Abstract

This study originates from the researcher's interest in a mother who has a child with cerebral palsy but is able to find meaning in life despite the challenges she faces. Being a mother to a child with developmental disabilities is not easy, yet the subject of this study strives to find meaning in every difficult experience. The purpose of this study is to understand how the subject, as a parent of a child with cerebral palsy, discovers meaning in life. Life's meaning encompasses what is considered important and valuable, providing special significance to an individual's life. This meaning can be found in both positive and negative circumstances, in happiness and suffering. The process involves realizing opportunities within certain situations and understanding what can be done. This qualitative study employs a descriptive case study design, with data collected through interviews and observations of a single subject. Data validity is ensured by also interviewing a significant other. The analysis reveals that the subject's meaning in life is reflected in her life goals, such as improving her living conditions, owning a house, and hoping her child becomes independent.

Based on the findings obtained from this exploration, it can be concluded that the Marketing Mix Variable (X1) provides good or positive results and is quite significant on Consumer Loyalty (Y). The Consumer Satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty (Y), then together the Marketing Mix and Consumer Satisfaction variables measurably have a good, positive and clearly significant effect on the Consumer Loyalty variable. Researchers have several suggestions, namely that companies should further improve aspects of the marketing mix so that the goals set by the company can be realized as quickly as possible. Then the company can increase the level of service, promotions and other strategies to maintain and increase the level of consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Financial technology integration can influence unemployment rates in various ways, such as expanding access to the labor market through online platforms, creating new jobs within the financial technology sector itself, or increasing labor market efficiency through technologies such as job matching platforms. Macroprudential policy refers to the steps taken by financial authorities to manage systemic risks in the financial sector. In the context of the Phillips curve, these policies can have a direct or indirect effect on the unemployment rate through their influence on financial system stability and economic growth. In relation to ASEAN countries with the highest unemployment rates, testing this model will pay attention to structural, demographic and economic differences between these countries. These factors will influence how financial technology and macroprudential policy interact with the unemployment rate in each country. The results of this test provide valuable insights for policymakers in ASEAN countries with high unemployment rates. They can use this information to design more effective policies in promoting economic growth and reducing unemployment rates through the appropriate application of financial technology and macroprudential policies.

Abstract

Nowadays, issues related to children's academic achievement are something that parents are concerned about. Every effort is made to improve their performance at school. However, there are times when children become tired or bored due to the long time needed to study. In some case found at SMAN 1 Tambun where the intelligence level is good but the learning achievement at school is not so, aka the value is very standard or behaves lazily at school or even like it is difficult to socialize so that it tends to be individual. From this matter, the teachers finally think that is the influence on current learning achievement externally and internally on their students. Not to mention that children are very easy to make excuses, especially those related to stress either due to the demands of parents, little rest time, do not fit into the environment so that they get to the point that school is not important just a formality so as not to be reprimanded by parents or to be the same as most people. The high and low achievement motivation of students is always used as an indicator of the good and bad learning achievement of a student. With achievement motivation, students will be encouraged to learn and like certain subjects happily studying the subject. In this study using a sample of 110 students and researchers sampled class X students at SMAN 1 TAMBUN. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of peer support, authoritarian parenting and resilience on academic achievement.
