Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

This article is the result of research based on the current reality regarding the handling of disease outbreaks, and linking it to the verses of the Qur'an. In the Qur'an, disease outbreaks are mentioned several times, which shows the potential for science that can be explored to be applied in the present era. Since early 2019, the world has been hit by a major outbreak caused by a small creature called a virus. Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) has become a major threat that has an impact on life without discrimination; anyone is at risk of contracting this infectious disease. The COVID-19 outbreak was first detected in Wuhan City, China, at the end of 2019 and has spread to almost 200 countries around the world, including Indonesia. The Qur'an is a source of knowledge that contains various aspects of life, such as history, health, and exemplary behavior. Methods for dealing with various problems can also be taken from the information contained in the Qur'an. Therefore, as Muslims, we have an obligation to explore and understand how the knowledge contained in the Qur'an can be implemented in the current context.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an adalah panduan hidup bagi umat Muslim, meskipun tidak menjelaskan secara mendetail tentang pendidikan. Namun, ada beberapa istilah yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan dalam kitab suci ini. Artikel ini mencoba menjelaskan sifat dan tujuan pendidikan dalam Islam dengan membahas istilah-istilah tersebut menurut para ahli bahasa dan pemikir pendidikan. Kesimpulannya, istilah tarbiyah, ta'lim, ta'dib, tazkiyah, dan tahdhib menunjukkan karakter dan tujuan pendidikan. Dalam pandangan Al-Qur'an, tujuan pendidikan dibagi menjadi tiga poin: pertama, membentuk manusia yang utuh; kedua, mengembangkan dimensi manusia dalam agama, budaya, dan ilmu; ketiga, menjadikan manusia bertanggung jawab sebagai hamba Tuhan dan pewaris Nabi. Tujuan-tujuan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan seorang Muslim yang mengikuti prinsip rahmatan li al-‘alamin (rahmat bagi seluruh alam). Dengan demikian, pendidikan Islam dalam Al-Qur'an tidak hanya tentang transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga nilai-nilai. Abstract

The objectives of this research are to examine the abuse of authority by customs officials that qualifies as a criminal act of corruption and the criminal liability of customs officials in the implementation of used clothing imports. The researcher uses the Normative Juridical research method and employs a statutory and conceptual approach, using primary and secondary legal materials obtained from literature studies. The actions of customs officials who have abused their authority by falsifying documents have been regulated in Law No. 20 of 2001 on occupational crimes Article 9, then regulated in Article 416 of the Criminal Code regarding officials or civil servants who falsify books or lists specifically for administrative examination. Members of the public who commit criminal acts of abuse of authority are regulated in Law No. 30 of 2014 on Government Administration (UUAP) which is then regulated in Article 17 of UUAP, but Article 17 of UUAP only states that Government Officials are prohibited from abusing authority.

Abstract

Salaf pesantren is one of the Islamic educational institutions that has a great influence and contribution to Indonesia in encouraging the progress of science and character education. So it is appropriate to study the renewal carried out by these salaf pesantrens. The renewal carried out by these salaf pesantren is a form of answering the needs of a dynamic society. So the review conducted in this paper is to look at the innovation of Hidayatut Thullab pesantren in the review of social philosophy, so the question in this paper is how the social inetarchy relationship between the characters produced between the community or the pesantren family and the educational innovations it makes to society as a whole. The method used is a combination of literature studies and field studies, using the domain analysis method, componen analysis, taxonomy analysis, and cultural theme analysis, the purpose of this method is to find the construction of social situations clearly. The results of the analysis of this paper are, that this semi-modern salaf pesantren has been able to build its social culture clearly, because it is assisted by a curriculum, adequate Islamic material and the environment of pesantren life based on salaf culture, so that the character of social interaction is clearly illustrated as a family or pesantren community that has a strong Islamic identity, a thick cultural culture and tak'dzim to the kiaiKiyai. However, because the innovation is only limited to the digitalisation of online mass media-based da'wah communication, the impact is only in the field of da'wah, and the social environment is also still limited to the relationship network environment, not yet to a more famous national level, as we know that the world of digital communication still needs something unique so that it goes viral and is widely known and captures more people. While the pesantren's relationship with the surrounding community as a form of social interaction has not been carried out optimally, because it is still confined to the salaf pesantren system with a traditional classical paradigm, thus making the salaf pesantren movement more limited than modern pesantren, such as the lack of cooperation between pesantren as a whole as educational institutions to the government and NGOs in order to obtain integrated activities, adequate facilities, teacher support and so on.

Abstract

In this modernist civilization, generations of nations are born with the pleasure of instantiation complemented by various technological advances. Said to be iGeneration, it includes generation-Z which ranges from people born from 1995 to the 2000s. Moral decadence occurs without being felt, this becomes an inequality in itself for the nation. This has been mentioned in several verses in the Qur'an, among them al-Ahzab [33]: 21, al-Baqarah [2]: 83 and 152, an-Nahl [16]: 90. These verses broadly discuss morals. Through this verse will be found about the morality of the Qur'an that should exist in the next generation of this nation. Through a thematic approach, this research will be carried out in-depth to find the Qur'anic view on the morality of Millennial Influencers. This research was conducted by dissecting verses related to morals, which were then linked to morals. Then it is interpreted as tahlili and ijmali and compares it with related interpretations. Through the search for this thematic interpretation, based on Q.S an-Nahl [16]: 90 it can be understood that morality is very important for life which will determine the direction of good and bad, right wrong, appropriate, and not one's behavior

Abstract

In the process of learning the Koran, teachers are also required to always be active and creative in applying learning methods. One learning method that attracts students' attention is tilawati, this method uses classical reading and listening. In this teaching method, it is combined with hypnoteaching. This research aims to determine the application of hypnoteaching and tilawati in the Al-Quran learning process at TPA ALI ADAM CoperJetis Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is descriptive research. There are three data collections, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis model used is Miles and Huberman which goes through three stages, namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research found that the application of tilawati and hypnoteaching in the Al-Quran learning process at TPA ALI ADAM Coper Jetis Ponorogo was carried out with a combination of the two which used two techniques, the first technique (tilawati) was classical which used the technique of the teacher reading the students listening, the teacher reading the students imitation, students and teacher read together (using props). In this technique, hypnoteaching is also applied in the form of (intention, pacing, leading, positive words, praise, modeling and comprehensive understanding of the material). The second technique is reading and listening (using a tilawati reading book). In this technique, hypno teaching is applied the same as the classical technique.

Abstract

Population growth is a critical issue for government planning, necessitating accurate projections for future years to inform long-term policy decisions. This study explores estimating the population of Ponorogo Regency through a logistic growth model. The model’s differential equation, structured as a separable differential equation, was solved and applied to real population data to derive a specific solution. The results indicate that, among five tested models, four logistic growth models are viable for projecting the population of Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

Perusahaan adalah organisasi yang kegiatan berlangsung terus menerus dan merupakan tempat berkumpulnya semua kegiatan operasional yang memiliki kegiatan usaha tetap, kegiatan tersebut terus menerus dan dikelola oleh organisasi yang baik untuk menghasilkan jasa atau barang. Tujuan perusahaan adalah memaksimalkan keuntungan dengan meminimalkan pengeluaran selama proses penjualan. Laba atau keuntungan mengacu pada perbedaan antara penjualan barang atau jasa yang diproduksi oleh pelanggan dan harga pokok produksi barang atau jasa. PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI) didirikan pada tahun 1995, bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan eceran pakaian, sepatu, aksesoris, tas, dan peralatan olahraga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu metode deskriptif verifikatif dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) antara variabel utang usaha (X1) dan variabel penjualan (X2) secara simultan terhadap variabel laba bersih (Y) adalah sebesar 0,818. Nilai tersebut berarti bahwa kemampuan kombinasi variabel utang usaha (X1) dan variabel penjualan (X2) secara simultan pengaruhnya sangat kuat terhadap variabel laba bersih (Y). Penjualan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih namun utang usaha memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih.

Abstract

The researcher did a study to investigate the impact of presentation techniques in elevating English-speaking skills among English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners. This study applied a quantitative approach and employed a structured questionnaire using Likert-Scale items to assess students' perceptions of how the presentation methods impact their speaking abilities. A sample of university EFL learners especially the students in General English class of Elementary and Pre-Intermediate I participated in the study, providing insights into their experiences with presentation-based learning activities. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses were conducted to evaluate the relationship between using presentation techniques and the perceived improvement in speaking proficiency. The findings reveal that students perceive presentation techniques as significantly beneficial for enhancing their speaking skills and fostering greater engagement and confidence during oral communication tasks. This research highlights the importance of integrating effective presentation methods in EFL instruction to promote learners’ speaking development. It provides recommendations for educators seeking to enhance language acquisition in the classroom.

Abstract

The initial idea for writing this paper originated from the author's anxiety to find an answer to whether there was a common thread that connected or relatedness and harmony between Ancient Greek philosophy and Islamic teachings, focused on a discussion of the theory of water put forward by Thales, the pioneer of ancient Greek philosophy in the 6th century BC. in line with the theory of water contained in the Qur'an which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. in the mid 6-7 AD range. I think we have encountered a lot of research and discussions about ancient Greek philosophy, especially thoughts about Thales, but the author found a gap that has not been discussed, namely whether there is harmony between these two seemingly different points of view, which is philosophy. is guided by rational reason while Islamic teachings are guided by revelation, so in this research the author has found common points of similarities and differences which I will explain below. In this research the author uses a descriptive comparative analysis method and examines various related sources, hopefully it will be useful for readers
