Abstract

Indonesia's dense population is one of the triggers for the development of online transportation. In addition, many of Indonesia's workforce has low competence or non-skills, so the online motorcycle taxi profession is an option to be able to make ends meet. On the other hand, the status of online ojek drivers is partners, so there is no binding legal principle to be able to fight for the driver's welfare rights. Based on this background, this study aims to describe social security for online drivers based on aspects of legislation, so that it can be used as input for online transportation service providers to be able to make appropriate social security policies. To answer this, this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The method used to reveal the research phenomenon is the literature review method. Meanwhile, the data source used in this study is the law on work social security. The research topic is social security for online drivers in Indonesia. The results of the study show that in general the state has regulated labor welfare, as explained in Article 34 of the 1945 Act. However, specifically, the government has not provided regulations or laws that explain employment guarantees for workers in the online transportation sector. This condition is a loophole for online transportation entrepreneurs not to provide social security for their partners (online drivers).

Abstract

More than 80 percent of Indonesia's population adheres to Islam, also known as Muslims. However, Indonesia is a republic with the principle of unity consisting of many tribes, religions and ethnicities, hence it is also known as Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Therefore, Islam in Indonesia has its own color, with various points of view. This research was conducted to find out the views of the Indonesian people towards Islamic symbols, in this case the Tauhid flag. Scientifically, this research uses a qualitative approach with literature review as its research method. Guidelines for discussing research refer to Pierce's views, regarding the study of symbols. The object of this research is the Tauhid flag with descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study suggest that, philosophically, not all flags bearing the word Tauhid are said to be monotheistic flags. A flag is said to be a Tauhid flag, if the flag officially becomes a symbol of an Islamic government. In addition, the Tauhid flag has value and meaning as an effort to struggle for the Religion of Allah, not based on power.

Taqwa is a central concept in Islam that describes a person's awareness, obedience, and piety to Allah. This concept is consistently mentioned in the Quran, providing guidance for Muslims to develop a deeper relationship with God and achieve spiritual success in life. Although piety is the center of attention in Islam, in-depth analysis of this concept in the Qur'an is still limited. This research uses the method of analyzing the Al-Quran text with a qualitative approach. The data is obtained from the verses of the Quran that specifically contain the word "taqwa" or its derivation. Content analysis techniques are used to explore the meaning of piety in the verses and understand the context. The results of the analysis are compared with classic and contemporary interpretations of the Qur'an to enrich understanding. The results of this research reveal that the concept of piety in the Quran involves elements such as obedience, awareness of God, avoidance of sinful acts, and efforts to fulfill His commands. Verses containing piety also associate this concept with spiritual and moral success. Context analysis reveals that piety is often associated with attitudes and actions that reflect submission to God and wisdom in daily life.

Zakat is one of the main pillars of Islamic teachings, which instructs Muslims to give part of their wealth to the needy. The meaning of zakat in the Qur'an has been the subject of significant research in Islamology, with many different interpretations of the Qur'anic verses relating to zakat. Therefore, this research aims to explore this further and reveal the meaning of zakat contained in the text of the Koran. This research uses the Al-Quran text analysis method, with a tafsir (interpretation) approach by analyzing the verses of the Al-Quran which specifically mention zakat and conducting a theological analysis to understand the role of zakat in Islam and its impact on the lives of Muslims. Data for this research was obtained from the Al-Quran and various literary sources relevant to the theme of zakat in Islam.
