<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Assets (ROA) on Stock Returns at PT. United Tractors Tbk. The type of research conducted is Causal Associative research which aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another variable or how one variable affects other variables. The population in this study is all financial statements at PT. United Tractors Tbk. The sample used is a financial report at PT. United Tractors Tbk. From 2010-2017. Based on the results of t PER test has a significance value of 0.019 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of 0.099 which means that PER has a positive and significant influence on stock returns at PT. United Tractors Tbk. ROA has a significance value of 0.887 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of 0.004 which means that ROA has a negative and significant effect on stock returns at PT. United Tractors Tbk. Based on the F, PER and ROA test has a significance value of 0.042 0.05 and shows the value of Fcount Ftable where 6731 5.786 which means that simultaneously PER and ROA have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. The value of the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.605. So it can be concluded that 60.5% of stock returns are influenced by PER and ROA and the remaining 39.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine whether leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Perum Perumnas Regional 1 Medan, to determine whether Emotional Intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Perum Perumnas Regional 1 Medan and to determine whether leadership and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on employee performance at Perum Perumnas Regional 1 Medan. This type of research is associative, namely research to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Then the research results obtained are leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a value of 0.378 with a sig value of 0.000 smaller than the significant level of 0.05, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a value of 0.194 with a sig value of 0.047. small from the significant level of 0.05, then leadership and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Public Corporation of Perumnas 1 Medan, the value is 14.490 with a sig value of 0.001 smaller than the significant level of 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Profitability on Company Values at PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. The type of research conducted is Causal Associative research which aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk period 2011-2017.Based on the results of the t test Capital Structure has a significantof 0.144 0.05 which means that the capital structure has a positive and not significant effect on firm value, that the size of the company's debt is not too influential on the value of the company. companies with high debt that can have high corporate value if the debt is managed properly, so the company has a large market value equity Likewise, if the company has a low debt level, it can also have a high corporate value, if the market value equity is large. so that the size of the company's debt has no significant effect on firm valueand Profitability has a sig probability value of 0.018 0.05 which means that profitability has a positive and significant influence on the value of the company at PT.Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, this is due to rapid return on investment and effective. Based on the F test Simultaneously Capital structure and profitability have a value significant 0,040 0.05 so that it can be concluded simultaneously all independent variables Capital Structure and profitability have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Corporate Value. Based on the results of the study, the researchers advise the company to continue to improve and improve financial performance to be able to increase the ability effectively and efficiently to the performance of the company. For investors, pay attention to the level of performance of a company to invest funds. And for other researchers it is recommended to use other ratios as independent variables. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine "The Effect of Creativity and Product Innovation on Business Success in Coconut Shell Waste Craftsmen in the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village, Bahorok District, Langkat Regency". This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 coconut shell craftsmen using the saturation point formula technique, because the population was less than 100 people, the number of samples in this study was taken absolutely from a population of 30 respondents. Based on the T test and F test, it can be concluded that the creativity and product innovation variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the success of the Coconut Shell Waste Craftsmen in the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village, indicating Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Coefficient of Determination (R2) = 0.343 or 34.3%. 65.7% was influenced by other factors not described in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to determine the effect of working capital management on financial performance in transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research was conducted in North Sumatra Province. The data used in this study comes from annual reports of Transportation Sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. The population of this research are 46 companies and the sample are 4 companies. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis panel data Eviews. The panel data model selection used is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this study indicate that Working Capital Turnover (WTO) has a significant positive effect on Return On Assets. (ROA), Cash Turnover (CTO) does not have a significant negative effect on Return On Assets (ROA), and Inventory Turnover (ITO) does not have a significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine "The Influence of Punishment and Rewards on Employee Performance at PT. Gelatik Supra Medan Branch Office”. The type of data in this study is associative, which is a research that is asking the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were 40 contract employees. Data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires to employees. The sample used in this study were contract employees of the operational and supporting divisions of PT. Gelatik Supra Medan Branch Office. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 21 application, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the punishment variable partially affects the performance of the employees of PT. Gelatik Supra Medan. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the Investment Risk Analysis of Stock Returns in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative. The data source used in this study is secondary data. Data collection techniques using judgment sampling in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used in the study is simple regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 21.0. Hypothesis testing results state that Investment / Market Risk has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns on food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This can be explained that if the investment risk is higher, then stock returns will also be higher in the company during the research year.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of involvement products and word of mouth on purchasing Decisions of Korea Etude House Medan Cosmetics. The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured on a likert scare. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all consumers Of Etude House Cosmetics products in medan, medan totaling 114 people sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study the total population is relatively small as many as 11 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 23, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially product involvement variables influenced the purchasing decision of Korea Etude House Medicinal Products (2) partially word of mouth variables influenced the Purchasing Decisions Of Korea Etude House Medicinal Products, (3) Simultaneously there were positive influences and significant between product Involvement and Word Of Mouth variables influences the Etude House Medan Korean Cosmeticts Product Purchasing Decision.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of work morale and coordination on Employee Performance at PT.Welling Tapioka Jaya Serdang Bedagai The research method used is exploratory research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were employees of PT. Welling Tapioka Jaya Serdang Bedagai, amounting to 55 people. Saturated sample withdrawal. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 55 people.
