Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Function material through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in class XI-C MAN 1 Probolinggo. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 24 students of class XI-C MAN 1 Probolinggo. Data were collected through observation of student activities and learning outcome tests at the end of each cycle. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the problem based learning (PBL) model. The average value of learning outcomes increased from 66 in the pre-cycle to 71.5 in cycle I, and then increased again to 94.83 in cycle II. With learning completeness from 37.5% to 62.5%, and increased again to 100%. In addition, student activity and involvement in the learning process also showed a significant increase. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in Function material in class XI-C MAN 1 Probolinggo. This model can be an alternative innovative learning strategy to create an active, meaningful, and student-centered learning process.

This study aims to enhance students’ comprehension of argumentative texts through the implementation of Video-Based Learning combined with Wordwall Quiz in class XII IPA 4 at SMA Nurul Jadid. The participants of this research consisted of 30 twelfth-grade students. The study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle followed four systematic stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This approach allowed the researcher to continuously evaluate and improve the teaching strategy based on classroom conditions and students’ responses. Data were collected using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure students’ improvement in understanding argumentative texts. The findings revealed a significant increase in students’ achievement. The average score in the pre-test was 63, which increased to 75 in the post-test of the first cycle and further improved to 89 in the post-test of the second cycle. These results indicate a consistent improvement in students’ comprehension after the implementation of the learning media. The use of video-based learning materials proved effective in attracting students’ attention and increasing their motivation to engage with the learning content. Meanwhile, the Wordwall Quiz supported students’ understanding by providing interactive exercises and immediate feedback. In conclusion, the integration of Video-Based Learning and Wordwall Quiz is effective in improving senior high school students’ understanding of argumentative texts

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed how Muslim communities understand and practice the concept of marriage. This study aims to examine how the digital era reshapes societal perceptions of marriage within the framework of Islamic Family Law, identify digital factors that influence contemporary understandings and practices of marriage, and analyze Islamic legal responses to these emerging phenomena. The research employs a literature-based method by analyzing classical fiqh sources, Indonesian positive legal regulations, and contemporary studies on digital culture and modern marital practices. The findings reveal that the digital era has reconstructed social perceptions of relationships, partner selection processes, and marital preparation through social media, matchmaking applications, and increasingly accessible information flows. Furthermore, phenomena such as online marriages, long-distance marriage contracts, and the digitalization of marital administration have become part of current Islamic family law dynamics. Islamic Family Law responds to these changes through adaptive approaches, including contemporary ijtihad and regulatory adjustments that uphold core principles of the Sharia. This study emphasizes the importance of contextualizing the concept of marriage in the digital age to ensure that Islamic values remain relevant amid ongoing technological advancements.

This study aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of ninth-grade students of MTs Nurul Jadid by using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were ninth-grade students of Religion 2 in the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected through observations of student and teacher activities, as well as learning outcome tests in each cycle. The study shows that the use of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model can improve student participation and learning outcomes. The average value increased from 69.35 before the intervention to 78.69 in the first cycle and 91.30 in the second cycle. The percentage of students who achieved learning objectives also increased from 52% to 90%. This increase indicates that PBL is effective in encouraging students to think critically, work together, and understand the concept of Linear Equations in Two Variables more deeply. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model creates an active, meaningful, and student-centered mathematics learning environment, which has a positive impact on improving learning outcomes.

The phenomenon of reluctance or fear of marriage (marriage phobia) among Generation Z men in Indonesia is increasingly on the rise. One of the main determining factors is psychological pressure due to the high financial standards set by prospective female partners or their families. This often clashes with the economic reality of Gen Z, who are at the early stages of their careers, causing anxiety about their inability to meet material expectations. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. Analysis was conducted using interpretative and thematic methods on Q.S. An-Nur verse 32 as an analytical tool to address the issue of financial anxiety. Data were collected from classical and contemporary exegesis literature, as well as sociology journals related to Gen Z marriage behavior. This study aims to reconstruct understanding regarding Allah's assurance for those who intend to marry in order to protect their personal dignity. The analysis results show that Q.S. An-Nur verse 32 conveys an optimistic message that marriage is a gateway to sustenance, not a burden that must wait for absolute financial stability. This verse emphasizes that poverty is not a barrier to the legitimacy of marriage, but rather an encouragement for society to help facilitate the process. This interpretation offers a theological solution for Gen Z men to shift their focus from financial fears to mental preparedness and measured efforts, while also serving as a critique of the shift in marriage values that tend to be materialistic in the modern era.

In Islam, inheritance is regulated by provisions in the Quran to prevent disputes among heirs after the death of a person whose property is inherited. Islamic religion requires and establishes the principle of fairness and justice as one of the pillars of community formation and development that must be upheld. These provisions cannot be implemented properly and effectively without the support of experts who have a deep understanding and are able to implement these provisions properly. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the distribution of inheritance among dzawil arham heirs in accordance with the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and to determine the validity of the decree of the village head of Suka Damai Timur Village. This study uses a qualitative research method with an exploratory and descriptive approach. This study involved the community as sources, namely the village head, religious leaders, heirs, and community and traditional leaders. Data collection was obtained through interviews as primary data, and secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The results of the study show that the validity of the village head's decree on the transfer of inheritance depends on several legal factors that must be fulfilled. The village head does not have the legal authority to issue an official decree that is legally binding in the transfer of inheritance. This authority legally rests with certain officials, such as notaries or land deed officials (PPAT) and the courts. The distribution of inheritance assets in the community of Suka Damai Timur Village regarding the transfer of inheritance assets to ahli dzawil arham (heirs) is carried out using a deliberative system with a bilateral and parental system. The validity of the village head's decree on the transfer of inheritance assets based on the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) generally requires that the transfer of inheritance assets comply with the applicable laws in Indonesia and meet the applicable administrative requirements. The validity of the village head's decree on the transfer of inheritance assets should be tested in a religious court.

This study aims to describe and measure the effectiveness of implementing a game-based learning strategy in improving mathematics learning outcomes for eighth-grade junior high school students. Mathematics is often perceived as difficult and boring, leading to decreased student interest and learning outcomes. A game-based learning strategy was chosen because it can create a fun learning environment and increase student motivation and learning activities. This classroom action research (CAR) was conducted at Nurul Jadid Junior High School with 20 students, using two cycles encompassing planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed an increase in the average grade from 73.75 in cycle I to 82.5 in cycle II, as well as an increase in the percentage of students completing the course from 55% to 70%. This indicates that the game-based learning strategy is effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes.

This community service activity aims to raise environmental awareness among residents of Klapanunggal, Bogor, through education on household waste management from a sustainable development perspective. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method was implemented through planning, action, observation, and reflection, actively involving the community in each stage of the activity. Education was delivered through material delivery, participatory discussions, and hands-on practice of sorting and processing household waste. The results of the activity indicate an increase in public knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of environmentally friendly waste management, reflected in changes in residents' attitudes and behaviors regarding waste sorting, reducing littering, and beginning to utilize organic waste productively. This activity also had a positive impact on the cleanliness of residential areas and supported sustainable development efforts at the local level. Therefore, participatory household waste management education can be an effective strategy for building sustainable environmental awareness.

Syuf'ah is a legal institution in transactions aimed at protecting joint owners from potential losses resulting from the transfer of rights to third parties. This article examines the views of Islamic jurisprudence schools regarding the subject, object, and conditions for implementing syuf'ah, and analyzes the similarities and differences in the opinions of scholars. This research uses a juridical-normative method through a literature review of hadith evidence and the opinions of jurists. The study results show that all schools of thought agree on the validity of syuf'ah based on authentic hadith. This similarity of opinion is evident in the basic requirements of syuf'ah, namely joint ownership, an undivided object, immediate demand, and payment at the same price. Differences of opinion arise in determining the subject and object of syuf'ah, particularly regarding the extension of rights to neighbors and the scope of property, which are influenced by differences in istinbath methods, particularly the use of qiyas. This study confirms that the differences between schools of thought are methodological and do not eliminate the main objective of syuf'ah as an instrument to maintain public welfare, legal certainty, and justice in joint ownership.

The weton tradition is part of the local wisdom of Javanese society and continues to influence social practices, including determining marital compatibility. In practice, determining the birth date of a prospective partner through weton calculations is often used as a basis for proceeding with or canceling marriage plans. This phenomenon creates an anomaly when the weton tradition clashes with the principles of Islamic family law, which emphasize the pillars and requirements of marriage derived from the Quran and Hadith. This article aims to analyze the role of the weton tradition in marriage from the perspective of Islamic family law and examine the limits of tolerance between custom and sharia. The research method used is qualitative research with a normative-juridical and sociological approach. The results of the study indicate that the weton tradition is acceptable as long as it does not conflict with the principles of faith and is not used as a determining factor in determining the validity of a marriage.
