Abstract

Significant changes to knowledge and technology in the modern era like today encourage changes in systems and governance in the field of education. Educational institutions that have good quality I n society will Build a brand image which is expected to make these educational institutions stronger and will encourage prospective students to choose these educational institutions. If producers are able to market their products well and sell well in the market, the quality of these educational institutions can provide satisfaction to consumers and can be said to be salable in the market. And educational institutions that are unable to sell their products will not exist because they are inferior to other educational institutions. Educational institutions should realize from an early age that they are service producers who have to build brands so that their products sell well in the market and are bought by consumers. Brand image has an important position for the sustainability of an educational institution that grows among competition between institutions. For that, an educational institution must be able to compete with other educational institutions. However, the facts that occur in the field show that there are still many educational institutions that have not realized and understood this, so that in the competition they face various difficulties, especially with private schools that have large capital and have a good brand image and are popular among the community. The results of this discussion can be concluded that it is not easy to build a positive brand image of educational institutions. Marketing education is not done for commercial purposes but rather to competition the quality of educational institutions' services for the community. The ways that educational institutions can do in marketing educational services so that their competitiveness increases are market identification, market segmentation, product differentiation, conducting marketing communications and providing the best possible educational institution services.

Abstract

Modern people have embedded with the rational character that leads to practical truth. The condition of society has connected within a network that did not cohesively measure by the surrounding structure. The identification of modernity has also considered the advancement of increasingly sophisticated human daily support tools. Sophistication offers an instant way to create independent social conditions. Tradition 'Nyadran' that still exists in the modern era especially in pandemic COVID-19, infest a paradoxical for a footing on a transcendental act. Nyadran has acculturated with the religious context is an attractive study of the complexity of modern society's lifestyle. This research aims to analyze the orientation and objective condition of implementing the Nyadran tradition that has been maintained in the community in Bluru Village, Sidoarjo. Rationality theory becomes the basis of research using the Verstehen method as a subjective assessment of the informants. The results found that the implementation of the Nyadran religious tradition in Bluru Village Sidoarjo is represented as an appreciation for the creation of a culture that corporated with the meaning of gratitude for God. A traditional value ​​is a part of the preservation of the predecessors with the historical linkages of the village.

Abstract

AbstractThe mind background of this thesis because a low mathematics learning outcomes of students class III in Islamic elementary school Mujahidin Jatimulyo Kepung. It was because so many students’ dislike the mathematic which makes the students less of creativity in answering a question and weak in matter directories, especially in around square and rectangular matters, what makes the students have difficulty of memorizing formulas. On the others, many teacher prefer use the orally to explain the matter of mathematics and asked the students to learn by monotonous method. It based on the relatively of low mathematical average value towards around square and rectangular matters before the reseach was held. In this thesis, reasearcher will use singimg method as an effort to improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes. Hopefully, this ways can help students learning by memorizing formulas easily and motivating students happier in teaching and learning activities which more interesting and fun. The Analytical method used quantitative approach and the type of this reseach is quasi-experimental and helped by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25 program. The results of the reseach found that in the first problem formulation used Paired Sample t Test. The answer of that is based on the first problem formulation which there is an influence between singing method on improving mathematics learning outcomes of the subject matter around square and rectangular of class III in Islamic Elementary School Mujahidin Jatimulyo Kepung period 2018/2019. It is based on the results of Paired Sample t Test and Post Test experimental class with sig values 0,000<0,05. In the second problem formulation which it is using an Independen Sample t Test. The results of that test which it is there are differences in singing method to improving mathematics learning outcomes of the subject matter around square and rectangular class III in Islamic Elementary School Mujahidin Jatimulyo Kepung period 2018/2019. This is indicated by the results of Independen Simple t Test with sig 2 tailed is 0,000 <0,05.s

Abstract

This study aims to describe the meaning of the constellation of the labor system in the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. The labor system in Indonesia is regulated in Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning manpower. Meanwhile, labor in the study of Islamic law is explained in fiqh muamalah with the concept of ijarah or renting. The results of this study indicate that the relation of the labor system is found in the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. First, the labor system in which it describes "workers" has been regulated in positive legal regulations through the Act. Meanwhile, "workers" in the terminology of Islamic law command every human being who lives on earth to work as a form of worship to Allah SWT. Second, the labor system in Indonesia has been regulated in Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning employment, while the labor system in Islamic law is better known as ijārah, in which there are pillars and conditions that must be met. Third, the two areas of law define the same rights and obligations for workers.

Abstract

Penilaian afektif merupakan penilaian yang mencakup watak perilaku, seperti sikap, perasaan, emosi, minat dan nilai. Penerapan penilaian afektif selama ini dianggap sulit dan rumit dibandingkan dengan penilaian ranah yang lain. Terutama pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang berperan untuk mengembangkan keimanan dan ketakwaan siswa, serta membentuk perilaku siswa sesuai dengan nilai-nilai ajaran agama Islam. Artikel ini membahas mengenai problematika penilaian afektif pada mata pelajaran PAI. Temuan dari artikel ini adalah guru PAI belum menerapkan penilaian afektif dengan sungguh-sungguh dan belum mengetahui cara menerapkan penilaian afektif yang tepat. Cara yang dilakukan guru PAI saat menerapkan penilaian afektif sangat beragam, namun tidak berdasarkan instrumen penilaian dalam menilai aspek afektif siswanya. Sehingga menimbulkan berbagai kendala yang menghambat penerapan penilaian afektif. Kendala ini muncul dari guru PAI sendiri maupun dari siswa. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut diperlukan solusi yang tepat agar penilaian afektif dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien serta hasilnya sesuai dengan keadaan siswa yang sebenarnya. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada guru PAI untuk memahami lebih dalam cara menerapkan penilaian afektif dengan tepat sehingga dapat menguasainya dan tidak terjadi kendala lagi dalam menilai aspek afektif siswanya.

Abstract

Character education is a tradition that has long been implemented in Islamic boarding schools through various media. This study discusses the national character in the tradition of the Salafiyah pesantren, Kapurejo Village, Pagu District, Kediri Regency by using a local curriculum in the form of syi'ir. This curriculum has been implemented since the 1950s. The focus of this research is how to implement the syi'ir tradition, and what national character is obtained by the santri. This research is classified as a qualitative research, with data collection methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction. The results of the study show that the syi'ir education curriculum is carried out in a structured manner, and has not changed. The national character obtained by the students are religious values, independence, democracy, national spirit, and social care

Abstract

To improve and ensure the quality and competence of students, it is necessary for boarding school to form an organizational institution that is tasked with maximally managing, organizing and improving the quality of education for flash students. This research aims to determine the role and influence of the fathul falah deliberative assembly educational institutions in ensuring the quality and competence of the male students of fathul ‘ulum boarding school kwagean.This study uses mixed methods. Based on the results of the calculation of 10 questions related to the Role of the Fathul Falah deliberative assembly Educational Institution in Ensuring the Quality and Competence of the male flash students FATHUL ULUM BOARDING SCHOOL KWAGEAN towards 22 male flash student respondents, included in the "Quit Successfull" category. This can be seen from the results of the calculation of the average value of all respondents, namely 39.4, which is included in the "Enough Agree" category.

Abstract

Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model is a learning model that links subject matter with real-life contexts that can provide meaning for students and make students more active, so as to increase student interest in learning. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using the stages of data reduction techniques, data display, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that: The steps of the CTL model, namely students construct their own knowledge, inquiry, ask questions, form a learning community, modeling, reflection, and real assessment. The most important goal of the CTL model is that students can find the meaning of the subject matter so that it can be practiced in students' lives and used as a means of worshiping the Almighty. The four indicators of student interest in learning have been fulfilled including: feelings of pleasure, student involvement, and student attention. Supporting factors include: students' interest in learning is high, stable and easy to talk to, friends, students' closeness to teachers. While the inhibiting factors include: lack of support from the family, students come from broken homes and lack of support.

Abstract

The essence of ethos is character or character. For Malinowski, culture is an instrument of the human way to solve life's problems more specifically in its environment (family), that is, an effort to fulfill its needs. The view of functionalism, religion functions as a controller of the individual's lust to do positive and valuable things that provide a good relationship between man and his God. Religiosity and work ethic of LDII citizens form a family of sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah with Tri success and six traits they have. This character is in line with the character of Toto Tasmara's Islamic work ethic. The results obtained from this study are that the higher the religious level of LDII worshipers, the higher the level of family harmony. The author's harmonious family can be drawn from one of Prastowo's families whose religious level is high, so the relationship with all family members becomes very good besides fulfilled all kinds of fundamental needs (biological and physiological),instrumental needs and integrative needs

Abstract

Understanding is nothing but a characteristic of humans themselves, some even say it is the way humans exist. In the realm of history, it turns out that understanding or hermeneutics continues to develop, until it bears fruit in understanding maturity. This article attempts to explore the development of hermeneutics from the classical era to the modern saman. By using the descriptive-analytical method, it is concluded that the fundamental difference between hermeneutics between classical and modern times is their escape from the confines of the church. Classical hermeneutics is used solely to interpret the Bible, while modern hermeneutics is used to seek meaning not only in sacred texts but also in profane texts. At a more philosophical level, hermeneutics is understood as an attempt to understand understanding. This effort led to the conclusion that all understanding cannot be separated from the element of subjectivity.
