection. The population of this research was all students of all SMA (Seniority high schools) in the sub-discrete of Tangerang south city. The sample was decided using proportional random sampling technique which resulted in the selection of –perkelas--. The independent variables of this research are the care from parents and the competence of religion teachers. Where as the dependent variable is the development of Islamic values within students. The data was tested for its reliability and validity, and was processed using dato normalization to test the influencing valuables; multiple linear regression method was used along with t-test and f-test to measure its significance. The research showed that parents care has significantly positive influence to the development of Islamic values within student of senior high schools in the sub-district of Tangerang south. Between the independent variables it was revealed that religion teachers competence has more influence then parents care does with the correlation coefficient of 0,595.]]>

<![CDATA[This thesis entitled: “(Certification of Property as a Tool Strong Evidence Can be declared null and void Due Certificate of Ownership Verification Tool Not As Seen From the Absolute Law No. 3 of 1999 on Basic Regulation of Agrarian”, Case Studies in Land Dispute Kelurahan Bintaro, Kecamatan Pesanggrahan, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan)”, Frequent land disputes and disputes arising due to mafia soil, ultimately resulting in an actual loss to the legitimate owners of the land. The purpose of this paper is to present a study on land rights certificates pursuant to Law No. 3 of 1999, as strong evidence that can be canceled arguments premises stronger by others. The method used in this study is mainly empirical jurisdiction. Juridical empirical means to identify and conceptualize the law as a social institution and functional in real life systems are patterned. The data obtained from the research literature conducted the data analysis process-descriptive-analytic order to obtain a qualitative conclusion. The results of the study provide empirical evidence that the certificate of title for the land is not absolute evidence that publication cannot be undone, so for those who feel aggrieved may file a complaint with the Administrative Court as a legal institution that has authority in the issuance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of high and low heirloom inheritance systems in Minangkabau custom which is reviewed based on customary law, compilation of Islamic law and civil law and to see the common ground between the three laws. Which in the discussion the researcher examines based on related theories put forward by experts and empirical studies that have been carried out by previous researchers, both from academics and humanists. The approach method used in this research is mainly empirical normative. Empirical normative means identifying law as a real and functional social institution in a social life system in the context of creating a just life and guaranteed legal certainty. The data obtained from the literature research conducted a descriptive data analysis process in order to obtain a specific discussion of the phenomenon that was being raised in order to obtain appropriate conclusions. This research concludes that the inheritance system in high inheritance uses the matrilineal system, in which the heirs as the owner of the property are taken from the maternal line, but in practice, men have the same share. This explains that high inheritance only uses customary law, not KHI or the Civil Code. Low inheritance can use the Compilation of Islamic Law and Civil Law with the system adopted is bilateral, but in Minangkabau custom, low-grade inheritance can rise to high inheritance, if the heirs have agreed to apply the collective principle, namely inheritance is owned. along with not being distributed to individual heirs in order to maintain the integrity of the family and the inheritance of the parents]]>

<![CDATA[Ta ' âruđ is a dispute between arguments in giving law. There are some scholars who interpret the word ta'âruđ with contradiction. So it is very reasonable if in the final conclusion they argue that there is no ta'âruđ in the Qur'an. On the other hand, there are also scholars who interpret it as a dispute. So that in the final conclusion it is very possible to have ta'âruđ in the Qur'an. The verse that is discussed using this method is the verse that talks about guidance, namely whether or not humans can give it. Then the verse that discusses whether or not it is permissible for Muslims to leave fasting because they are sick or on a long trip. The next discussion is about the verse that discusses the iddah of a woman whose husband died while she was pregnant. As an example of the discussion of the verse, it can be said that ta'âruđ in the Qur'an really exists with the meaning of disagreement, not conflict. Because after all, the Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims that comes from God so there can be no contradiction between the verses in it.]]>

<![CDATA[This thesis research using qualitative research through searching library data or library research. The method used in the discussion of the verse is the method of interpretation, which is used by the commentators in explaining the content of the verses of the Qur'an from various aspects by paying attention to the verses of the Qur'an as stated in the manuscripts. Starting with mentioning the verses to be interpreted, explaining the meaning of the lafaz contained in them, and explaining the contents of the verses. While the discussion method uses descriptive methods by collecting data, analyzing data and then drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it shows that in the Qur'an letter al-Baqarah there are values of physical education, including physical health education, environmental health education (hygiene), mental health education, and education on maintaining a diet.]]>

<![CDATA[A scavenger community is a group of people who pick up used goods such as garbage for recycling. , or sorting out items that are considered useful from waste, both in landfills and outside. There are two types of scavengers namely freelance scavengers, who work as self-employed, and scavengers who depend on a dealer who lends money to them and deducts the loan money when buying goods from scavengers. The research method used is descriptive method, the approach used is quantitative. The formula used to measure this research is the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. Sampling was done by using a simple random sample. Based on the results of the correlation analysis, it was stated that there was a significant relationship between religious development and the work motivation of scavengers.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine how implementation of management in the activities of the package service program. Management in question is how to implement management functions such as planning, organizing, staffing, directing, budgeting, and monitoring. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews, observation, and literature review. The results or data obtained are analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, then the data is presented in the form of narrative text and draws conclusions according to the problem formulation that has been described. The results of the study indicate that in running the program, the package service has implemented management functions. Activities related to planning are carefully arranged, the stages of activities, a series of times are aligned. Implementation in activities by grouping activities, division of labor and providing direct directions is also implemented so that it goes according to plan even though limited transportation facilities hinder the delivery of package services to the locations of the fostered libraries. Meanwhile, for coaching activities now no longer use the budget. Supervision is carried out by going directly to the target library, but the time to supervise the assisted library in the Jakarta area is still not on schedule.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the legal view Islam and law Positive on the rights of children with disabilities. This research is categorized as field research, and is a type of qualitative research. Then this research also uses an empirical sociological approach, namely non-doctrinal research that is based on primary data. The results of this study show that children with disabilities in South Tangerang City are divided into two categories, namely adults and children. The number for adults is 28 people and for children there are 22 people. People with disabilities are given various trainings that can foster creativity and increase their confidence so they don't feel isolated. In addition, people with disabilities are assisted to open up and undergo the skills process free of charge during the training. The law for the protection of children with disabilities in the Qur'an is contained in two verses, namely: Qs. Abasa 1-10 and Qs. Al-Fath 17. Then the Positive law is contained in Article 5 Paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities.]]>
