Abstract

Islam masuk ke indonesia sekitar abad 12 masehi, ajaran agama islam di indonesia mudah diterima masyarakat dikarenakan pendekatan dakwahnya, bersifat lembut dan humanis dan tidak menolak mentah-mentah budaya dan tradisi masyarakat indonesia pada saat itu. Dengan hadirnya islam di nusantara, sebagian besar tradisi di Indonesia sudah menyesuaikan dengan ajaran islam. Seperti kenduri, larungan, nyekar atau ziarah, dll. Sebenarnya masih banyak budaya dan tradisi masyarakat nusantara yang sudah menyesuaikan dengan ajaran islam, akan tetapi pada artikel ini penulis hanya akan membahas bagaimana perspektif islam tentang tradisi nyekar di magetan. Dalam riset ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif. Nyekar disebut juga dengan ziarah, merupakan aktivitas upacara yang sangat penting dan religi orang jawa terutama penganut agama jawi. Tradisi nyekar biasanya dilakukan sebelum acara-acara besar. Umumnya pelaksanaannya sama antara yang lainnya tetapi uniknya setelah mereka selesai melakukan nyekar, mereka selalu menaburi bunga sisa di pintu sebelum masuk ke makam dengan alasan untuk keselamatan. Awalnya ziarah kubur atau nyekar di larang oleh Rosulullah SAW., akan tetapi setelah dirasa umat islam pada saat itu imannya sudah kuat, Nabi Muhammad pun membolehkan umatnya untuk berziarah kubur.

Abstract

Waqf is one of the concepts of giving in Islam which has a strategic position. Waqf has a vertical dimension, namely a relationship with the Creator, and a horizontal relationship (among humans). If waqf is managed properly, the benefits will be felt by fellow humans. One of the most urgent aspects of waqf is the waqf certificate. If the property has been certified, then the waqf object will be legally enforceable and cannot be transferred. In the present, land prices are soaring, economic needs are also getting bigger, the temptation to control waqf property is very big. With a certificate of waqf, the management of waqf assets can be maximized. The legal basis for the waqf certificate is found in the Al-Quran, Al-Hadith and also the ijtihad of the scholars'. The procedure for the waqf certificate has been explained in the decision of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance

Abstract

This research was conducted by examining the books of Ta'limul Muta'aliim and Ihya 'Ulumuddin. The researcher discusses the ideal teacher according to Az-zarnuji and Al-Ghozali. Both were chosen because they have traditional educational thoughts but are still feasible to apply today. The main purpose of this study is to determine the ideal teacher in view of both, determine the ideal teacher standard in modern learning and criticize the teacher's condition when teaching. The initial stage of this research collected library data and literature texts related to education, especially the ideal teacher according to Az-Zarnuji and Al-Ghozali. The second stage examines the Teacher in both views and examines the historiography of the writing of the two books. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. This method is used to present the ideal teacher in the views of Az-Zarnuji and Al-Ghozali and to criticize the teacher's condition when teaching. Specific targets in this study are 1) Ideal Teacher according to Az-Zarnuji and Al-Ghozali by studying the books of Ihya 'Ulumuddin and Ta'liimul Muta'alim. 2) Identifying the factors that influence their thinking in education 3) Identifying criticisms and providing solutions related to teacher conditions while teaching. The findings include low teacher competence, Al-Ghazali and Az-Zarnuji's thinking is influenced by Sufism and Worship, The criticism that appears is that teachers do not understand the role of educators, Teaching Motivation is influenced by internal and external factors in the teacher's personality.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the spirit and the model of human resource development with multicultural insight in general and specifically the development of multicultural Islam at SMA Karangturi Semarang which is also known as a school with a full of achievements. This research use descriptive qualitative approach where data is collected through observation, interview and documentation techiques. These findings indicate that schools create an environment and a school system that promotes the beauty of a harmonious life in terms of ethnic and religious differences. Related to the PAI learning process, PAI teacher is carrying out a creative and contextual learning process. In this context, the teacher has an important role as a represntative role model to represent the values of multicultural Islamic education through giving real examples from teachers, how to live with mutual respect and build good cooperation between students of different ethnicities and religions and how to maintain good relations with the community. Regarding Islamic learning for Muslim students, they also get the same learning process even though they are a minority part of the school. The development of superior school resources with a multicultural Islamic education spirit in SMA Karangturi consists of input (school support with a systematic and regular multicultural environmental conditioning design), processes (learning, school programs, collaboration with communities and exemplary teachers), and output (students with multi-participant character, high achievement and high sensitivity and empathy towards society).

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the various problems and challenges of PAI learning in Public Universities. Higher Education is the highest level of education that has a very large role in realizing a noble Bachelor' s degree, but the reality is that there are still many students who have a person who is not commendable. It is necessary to implement appropriate strategies in dealing with the challenges of Islamic religious education in Public Universities. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach with library research method. The results showed that various problamatika of Islamic religious education is influenced by several challenges, namely challenges in the fields of politics, culture, science and technology, economics, society, and value systems. There needs to be efforts to improve the quality of Islamic education by reactivating every component in the world of education, various components that are important to be considered and improved together are (1) Curriculum Components, (2) Objective Components, (3) Material Components, (4) Strategic Components, (5) Media Components, and (6) Evaluation Components. Thus, these efforts can be made to improve the quality of Islamic education, namely by improving the components in the institution itself, in order to be able to answer the challenges that exist by not abandoning identity as an educational institution that integrates Islamic values.

Abstract

This study is aimed to know the effectiveness of Reciprocal Teaching on Reading Comprehension Skill at Eleventh Students of MAN 3 Kandangan. The research discused about Reciprocal Teaching compared with Conventionsal Method. Here the researcher hypothesized that the Eleventh grade students of MAN 3 Kandangan taught using Reciprocal Teaching have higher score in reading comprehension than those are taught using Conventional Method. Before determining the students into the groups, it was done homogeneous test to know wether the two groups had approximately the same level of reading proficiency. Afterword, the groups were assigneed to the experimental group and control group by conducting lottery. To collect the data the researcher tested the two groups by giving multiple choices test at different time. The data were obtained from the score of posttest in each group. The data in this research were analyzed using the Independent Sample t-test and computed by using SPSS program with significant level of 5%. The result revealed that the statistical computation value of the observed t(to) was higher than t-table (4.389>2.045). Therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected, while the alternative hypothesis was accepted. It can be conclude that Elevents students of MAN 3 Kandangan taught by using Reciprocal Teaching have better reading comprehension skill than those taught by using Conventional Method.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know Is there any significant effect when they are taught Reading Comprehensions by using JIGSAW and using SQ3R. The design used quasi-experimental research design. It was conducted in SMPN 1 BANYAKAN. The headmaster just gives two classes for the researcher. So the reseracher used two classes thre are: the class VII -D as experimental 1 and the class VII - C as experimental 2. The instrument was used. in this research the researcher used test both pre and post. The data gotten was analyzed by SPSS version 15.00 to find descriptive and effective before and after treatment. The result of the research are: independent T-test analysis the sig is 0.412 then the sig (2-tailed ) is .000. T value 6.325 is higher than the minimum requirement 2.65. so it can be condlude that the alternative hypothesis is “There is significant influence difference between students’ reading comprehension of using SQ3R better in reading comprehension than using Jigsaw to the First grades of SMPN 1 BANYAKAN.” Is accepted than the null hypothesis is rejected. It can be conclude that teaching reading comprehension using SQ3R more efective that Jigsaw in the first grade SMPN 1 Banyakan.

Abstract

The results of this study prove that the framework of thought offered by 'Maqashid al-Sharyi'ah scholars regarding the protection of reason (hifzdu al-'aql) in terms of the practice of determining Maqashid al-Sharyi'ah, cannot be separated from the sharing of hifzdu al. -'aql in terms of maintaining its sustainability (min janib al-wujud) and hifzdu al-'aq l from the side of threats that can damage it (janib al-'adam) so that it contributes and the spirit empowers and maximizes intellectual potential in line with Maqashid al-Sharyi 'Ah. In addition, there is a close connection and relationship between protection of reason (hifzdu al-'aql) and Maqashid al-Sharyi'ah. This can be proven by how the role of punishment with reason for text (nash), the relationship of reason in understanding the text, universal (kulliyah) shar'iyah and 'aqliyah, and the neutrality of reason in syar’i. From the above explanation, it appears that Maqashid al-Sharyi'ah which is an axiology of Islamic law is an epistemology so that it becomes an independent scientific discipline. Thus Maqashid al-Sharyi'ah is able to dialectic with the problems of contemporary law that are always developing.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve students’ reading comprehension skills using Stories. The research design used in this study was action research. In this research the reseacher took a test of their improvement in each cycle. Before the reseacher did cycle 1, the reseacher did pre–cycle and found the mean is 64, by percentage of successful is 19% (4 students out of 21) passed the test. In the first cycle the reseacher found the mean of the score of the students reading was 74 by percentage of successful is 57% (12 student out of 21) passed the test. In the second cycle the researcher found the mean of the score of the students reading was 85,7 by percentage of succusful is 86% (18 students out of 21) paased the test. From the observation, the researcher has the criteria of success. they are the average of students’ achievement should be 80, the percentage of successfulness is 80% from the total students, the criteria of minimum passing level (KKM) is 75. The result of the reseach shows that the students improve their ability in reading comprehension by using Stories.

Abstract

Newspapers are the oldest mass media and have become the spearhead of history in the birth of journalism. A high level of credibility is still a newspaper's criterion, when compared to other media. The news production process becomes the spotlight in production before being presented on the main page of a newspaper. Jawa Pos newspaper is one of the oldest media companies in East Java with one of the largest circulation in Indonesia. This study aims to determine and understand how the production process of headlines in the Jawa Pos newspapers becomes ready-to-print news as well as what obstacles are faced during the process and how are the solutions. The assessment method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that in producing headlines in a daily newspaper, a fairly mature process is needed from each responsible element on each page, especially the main page. With this research, it is hoped that it can add to the knowledge of communication science studies, especially journalistic concentration on matters related to the news production process in the press world. And can be used as a reference for communication science students.
