<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at monte self-service café salon shops (self-service case study) in Palopo City. Sampling method with incidental sampling (incidental sampling). The number of samples in this study were 33 respondents from an unknown population. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire and documentation. Data processing techniques with a regression system with the help of SPSS software (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) . The results of this study concluded that service quality has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction at Monte Self-Service Stores in Palopo City. There is an effect of price on consumer satisfaction, the better the quality of service and the price provided, the more satisfied consumers will feel, the more positive and significant effect this will have on consumer satisfaction at monte supermarkets in the city of Palopo.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Competence and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Commerce Redja Abadi Tasikmalaya City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative (causality) and census analysis approach. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees of PT. Commerce Redja Abadi Tasikmalaya City. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that competence and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Commerce Redja Abadi Tasikmalaya City. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pokok permasalahan yang berkenaan dengan kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas kesehatan kota palopo. Penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diterapkan dengan menggunakan rumus statistik untuk membantu dalam menganalisa data dan fakta yang diperoleh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo sebanyak 150 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai yang berstatus PNS pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo. Disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja responden, sehingga dapat dijadikan tolak ukur dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.]]>

<![CDATA[The high amount of capital market investors during the Covid-19 pandemic and the decline in this amount when the Covid-19 pandemic ended made stock prices on the Indonesian capital market fluctuate actively. This prompted policy makers to issue new regulations of Auto Rejection Bawah (ARB) in 15%. This makes the psychology of investors when making investment decisions in the capital market may change. This study tries to see the effect of self-attribution bias and perceived risk as a factor of behavioral finance on capital market investment decision making when the 15% ARB is applied. The data of the study used 45 respondents as investors in the Indonesian capital market and processes them using multiple linear regression through SPSS 25. The results show that there is no effect of self-attribution bias and perceived risk on capital market investment decision making when the 15% ARB is applied. The implication of this research is to provide knowledge about psychological factors that occur when making decisions, especially in the capital market.]]>

<![CDATA[Analyzing shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying in Clarissa Store Jombang consumers. The advantages of Clarissa Store lie in its fashion that follows trends, reasonable prices, and easy accessibility for consumers to obtain products both offline and online through check-out. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaire distribution, and various literature reviews. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling was done using non-probability purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 93 respondents. The research findings indicate: (1) The influenc e of shopping lifestyle on impulse buying in Clarissa Store Jombang consumers, as seen from the latest model indicators, is that consumers are interested in products that are constantly updated according to current trends, which can support their lifestyle, boost self-confidence, and self-recognition. (2) The influence of fashion involvement on impulse buying in Clarissa Store Jombang consumers. Fashion is an important aspect to support consumers' activities since it is no longer solely based on daily style but also an individual's self-image in the public eye. (3) The research results prove that shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have an impact on impulse buying in Clarissa Store Jombang consumers. Consumers who shop at Clarissa Store Jombang have a spontaneous urge to make unplanned purchases.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bermasud untuk mengetahui sejau mana pengaruh pelatihan akuntansi, skala usaha dan jenjang pendidikan terhadap penggunaan informasi akuntansi pada usaha mikro kecil menengah. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di lingkungan Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Random Sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dari anggota populasi secara acak. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 110 UMKM di Kota Semarang. Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1) Pelatihan akuntansi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penggunaan informasi akuntansni. 2) Skala usaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan informasi akuntansi. 3) jenjang pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penggunaan informasi akuntansi.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to see how influential promotions carried out by institutions/companies were in introducing their product and how much influence service quality had in shaping customer loyalty to products and institutions/companies. This research is a quantitative research through a positivist philosophy approach. As a test material, 30 people with member status at the Jombang Branch of the BMT UGT Nusantara were used using a non-probability sampling technique. The expected data in this study were collected through questions in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the data obtained from the 30 respondents were tested using SPSS version 25 which included multiple linear regression tests, then the hypothesis was tested using the t test, then the f test and the R2 test. The results concluded that promotion and service quality implemented by BMT UGT Nusantara Jombang Branch had an influence of 36.5% on the formation of customer loyalty, based on the results of the R2 test. Based on the results of the t-count test, promotions partially have an effect of 2.395 > 2.0484 as a t-table value. Likewise, service quality also has a partial effect with a tcount of 2.228 > 2.0484 ttable. Then simultaneously, both of them have an influence on customer loyalty with an fcount value of 9.326 > 3.34 from the ftable value with a significance of 0.001 <0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The amount of village funds needs to be balanced with the government's performance in terms of good financial management. The government's performance can be seen from the financial reports that must be prepared by the village apparatus to be accountable for the financial performance during a certain period. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of morality and accountability on fraud in 12 villages in the Moyo Hulu sub-district. This research is included in quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study is the village apparatus in 12 villages in the Moyo Hulu sub-district. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, resulting in a total of 60 respondents. The data source used is primary data collected through questionnaires. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis technique is used for data analysis. The results show that morality and accountability have an influence on fraud prevention in village governments. Based on the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.975, it indicates that the variable of fraud prevention can be measured with the presence of morality and accountability variables at 97.5%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is quantitative research that aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership variables and motivation on employee performance variables. The sample used was 100 employees of PT BPR Tanaoba Lais Manekat with a questionnaire instrument. Instrument quality testing is carried out through validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that, H₁ is accepted which means transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. H₂ is accepted which means motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. H₃ is accepted which means transformational leadership and motivation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In this study, only examined the variables of transformational leadership and motivation, so there are other variables that affect employee performance that were not included in this study.]]>
