Micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) play a big part in the economy, particularly in village economies. This is a result of the majority of rural firms still falling into the MSME category. Up until now, financial reports from MSMEs in rural areas have been infrequent. This is a result of MSME actors' ignorance regarding the preparation of financial reports. Low financial understanding translates into a low ability to produce financial reports. The MSME participants in Cilacap Regency's Sikanco Village, Nusawungu District, have not yet completed their financial reports for their companies. This is a result of their inexperience with financial report writing. Thus, it is impossible to accurately gauge the financial performance of MSMEs. As a result, help is required with both creating financial reports and raising awareness of financial literacy. This program helps with financial report preparation and raises awareness of financial literacy through the use of the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. MSME players came to the realization that financial report preparation is crucial to their firm after receiving support with it. Owners of MSME businesses become conscious of both their personal and company assets. As a result, helping to prepare MSME financial reports is crucial and beneficial for MSME participants. They make an effort to keep track of transactions and financial reports for their company, and the financial reports that have been generated are easily understandable. Residents developed an interest in and an understanding of the significance of financial reporting in order to mitigate the risk of business losses following their education. Additionally, MSME partners are growing increasingly interested in effectively managing family finances in order to improve their welfare since, through keeping track of household spending, they can identify areas where they can save more money and invest the proceeds.

The purpose of this study was to examine the correlations between effective interpersonal communication and barriers in the adjustment of the new student. It was hypothesized that there was a relationship between effective interpersonal communication and barriers in adjustment of the new students; and there was a negative correlation between effective interpersonal communication and barriers in adjustment. The first added hypothesis was that there were differences barriers in adjustment between students group based on lesson selection no used non cognitive test and used non cognitive test. The second added hypothesized that there were differences of barriers in adjustment based on sex. The subjects were 64 students on several faculties in The Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta; 31 males & 33 females; 34 no used non cognitive tests and 30 used non cognitive tests, academic period 2003/2004 S-1 regular. Two scales were applied to measure barriers in adjustment and effective interpersonal communication. The results of the study showed that there were negative correlations between effective interpersonal communication and barriers in adjustment (F - 1.040, p -; 0.002; p < 0.01). In the student’s group-based test selection, there were no differences barriers in adjustment between students group no used non cognitive test and students group used non cognitive test (F = 1.040, p = 0.322; p < 0.01). In the students group based on sex, there was no difference of barriers in adjustment between male and female (F = 1.040. p = 0.907; p < 0.01).

This paper examines the exchange of power dynamics between Russia and Ukraine within the context of the Russo-Ukraine conflict through a constructivist lens. Qualitative research methods are employed, including in-depth interviews with experts and policymakers, analysis of scholarly articles and reports, and document analysis. Thematic analysis is utilized to identify recurring patterns and themes related to power dynamics and conflict settlement possibilities. The analysis reveals that norms and shared identities play a significant role in shaping power relations between Russia and Ukraine, and contestation and reinterpretation of norms influence the exchange of power. Discourses and narratives surrounding the conflict contribute to power dynamics and shape conflict settlement possibilities. Socialization processes, including interactions between actors and institutional dynamics, influence power relations and its effect to conflict settlement attempts. This study contributes to the field of international relations by highlighting the relevance of constructivism in analyzing conflicts and generating insights for conflict resolution efforts.

This study aims to determine the reasons behind customers' reluctance to adopt electronic payments and how these factors relate to their values. To identify the characteristics of electronic payments that customers find objectionable and to look into the relationships between those characteristics and people's values by looking at the effects of those characteristics; to offer advice to financial institutions and service providers on how to develop appropriate strategic plans to promote electronic payments in Libya. To achieve these research objectives, the means-end chain (MEC) theory is applied in combination with hard laddering interviews as a data collection method. Subsequently, the data is analyzed using the Association Pattern Technique (APT) to produce the Hierarchical Value Map (HVM). The HVM identifies five main obstacles that keep customers from using electronic payments: a lack of awareness about the benefits and security of electronic payments, a lack of laws protecting users of electronic payments, the unpopularity of electronic payments, the cost of transactions, and the lack of e-payment discounts. The Value Map also revealed that the most important value, safety, can explain the bulk of customers' reluctance to accept electronic payments. The respondents also expressed significant concerns about the economy and the convenience of e-payments. The report offers suggestions for banks and service providers to increase e-payment usage based on these findings.

This research is expected to determine the influence of business models on financial performance as measured by market power. This research involves conventional banking in the ASEAN and MENA regions which have available data for the period 2010 to 2019 to avoid the influence of the Global Financial Crisis and the Covid 19 Pandemic. This research uses Panel Data analysis techniques, which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. In measuring banking competition, researchers use the Lerner Index. The Lerner Index is an indicator of the level of market power that holds a strong position in measuring banking competition, the higher the Lerner Index value, the greater the bank's power in controlling the market, resulting in lower levels of banking competition. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive influence between the Business Model and Market Power both in the ASEAN region and in the MENA region. This suggests that choosing the right business model can generate sustainable competitive advantages and higher financial performance for banks that adopt it.
